Great knowledge and value. We had the owner come over and he gave us superior service. Highly recommend these knowledgeable professionals.

After discussing my recent experience with AES with someone, I realized that there were far more positive things than I took into consideration during my first review.... - I have an incredible peace of mind now that I know my business is protected - I have the mobile app and I love it. It allows me to watch over my office when no one is there, check to see when my staff left for the day, and it event tells me when the power is out - The payment process was really easy. I paid for 3 months (1 quarter) for the app ahead of time so that I'm not paying an $8 will every month which makes me happy - The panel is super easy to use and sleek looking - They genuinely care about the safety of my property If you're looking for an alarm for your home or business, give them a call! read more

We had an existing alarm thru another company. The monthly charge was $49.00 and had been for about 6 years. We were locked in with 3 year contract and when it came due to renew they were going to increase the monthly charge. I began to look around for a better rate. I found Advanced Electric and Sound and made an appointment for a consultation. Finally a company that was professional. Wayne reviewed our system and showed us where the weak link was that continued to send out false alarms (not a good thing in the middle of the night!) He recommended we have parts of the system updated. The estimate was very reasonable and the work was done timely and with NO mess! (Thank you Larry!) The cost is based on a quarterly payment and is less than half of the monthly payment we had been paying. Huge discount and better equipment and service!! We are very pleased with Advanced Electric and Sound and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. They have been there for any questions and are always helpful and professional. read more

Couldn't be happier with the service from Advanced Electric & Sound. We have been a customer for many years, we have an alarm system that was installed efficiently and they took great care in making sure we understood how it worked. The office staff, the technicians and the owner are all very courteous and helpful. They have done other work for us when we remodeled our home including a surround sound system in the living room and the networking for our home office. All very well done, very neat and very helpful. We recommend them every chance we get. read more

I had a seamless experience with AE&S when they installed a security system in my new business location at Prana Endura Therapeutic Massage. Alicia, who orchestrated the whole process, was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful to me while I was feeling bogged down with everything for the move. Her assistance, and the professionalism of the staff, have made the security of my office space the least stressful part of getting things set up. Thanks guys! I appreciate it immensely! read more

Wayne and Larry came to my new house which had an existing alarm system, but it wasn't set up the way I wanted it. So, they gave me some great advice on how to modify the system to suit my requirements. Much to my surprise, everything was done the first day. I had figured the first day was just a sales call, but instead their ace tech Larry started working right away to add some new zones as I had requested. Then Wayne gave me a great walk-thru on how everything works. A couple of days later, I had some questions about how something was working, and they had a guy out that afternoon to fine tune the programming of the system. I could not be more impressed with the speedy service and the expertise of all 3 of the people I dealt with from Advanced Electric and Sound. I would definitely recommend calling these guys for security systems because they only charge $20 / month for monitoring, and I thought the going rate was $30 or $40/month. So, with the discount I get on my homeowner's insurance, it barely costs me anything to have a monitored security and fire system. read more

Advanced Electric & Sound (AES) is my go to company for security systems, networking, internet connection, electronics and sound. They just finished a complete system in our new home, and previously installed a surround sound system in a previous home. They also installed electronics and security in our cabin. I am a real estate developer and own a construction company that include electricians on staff, but when it comes to my personal security system, networking, electronics and sound I always use AES. read more

We've had AES wire our house for whole-house-sound; install all our media center wiring and equipment (including inset ceiling speakers, hidden component closet, etc.; install a wired custom timer for our pond and they're just wrapping up installing our solar system. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our electrical, low-voltage, ... needs! They're a top-notch company. read more

Based on my experience with them, I don't recommend. In fact, I pretty much tell everyone to use someone else. After selling us a $20k system, they failed to service it and we had to call in someone else to fix it. A year after they installed the system, we started having problems. I called to have them look at it and they didn't call me back for 4 weeks! When I called repeatedly, the gal told me "oh, they have been busy with the Home and Garden Show". Excuse me? I have no tv for a month and you're busy with the H&G show? When I talked to the owner, he was defensive and not apologetic. In fact he said it would be a couple more weeks before someone could come out. I ended up paying someone else to fix it and when we built our new house we bought all new equipment from someone else as well. read more

Advanced Electric wired our building, Skyway Tool Center, in 2005 and have been the company we use to add on, change up or otherwise work on our electric and communications issues. We were very happy with the job they did on our 6500 sq ft commercial building. They designed the electrical, telephone and internet networking in such a way that we have felt we are in a state-of-the-art work environment since moving in to this location. They carefully planned the layout to make it as convenient as possible for our staff. We have had no problems with our electric, telephone or internet since being here. Once we moved in to the building, Advanced Electric have always been very easy to get in touch with, getting back to us quickly even if we leave a message on their answering machine. If you want an electric company that is completely computer literate, able to design and install electrical systems, work with you for optimal internet and telephone, able to design and install your communications system, security and fire alarm systems, understands how to design and install home and office television, hi def, sound and everything that goes along with modern electrical, call them. read more

When shopping around for an alarm system for my home I got a lot of hard sales and come-ons. Wayne, the owner of Advanced Electric & Sound explained the gimmicks and catches that are out there. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I went with AE&S. The instalation was clean and quick and the service has been great. A friend recommended them to me and now I recommend them to others. read more
