Sunday came around, I called and no answer, checked on Google for their hours and it stated 12pm - 4pm. Went by the store and come to find out they are closed Sunday! Frustrated and mad I was! Monday comes around, I called and the guy who answered told me they had no screen available for my model, the one they had was for a different model. On top of that the guy who took in my son's ipad did not order a screen so I would have to wait until Wednesday and or the latest Friday (7/5) to pick up. Called again Wednesday and was told not ready yet, they're closed Friday due to July 4th holiday and soonest would be Saturday... by this time I was done with them, getting different answer each time i called.. Saturday came around, picking up the ipad i was told $235 after tax... i was shocked as the guy who took my ipad said $84 something. If it was that much I would've gone somewhere else as I was quoted cheaper then $235 somewhere else! But the guy was really nice and honored it (not same guy who took the ipad when I dropped it off). Overall, i was disappointed and frustrated with all the run around. But, i was happy that the price quoted was honored. So, i gave it a 4 star out of 5. Ty!

Ship part to Carmo then; "...Upon your reply [to the e-mail received], we will send the directions on how to generate a service order." "No e-mail upon receipt of part." "...There will be no communication nor status updates during the processing period." No record of any business entity registered with California Secretary of State that has any form of "Carmo" in the business name. Search for address reveals that the place of business for this operation is a UPS box numbered 140! After reading the other comment on this page, I decided not to send my unit to Carmo. It was exactly the worst-case scenario I envisioned.

He even gave me a small discount for having two phones but the best thing I like about Meddi was that he fixed my phone with the screen he had available (it was an emergency as my phone wasn't working) and he ordered the upgraded OLED screen and swapped them out when it arrived, so he did me a real solid.
