Naveed was SUPER helpful! I have an iPhone 12 that had cracks on both sides and he did an excellent job with the repair. His prices are fair and the phone looks brand new. I highly recommend skipping Apple and coming here for all your repairs. read more

I brought my phone over to get my cracked screen fixed and I left with a glitchy phone. my phone eventually was glitching so bad after they fixed it that i couldn't go on it for a day. I brought it in to get fixed again and left without my phone glitching but instead the new screen wasn't put on all the way and the bottom part is popping off. My Phone is turning off and on because of the screen coming off. I keep trying to pop it back in but it keeps coming out. I won't take it back there to get it fixed. Sadly, I won't recommend either. Just take it to apple!! I spent $268 on this lol read more

Great services and the guy foxing my phone was chill. He called me when it was done on my buddy phone. Def come back again!

Came to have my daughters iphone 6plus screen replaced so we can trade it in at Verizon. $81 after tax. They were fast and did a great job. Took maybe about 20 minuets. Definitely recommend! read more

They were quick and efficient, as well as kind. They put a new screen on my wife's phone in under 30 minutes!

My Note 8 screen was cracked so I brought it here to get fixed. The price was good, cheaper than the other places I tried and he responded super fast. I took my phone in as soon as the mall opened and it was done in about 40 mins. A few days later I noticed some burned in app icons on my new screen so I told him and he told me to come by and he replaced it no problem. read more

Update (from 5 stars to 1): screen lasted for around a week before I began to get a bleeding lcd screen effect on my phone that quickly spread and rendered almost the entire touchscreen completely useless (see adjoining image). At around $100/screen repair, you're probably better off either finding a repair from the manufacturer for your phone or just buying a new one. It never pays to deal with low quality work and dishonesty done in the name of a quick buck. Just something to remember for everyone considering this place: saving a few bucks and "getting a free tempered screen protector" (as many of the paid highlights for this business seem to be fond of repeatedly shouting about) mean absolutely nothing if these guys break your phone and render it useless (because, given the reviews of people from here who actually paid to get their phones fixed here, and weren't just given a free screen protector in exchange for a positive review (which, by the way, is actually something they offer), they WILL break your phone!). [initial review] Phone was done in less than an hour. Price was definitely a better option than having to get a repair or replacement through verizon. Will adjust or update review in the coming months accordingly. read more

Cali Phone Repair - The results of a quality repair job -- less than a week and a half after purchase. Cost $100, and this was the result. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Chico, California

I had a screen replacement done here. Fast, quality, half the price of the other quotes I got.

What a pleasant surprise! Long story short: a drop led to a phone being only semi operational the day before a trip to Yosemite, where we might want the phone to take pictures! We needed a same day phone repair, but we were just going to be in Chico for a few hours. I called and left a message, Daniel returned my call as soon as they opened. I had been debating cashing in the insurance if the repair was an equivalent cost or if it was going to take longer than we had planned being in Chico. I told Daniel the situation, and he quoted me a price that was half what I had expected, and under an hour of time! I'll return! read more

Arik and Daniel did GREAT work, while my teens and I waited and they even had enough extra supplies in hand that I was able to get a second phone worked on at the same time! We were all finished in 20 min, felt like we got good value for our money, and I absolutely felt like my family and I mattered to them when we walked up. What else could we ask for? Happy experience, happy customers, and we will definitely be back for future work! read more

Super quick screen replacement, phone was done in 20 minutes and price was comparable to anywhere else in town that will take a few days! I recommend anyone to go here! read more

Great phone repair! My husband needed 3 new glass repairs in 3 straight weeks--he just kept dropping it--and was always happy with their service and work. My screen was a broken mess and they did a great job of changing it! I'm thrilled with the new glass and screen protector. Don't hesitate to bring them your broken phone! read more

GREAT PHONE REPAIR! This is the 2nd and almost 3rd repair l have had done here. I say almost 3rd because the board was broken and after he spent all the time taking it out and putting the new screen in the phone was not repairable. He spent the same time putting it all back together so I could send it in for a warranty claim. He was so nice and even let me use his phone to call the warranty company. In this day it is really hard to find someone that does great work and is super nice. He is fast also my other 2 phones were done in less than an hour. I highly recommended this business!! read more

Awesome service. Fast, affordable and very cool. Located in the mall right in front of zumiez, plenty of parking too! Use the yelp app and check in for a free screen protector! read more

iPad recently had a fall from "exercise bike" height while at INMO... Screen cracked but otherwise intact and working... Called CaliPhoneRepair which was open on Saturday (unlike some of the local competition)... He quoted Me a fair price to fix my iPad and promised it in 2hrs... It was done in just over an hour. Great customer service. I know where to go for any future iphone/iPad screen issues.... Thanks Arik you certainly earned the 5 stars in my book. read more

Fast screen repair for $85. Thanks. Sorry yelp wants me to put more fluff. Imwould use him again OK, so After i got the phone back I noticed the Camera in Selfie mode no longer works, and the ringer doesn't either. Now I need to take more time away from my business and see if we can straighten this out read more

Only took 30 mins. Fast service. Firstime here. 83$ for 6s screen replaced. Pricey but yay for it fixed.

Fast, same day repair. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Will use again and highly recommend.

Got my sons phone fixed and it only took 20 minutes and it was under $100! Loved it! I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who has a broken screen! read more

Good place, fair prices and very fast turnaround. We were there for 20 minutes and it was fixed!

Went to visit these guys in the mall so they can replace the rear camera of my iPhone and one of em said he didn't know if it was a software problem or which part so I ordered the rear camera and fixed my camera in 5 minutes using youtube. Be warned when visiting and expect some up sells and parts changers read more

I took my iPhone there and asked him to change screen for me. To be honest, he was really fast. However, after I got my phone I found the screen was not really fit the phone. Then I went back to ask him, the person there saw my receipt then changed another screen for me. It seems the service was good. But the phone still has problems. Then I ship my phone back to Apple Store. They gave me the feedback was the screen was not the right one. I really don't recommend you guys go there to fix some serious problems. Unless you don't care the users experience. read more

I took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced. The owner seemed very capable. But after a few days once I got my phone back, I noticed that one of the corners of the screen was not sitting right. I don't live in Chico, so I wasn't able to come back to the kiosk to show the him right away. Once I did come in to show him, he asked me for a receipt. The receipt that he had given me was a generic print out that had just shown the amount of the transaction. Needles to say I had tossed it. He did absolutely nothing to hear me out, and was rude. I would never bring anymore of my business to him ever again. read more

Came in with a problem came out with a problem that couldn't be fixed. Spent $170 fir nothing had to the up getting a new phone anyways. Don't recommend. read more

I dropped my iPhone SE and the touch screen stopped working. I thought I would have to buy a new phone until I came across Cali Phone Repair. I brought my phone into them and within 20 minutes they had my phone up and running again. And much cheaper than buying a new phone. I highly recommend them. read more

A couple of months ago I got a cover for my iPhone 5 at Cali Phone Gear. Over a full month later, I felt as though this particular product, though attractive and sturdy, had a minor flaw that I feared would get worse. I was so pleasantly surprised when Cali Phone Gear replaced the product on the spot with no hassle. As I walked away from the counter, I remember being so very pleased that I had purchased the cover locally and from a businessman who backs his products. I highly recommend this store and the products he sells. The cover was a high quality and the price was extremely fair. read more

Over priced I know for fact you can get the iPhone fixed for cheaper. Also, poor quality my phone cracked 2 days after it got fixed even with a screen protector. I gave two starts only because I was happy with the wait time. read more

I brought a replacement iPhone 6 screen from here and it started lifting off about a month later. Due to their 30 day warranty they wouldn't replace it. They tried to heat seal it again but it just started lifting off again 2 weeks later. I also bought a tempered glass cover to go over my new screen and I dropped my phone once in an Outter Box case and the screen cracked under the glass!! Obviously they have crappy quality products. I went to Batteries Plus for another replacement screen and they have WAY better warranty! read more

Arik did an amazing job fixing my cracked iPhone!! It was falling out of the back and chunks were even coming off and it looks brand new, Highly recommend them :) read more

Super fast and friendly service. They repaired my iPhone 5 in less than 15 mins and the price was less than the place on Mangrove.

Very fast service. This is my second repair for an iPad and iPhone . Awesome service.

This place doesn't even deserve a single star. I couldn't even believe how terrible his customer service was. Ive dealt with TONS of companies and this guy by FAR the rudest and most insulting business owner/ manager I've ever dealt with. Cheap parts that didn't even last 10 days. I took the time to download Yelp and create a profile just to warn people to STAY AWAY!!!! Anywhere else is better read more

Great job! Super fast and affordable, quote up front and done in 30 min. Recommended!

I brought in my Galaxy S8 plus, for a broken screen. He charged me $200. The connection was not working, and my phone kept freezing. I brought it in again and he repaired it. It's froze 4 different times now, I have to tap my phone on the counter for it to work again. I cracked the corner of my phone while doing it. A week later my phone froze again, I took it back to the shop and he said my phone is no longer in warranty since I cracked it this last time and I would have to pay again for him to fix it. I will never come back to this place. read more

Got my iPhone 6 screen fixed very quickly. Turned it in Monday night, fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Will use again if I need it!
