I brought it in to get fixed again and left without my phone glitching but instead the new screen wasn't put on all the way and the bottom part is popping off. My Phone is turning off and on because of the screen coming off. I keep trying to pop it back in but it keeps coming out. I won't take it back there to get it fixed. Sadly, I won't recommend either. Just take it to apple!! I spent $268 on this lol

Sunday came around, I called and no answer, checked on Google for their hours and it stated 12pm - 4pm. Went by the store and come to find out they are closed Sunday! Frustrated and mad I was! Monday comes around, I called and the guy who answered told me they had no screen available for my model, the one they had was for a different model. On top of that the guy who took in my son's ipad did not order a screen so I would have to wait until Wednesday and or the latest Friday (7/5) to pick up. Called again Wednesday and was told not ready yet, they're closed Friday due to July 4th holiday and soonest would be Saturday... by this time I was done with them, getting different answer each time i called.. Saturday came around, picking up the ipad i was told $235 after tax... i was shocked as the guy who took my ipad said $84 something. If it was that much I would've gone somewhere else as I was quoted cheaper then $235 somewhere else! But the guy was really nice and honored it (not same guy who took the ipad when I dropped it off). Overall, i was disappointed and frustrated with all the run around. But, i was happy that the price quoted was honored. So, i gave it a 4 star out of 5. Ty!

The receipt has that in writing. Because I did not call, it auto-renewed. I did not feel like he was putting blame on me, but I will admit fault for not following up with the company after the 30 day trial.
