We just had the best experience with having our alarm system installed by Vivint. We thought this was outrageous since we had NEVER had anyone look at in 5 years. The day Vivint was to install our system, we received a call from the tech, Tyson, saying he would be at our home within 30 minutes, which he was. Another tech, Francisco, joined Tyson to help the install go quicker. They were like the Dynamic Dual! They got the new system installed, the old on removed and placed all in one spot, and showed my wife and I had to use the new system. As a Disabled Veteran with a Brain Injury, i appreciated how they worked with me and took their time doing it. They were both Extremely Professional and Courteous. When they left, they had all the packing materials and trash picked up and we could not even tell they were here. Great job Tyson & Francisco! You represent Vivint like we would expect! Thank you

The person who trained me left because they wanted him to train somebody less qualified for a dollar more than what he was getting. Alot of accounts dont get fully checked. Also upper managment would complaim of wasted time and misuse of company vehicles. If you check their facebook page you will see uppermanagent using company vehicles to go hunting. And office ladies were allowed to go to the gym and shop during work hours. I would be careful asking this company for inspections. As they are very misleading and deceptive. First time going to the office in sacramento a lady in the office was getting her nails done. I called brandon boyd for an issue at a job with the customer next to me he told me he has to go becauae he was ordering food and never called me back. Brandon boyd was my manager but would call new hires for questions... How does a manager not know if running the pumps at a facility will set off the alarms or not? On July 13, 2020, I sent Terry's TV an e-mail stating that since we have not heard from him we had the antenna taken down and installed another antenna that works well and we get a lot more channels. Got a call from Terry on July 15, 2020, stating that he was on vacation and we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit. I asked him to let me know when I can expect him to stop by. On July 21, 2020, I sent Terry another e-mail stating that the last time we talked was on July 15, 2020. Again we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit and wanted to know when to expect him. On July 26, 2020, we sent Terry another e-mail asking him why he is avoiding my e-mails.
