Every time I call miller glass or Ben they are super responsive and quick to put a date and come out and do my projects. I had a tabletop cut for my dinning table here. Delivery fee was pricey so I picked it up myself…read more However, when I put the table top on my dinning table, it was slanted. Turns out they cut my tabletop glass shorter on both sides. I called them, they want me to drive their "messed up" piece back to them. No discount, even though it was their fault for not cutting the right demension. They will gladly cut me a new one but that's it. I mean I already paid for it , just took them two time to cut it ???and I have to drive from Oroville to Chico 2 times to get it‍‍ Their pricing for their glass cut is the cheapest, but I wouldn't recommend due to their customer service. I gave them the correct measurement by the way. The measurements are also on the receipts. When I noticed it was slanted and didn't cover my table fully, that's when I measured their glasstop. Very disappointed.

Told they will be on the truck to the store on a Wednesday then Thursday said not there yet. Then Friday we were told they are another week late. Just some honesty would be great. We chose this place because they gave a specific date to expect them. Planned my other contractors around them and now have to change everything for a 3rd time. Each time costing more money and time. Like I said. Honesty would be good.... the person I talk to on the phone first blamed COVID then manufacture told them they are Enroute then said due to the manufacture set back windows are not ready yet... who is not being honest? Not sure. Wouldn't go back if the price was the cheapest in town.... go elsewhere people.
