Called them in the afternoon of 8-24-2020. They scheduled someone to come out the next morning (8-25-2020) to look at a problem with a sliding glass door. The person showed up exactly on time, took a quick look at the door and had it fixed in a few minutes. He adjusted it a couple of times until it was perfect. After installing the new windshield I was called to be informed that they couldn't recalibrate the camera as the scan was showing codes they couldn't fix. Told to take it to dealer. Took the van to the dealer and was informed they couldn't fix the error codes as the camera was not properly installed. Went back to Jackson's and told them what going on and that we had to pay $195 to the Honda dealer to be told Jackson's needed to fix the camera. Jackson's gave us the run around and ultimately refunded our $100 insurance deductible and the $195 we paid to the dealer. Then refused to make their poor work right and lied to the insurance company saying we refused their offer to fix it! They never offered a fix! read more

I had Chris n his partner come up and do a custom project. It was 2 apperatutes above both of my garage doors. Chris used 1/4" plexiglass and framed it with wood painted Gloss Hunter Green to match the windows at my Log cabin home - Turned out great "- It was professionally done ( they even had to cut some decorative stones to accommodate it n make it fit properly. The plexiglass was painted to match fog but still let light into the garage!. There was a lil overspray in the wood frame but it could be wiped off! Pros: initial consultation was fine for our new shower door, service seemed fine from the office and coordination for install. Quality seems good for now but will update with anything abnormal. Con: Customer service. Austin, the shower door specialist came to our home late for the appt with no apology and reluctantly shook my hand when I offered a handshake. Had to confront him about the odd intro and why he didn't say sorry for being late. "The office should have apologized", was the response I received. He said sorry for being late after being confronted and as for the handshake, he said he was worried about Covid, but why not wear a mask and or gloves if that worried about Covid? Communication would have gone a long way if he had told me this fear ahead of time. His brother, Eric, was a nice guy. Overall wouldn't recommend to a friend but if you need a basic setup and customer service isn't a big issue, this place would work. read more

Took time off work to meet owner for measurements/estimate. He was late. Then, he never bothered to give me the estimate, even after a follow up call and also going to the business. Owner said sorry, promise to get it to you tomorrow and still never did! How unprofessional. I would never recommend Jackson Glass to my family or friends. Worst service ever! Nearly six months ago they came out and measured my window for a replacement. They kept blaming the manufacturer for sending out the wrong size window. Communication was non-existent. I have tried four to five times in the last week to get a hold of Brad . I leave a message but I don't hear anything back , or he's busy and secretary doesn't know why he hasn't called me . Note the plethora of poor reviews in the recent months for this place. I called Jackson Glass 3 times and each time was told Brad would call me to set up the appointment to come to my house and take all my screens to be re screened. I have a 2200 sq. ft home so there for there is many screens. My 3rd. and final call I was assured he would call me back. I said I don't care when he can take my screens. I just needed a date so I can coordinate with the company coming to clean the siding on my house. She totally understood. Again no phone all. I hired these guys to install and replace screens on my house windows. They came measured gave me a bid. About a week later they sent the same guy who measured the windows to install. Them. They didn't fit he drill into the stucco around the window to install the screen . It still has to be replaced . Theback sliding glass does screen they replaced at a much higher cost then a new one. The new one and the roller broke and the tech a Mexican guy took the roller he never am back to tis day. I had to hire cox glass to fix the screens they used qualified journey level technicians . Jackson glass never. Repayed nor repaired the work they did to this day. It cost me twice , I should used cox glass to start with. read more

Our questions were answered, the job is complete and it's amazing! The shower job in Master bath was custom and it turned out fabulous. Needed a windshield, called talked to the owner asked him how long to get windshield he said 1 day, I said ok let's set up a appointment for next Monday that's in one week, he said ok be here at 8am that's when we open I said ok great, well I showed up this morning, today was my appointment, talk to the workers they said I don't have a appointment, I said yes I do I made it a week ago they said no you don't, Owner came walking out from back and said sorry I dropped the ball I said I just drove almost 1 hour to get her I live up Hwy 70 that's $10.00 in gas for me he said Sorry would you like to make a new appointment, I said No. He dose not care for his customers or he would have gone beyond saying I'm Sorry. I thought since this location was right by my house that it would be drama free, I was wrong. 1 plus: They did come over the day I came in to measure (I'm 1 block away). After that I did not receive a call that it had come in so I could schedule (I had to go in to find out), I did not receive a reminder call the day before, and the day of I called in, when they were late, and I was told the guy called in sick and he forgot to call me. I told him I was not happy, he made excuses and noted the fact he "did come out to measure that first day". He asked to reschedule and I let him know this experience was not what I expected and that I would go elsewhere. read more
