Went back to Jackson's and told them what going on and that we had to pay $195 to the Honda dealer to be told Jackson's needed to fix the camera. Jackson's gave us the run around and ultimately refunded our $100 insurance deductible and the $195 we paid to the dealer. Then refused to make their poor work right and lied to the insurance company saying we refused their offer to fix it! They never offered a fix!

I mean I already paid for it , just took them two time to cut it ???and I have to drive from Oroville to Chico 2 times to get it‍‍ Their pricing for their glass cut is the cheapest, but I wouldn't recommend due to their customer service.
