After a month of not hearing back and 5 phone calls later with the same response "someone will get back to you" they never did and so I called Cox glass (Darren) and I wish I would've called him first. They came out to look at our shower door and provided some recommendations about our leak issue. Sounded great until I called back to get a quote weeks later and Cox glass said they weren't going to touch our shower with all the "issues" of the water leaking from the corners of the shower. Makes me wonder why they offer to fix and replace shower doors. They sounded like I was a burden to them. No thank you. read more

I hate to write a bad review for a local business, but in this case I feel it's necessary. I've used Cox Glass several times in the past for small orders for home improvements. Today, I called to order two small cuts of glass and gave the dimensions, when the man on the phone treated me very rudely and as if I was causing him an inconvenience. He said that I would need to come down and give him a deposit before he could complete my order, and that it may not be ready until next week. I told him to disregard my order, and that I didn't want to inconvenience him. His response? "Okay." I just called Jackson's Glass in Oroville, and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and said that my order would be ready by 3:00 today. I felt much better about using a company who I felt appreciated my business, no matter the value of my order. I know who I'll be calling in the future. read more

I had a similar experience with Cox Glass that Celeste D. had. I had a windshield installed in my pick-up.It was a very sub-par installation. When I brought this to their attention I was told that there was nothing they would do to correct it. I was also rudley told to f--- off and I was f---ing nuts. To be treated with that amount of disrespect and to be made to feel like I was a inconvenience to them tells me that they do not care about their customers. I would not recommend Cox Glass to anybody that is looking for any kind of glass work. If you want quality glass work done, don't use Cox Glass. Use somebody who cares about their customers because Cox Glass doesn't. read more
