We talked to a few local dealers and only got more confused and intimidated. Then a friend suggested Andrew at Galaxy. He was our dream come true. He came to the house, looked at the space, listened to our wants, then advised us on some options in plain and simple language. We made our choices, and he quickly and efficiently installed the system. We got exactly what we asked for, and it's marvelous, for less money than we expected to pay. Andrew gave us simple instructions on how to use the system and assured us that we would need refresher courses and he was happy to provide them. All in all, a perfectly satisfying experience. You can't go wrong with these people.

HE ALSO INFLATES THE ANTENNA COST WHICH IS DOUBLE THE GOING RATE. WISH I HAD NOT CONTACTED OR GOTTEN INVOLVED WITH TERRY'S TV, IN ORLAND, CALIFORNIA. I am an 83 year old man that cannot climb ladders any more so on June 3, 2020, I contacted Terry's TV to come out and install an antenna that he recommended. We tried this antenna for one month and were not able to get a lot of the local channels. I called Terry on July 1, 2020 and told him that this antenna did not work in our area and would he come out and check it out. On July 13, 2020, I sent Terry's TV an e-mail stating that since we have not heard from him we had the antenna taken down and installed another antenna that works well and we get a lot more channels. Got a call from Terry on July 15, 2020, stating that he was on vacation and we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit. I asked him to let me know when I can expect him to stop by. On July 21, 2020, I sent Terry another e-mail stating that the last time we talked was on July 15, 2020. Again we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit and wanted to know when to expect him. On July 26, 2020, we sent Terry another e-mail asking him why he is avoiding my e-mails. As of July 30, 2020, I have gotten no response from Terry's TV.

I told him we needed a doorbell/security camera installed, as well as a rooftop satellite dish removed. No problem. A work date was scheduled, and Vince arrived exactly when he said he would. Vince was able to integrate the new doorbell/camera so that it interacted with the existing ringer inside our home, making the transition clean and easy. The camera, as well as our ability to answer the front door from the app on our phone, were done, and everything is working well. The dish removal went quickly, and we no longer have the unsightly dish showing on our roof. Vince's charge for the work was reasonable, and the whole experience was easy enough. Hiring a new contractor for anything always comes with a certain amount of concern, but in this case, all those 5-star reviews were accurate. I highly recommend Vince for any of his services.
