He came to the house, looked at the space, listened to our wants, then advised us on some options in plain and simple language. We tried this antenna for one month and were not able to get a lot of the local channels. I called Terry on July 1, 2020 and told him that this antenna did not work in our area and would he come out and check it out. On July 13, 2020, I sent Terry's TV an e-mail stating that since we have not heard from him we had the antenna taken down and installed another antenna that works well and we get a lot more channels. Got a call from Terry on July 15, 2020, stating that he was on vacation and we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit. I asked him to let me know when I can expect him to stop by. On July 21, 2020, I sent Terry another e-mail stating that the last time we talked was on July 15, 2020. Again we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit and wanted to know when to expect him. On July 26, 2020, we sent Terry another e-mail asking him why he is avoiding my e-mails. As of July 30, 2020, I have gotten no response from Terry's TV.

I had been without a working TV for quite awhile, and Samsung was scheduled to come mid-afternoon today. I was really hoping to be able to watch the 49ers game at 5:00 PM.
