Now, I can use their brand new Gen8 technology, and so far there have been almost no drops in connection. The speed is fast, and I'm having no problems streaming movies and series, or downloading files. I think they have improved with their service over the years. If my connection and speed continue to hold strong, I'll update again with an even better review.
