Most staff members have come across as impolite, and often there's little to no eye contact or basic acknowledgment of the customer. Customer service really sets the tone for a business, especially when handling quick service tasks like returns. There's definitely significant room for improvement in how customers are greeted and assisted. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works toward creating a friendlier, more attentive environment. I wish them well and hope to see positive changes in the future.

I said I'm sorry, but he's clearly a man and so I addressed him as sir. She continued to yell at me. It's a her it's a her and ordered me to get out of the store and never to return . I didn't get her name, but she was white and had one of those nose/lip piercings. Corporate and my attorney is now involved for Harassing and publicly humiliating me. You chose the wrong customer to insult !

Sunday came around, I called and no answer, checked on Google for their hours and it stated 12pm - 4pm. Went by the store and come to find out they are closed Sunday! Frustrated and mad I was! Monday comes around, I called and the guy who answered told me they had no screen available for my model, the one they had was for a different model. On top of that the guy who took in my son's ipad did not order a screen so I would have to wait until Wednesday and or the latest Friday (7/5) to pick up. Called again Wednesday and was told not ready yet, they're closed Friday due to July 4th holiday and soonest would be Saturday... by this time I was done with them, getting different answer each time i called.. Saturday came around, picking up the ipad i was told $235 after tax... i was shocked as the guy who took my ipad said $84 something. If it was that much I would've gone somewhere else as I was quoted cheaper then $235 somewhere else! But the guy was really nice and honored it (not same guy who took the ipad when I dropped it off). Overall, i was disappointed and frustrated with all the run around. But, i was happy that the price quoted was honored. So, i gave it a 4 star out of 5. Ty!

They were able to retrieve all my photos from my seven year phone and put them on a new phone to me…read more(used and inexpensive) and set it up exactly like my old phone. Yay! Some time late I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. They were able to fix that in the time that i took me to go out a buy a cup of coffee. They are very congenial and I felt like they really wanted me to happy with the service that they provided. Great service and inexpensive.

Convenient and affordable!…read more It's surprising how expensive printer ink can be. For years, I was tasked to replace the ink cartridges on my office's printers. We would heavily use them daily (lots of documents to print) and found that they'd run out more frequently than average. I recall the first time dropping by a big box office supply store and being astonished over the cost of the replacement cartridges. Surely there had to be an alternative. Enter Cartridge World. This shop is small but packs a big punch. They are located in the Safeway shopping center with excellent parking and a great central spot adjacent to downtown Chico. Cartridge World does sell name brand cartridges of all types, but the item that reeled me in was their store brand refills. To my knowledge, they will take your used cartridge, refill it at their shop, and then allow for it to be used again, and again. I was skeptical bringing my Canon cartridges here for exchange as the printers had an ink sensor. Would it be accurate if I wasn't replacing with the real deal? Surprisingly, I had few to no technical issues and my printers accepted these refill cartridges. I can tell you that I've saved dozens of dollars over the years by patronizing this neat little shop. If you are in need of printer ink replacement on a budget, look no further.

We had printers with Advanced Documents for 10 years, and I will miss them. The staff is…read moreknowledgable on their machines, get you transferred to the correct person to answer your question fully right away (or follow up with you to make sure you were called back). They understand not every job is a 9-5 and truly do their best to be there for their customers. When we moved we took a printer with us, and they were there not only to safely pack it for its move, but assisted in loading and strapping it in to make sure it made it safe. The previous office we moved from they wired the office for the 20amp printers, ran ethernet, and everything so we could just work. They know how important an hours work is to us, and do as much as possible to get us to a working environment, all you have to do is ask. If you are looking to talk to a person, and not a machine, for your printing needs in the greater chico area this is your company. We will miss working with the entire staff as we transition to a new office out of state. Thank you for the years of support, help, and laughs.
