I'm genuinely impressed with the service Rene and his team provided. I had a large pile of debris from my broken down swim spa something that took me a full week to dismantle (HEADACHE) and Affordable Junk Removal cleared it out in just 30 minutes. I thought to myself it will take at least an hour. I contacted them on Saturday, and they arrived Monday at the exact time promised. Their pricing was fair and transparent, unlike many of the other companies I reached out to, they were way overpriced and two companies even changed the pricing. Rene was honest, respectful, and willing to work within my budget. The team completed the job quickly, cleaned the entire area thoroughly, and treated my property with care. No damage, no mess just excellent service. I highly recommend Affordable Junk Removal to anyone needing junk removal or cleanup. 5 stars Thank you, Rene!! Here are before and after pictures. read more

My husband and I recently redid the front room and we needed to get rid of the queen mattress. I could have probably driven to the dump and paid $40 but that would have been too much of a hassle and I just knew it would never get done and I didn't want to store this thing any longer. I searched on Yelp and reached out, Ashley got back to me right away with an estimate and availability. It took less than 15 minutes to get it arranged. I was a little worried when I didn't receive any sort of confirmation but it's a small business, no worries. Today was my pickup day and I was called 15 minutes before they arrived, I had the mattress in the garage so they just picked it up, I paid and cash and that was it! I did pay cash because it was easiest but they do accept Venmo, checks or card with a fee. I'll certainly call them again! read more

Needed to have 4 large pieces of heavy oak furniture removed. Very easy request process on Yelp. Ashley responded in less than 10 minutes with the best affordable quote I received in my research. Pick-up was scheduled for the following morning. Renee and his partner (sorry, I forgot his name) called about 30 minutes before their arrival which was exactly on the dot of the time arranged. They loaded all the pieces in less than 15 minutes. Respectful, caring, quick service. Such a pleasure to experience good customer service. Paid cash. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. read more

They were very easy to work with and their prices were competitive. They were easy to communicate with. Renee and Tomas came and quickly picked up our two couches. Our couch had to go through our balcony as we live on the second floor and they quickly problem solved that. It was quick and easy and I would use them again. read more

First time using them for junk removal. I've went with others before but I'm glad I went with Affordable Junk Removal. Scheduled me in very quickly. They hauled away a large amount of mixed furniture and junk. They were very fast, and their price was fair given the amount of stuff they had to haul downstairs across an apartment complex. read more

I was looking to have an old couch with pull out bed removed from my apartment. I used the Yelp feature that sent out quotes in my area. Affordable Junk Removal lived up to their name and their reviews. They provided THE lowest quote. I did all communication and appointment set up thru Yelp which save me time from just calling around. I wanted them to arrive anywhere from noon - 2pm because I had a meeting before this timeframe (I work from home). They did text me asking if they could come by early but I leave my phone on silent and missed it. They arrived during my meeting but were completely respectful--the only interruptions were me telling my colleagues that I had to address the movers. I had some stuff on the couch that they carefully removed, moved the couch, and came back to collect payment. They take cash, Venmo, and credit card (Venmo and credit card will charge an extra fee). I had cash in hand so I paid, thanked them, and they left. I'll need to have a bed replaced soon so if I need to have it removed, I'll definitely contact Affordable Junk Removal again. read more

Isn't it such a relief when things work out as planned? Let's go back.... Utilizing the projects function on Yelp I requested a quote from affordable junk removal for demo and haul away of a decrepit shed that was (semi) standing in the backyard far beyond its intended years.. To say I'm impressed is understated. To start, the estimate was free and the owners were not only responsive but also timely. Affordable junk removal gave me the best quote of three companies AND were at my house the next day by 8am to get to work. The gentlemen who came to complete the quote assessment were the same men who showed up to work. They went above and beyond to complete the job in a timely manner and they even left a very clean work space. I'm so grateful for another great Yelp company. Give them a try! read more

I honestly thought these guys were a little pricey for removing my smaller hot tub so easily. I even took parts off to make it easier for them to move it, but I still feel like I got charged a higher price in the end. I appreciate the fast service and the clean up afterwards. Affordable? I'm not so sure. read more

I needed only a single furniture item removed but it was still a job well done. Not the cheapest quote I'd found, close to it though. I used venmo to pay which they have a 2% fee for which is fine but... I was charged 3.5%. It's not a massive deal, was only a difference of $1.30 since I had a very small job. I guess just double check their math if you pay by venmo. read more

They are fantastic. We made an appointment in the morning and they came that afternoon. They were professional, friendly and did the job in no time at all! They also extremely reasonable price wise compared to other companies we have used in the past. I highly recommend them! read more

Recently moved and while unpacking and getting new furniture we grew a pile of trash and old things that we no longer made sense keeping. Used a few different junk pickup companies in the last few weeks but Affordable Junk Removal has been the best so far. The guys were fast and they cleaned up after picking up all my trash. As their name suggests, they were also the most affordable out of the quotes we got. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for a next pickup! read more

Omg! I had to get rid of everything on my side porch, back porch & carport. I have lived here for 20 years so it's easy to accumulate things when you're a gardener and an artist. I have so many art supplies & gardening supplies & several pieces of VERY HEAVY FURNITURE! So I started by calling Ashley who I felt became my girlfriend! Super friendly yet professional & quick. And she scheduled me for the next morning at 10 and the guy s showed up early! I was so happy because I had to get rid of everything immediately and I was afraid they were gonna say but we can get you in next week sometime. But literally it was hours later because I called one night and they were there the next morning and they filled that truck up in no time those guys are so strong. They just picked a big heavy armoire and things like like it was a little dresser. Very friendly, yet they were on a mission and they had another job to do that day so after they fill the truck to the max, they left emptied it did the other job and then came back and finished my job all in one day!!!! And considering how much they took away, I have no doubt that it was a lot cheaper than if I would've called that got junk people that always advertise on TV. TV advertising is super expensive so they have to pass that cost onto the customers and I don't know if Affordable Junk advertisers or not, I just put chunk removal Citrus Heights in the search line and they were the first ones that came up. I like Ashley so much. I didn't even call one other company and I'm so glad I found her in her guys. I lived in my home for 20 years and I am contemplating moving to an art community down in Benicia & without a doubt, they will be the company that I call. If I had to give them stars, I wouldn't give them five stars. I will give them 15!!! read more

I have used Affordable Junk Removal 3x and each time they have been courteous, professional, and always fairly priced! Great service at great prices! Business was quick to respond to my yelp inquiry. Had appointment for same day! I liked that I was updated throughout the day of when they'll be arriving. They were fast to remove our piles of recycling and construction trash. Also they swept the area after clean up! Will use again if need arise. Thank you Affordable Junk Removal! read more

SUPER nice guys will help you out in every possible way ! Will definitely call them whenever I need stuff taken away! Very very helpful!

Guys showed up on time, didn't let us help load the truck, and were done very quickly. Were professional, kind and gave us a heads up call with their arrival window. For a junk hauler, the truck was very clean! Much appreciate the help! All in, we had about 1/3 of a 1 car garage worth of junk and the cost was reasonable for the fact that I would have had to rent a u-haul and dealt with the dump myself (which would have cost far more in money and time, especially with toddlers). read more

Fast response time, great service, removed a hot tub in a few hours. They made sure they cleaned up all the debris.

They were great. Right on time. Very professional and left the garage super clean. Highly recommend.

These people rock. My parents had to downsize from a 3 bedroom condo to a two bedroom apartment. They had lived in the condo for 21 years. My parents are pack rats! After moving all the stuff that the apartment could hold, there was a massive amount of stuff left over. I called Affordable Junk Removal and they showed on time and gave me a very competitive estimate. So I had them do the job. They hustled and they cleaned up and they never complained. Five stars to Affordable Junk Removal! If you need junk hauled away these people do a great job! read more
