I made a request to have some items hauled away via text, the response times were fast and they gave me an estimate which was nice to know ahead of time. I booked after a few days of me trying to work out a good time for me. My request was personal items of a family member that needed to be disposed of and the situation was sensitive. Byron and Jr. pulled up and greeted me. I showed them the items for removal, which included a mattress and a few boxes plus a toilet. They quickly got to work and asked questions along the way. Their service was excellent. They showed kindness and respect. I will call them again the next time I need something picked up. The cost was reasonable. Excellent company and service! read more

I hired Sac Junk for a junk pickup service and was really impressed. They were professional, courteous, and very helpful from start to finish. The value was great for the service...quick, efficient, and no hassle. One note: they didn't take the paint shown in the picture, which I understand due to disposal restrictions. Still, everything else was handled perfectly. Would definitely hire them again. read more

Sac Junk handled a last minute and late night junk pickup request for our childcare center with great customer service. They picked up a full truck load for us and even used a leaf blower and swept up the area under the junk. They didn't damage any of the ingress or egress areas. They were on time and efficient with their service as well. They left a nice clean space in the children's play area - that level of customer service was much appreciated! read more

While driving through the streets of West Sacramento on my way to work at the local hospital, I found myself behind a truck labeled "Sac Junk." I was short on time, so I called the number on the back of the truck and asked if they could come immediately. The person on the other end asked for my location, and when I told him I was in Midtown Sacramento, he said he could have someone there in 30 minutes. I was pleased with his response. The service exceeded my expectations, especially given my last-minute request. The Sac Junk team arrived and cleared out the rental in less than 40 minutes. The staff that came to do the job were professional, clean, and courteous. If I ever need junk removal again, I will definitely call Sac Junk! A happy customer. read more

A tree cutting service took down a giant canary palm tree in my front yard, they also ground the massive stump and roots. But my calls to them about clean up went unanswered, even though I offered to pay them additional money for cleaning up all the debris. I needed help and quickly. So I looked on Yelp, called several companies that remove yard debris, and Sac Junk was the most immediate, direct, honest response I received. There is no wasting your time here, Alonso answered my call, asked for a description and a few pictures, and after viewing them gave me a reasonable, accurate quote. I wasn't able to get back to him until 7:30 p.m. and he texted me back right away, setting up the time for the very next day! He and his coworker arrived on time and set to work immediately. The amount of work they did in the hot sun, and the speed with which they worked was amazing. This was not easy as there was dirt mixed in with the palm tree roots, which made it more difficult and heavy to remove. They cleaned the site up meticulously. We gave Alonso and his coworker bottles of cold water afterward and they talked with my nephew and I pleasantly...they possess such good people skills, have a strong work ethic, and do their job from the very first contact with professionalism, motivation and enthusiasm. This was a very positive experience! We highly recommend Sac Junk and will be calling on them again in the future. read more
