I booked after a few days of me trying to work out a good time for me. My request was personal items of a family member that needed to be disposed of and the situation was sensitive. Byron and Jr. pulled up and greeted me. I showed them the items for removal, which included a mattress and a few boxes plus a toilet. They quickly got to work and asked questions along the way. A tree cutting service took down a giant canary palm tree in my front yard, they also ground the massive stump and roots. But my calls to them about clean up went unanswered, even though I offered to pay them additional money for cleaning up all the debris. I needed help and quickly. So I looked on Yelp, called several companies that remove yard debris, and Sac Junk was the most immediate, direct, honest response I received. There is no wasting your time here, Alonso answered my call, asked for a description and a few pictures, and after viewing them gave me a reasonable, accurate quote. I wasn't able to get back to him until 7:30 p.m. and he texted me back right away, setting up the time for the very next day! He and his coworker arrived on time and set to work immediately. The amount of work they did in the hot sun, and the speed with which they worked was amazing. This was not easy as there was dirt mixed in with the palm tree roots, which made it more difficult and heavy to remove. They cleaned the site up meticulously. We gave Alonso and his coworker bottles of cold water afterward and they talked with my nephew and I pleasantly...they possess such good people skills, have a strong work ethic, and do their job from the very first contact with professionalism, motivation and enthusiasm.
