After a horrible experience with a chimney company, my wood stove needed to be removed from the fireplace. It didn't get past coming out of the fireplace. Discard junk removal took a phone call on Sunday, had a team at my door in an hour and the two men that came were courteous, clean and professional. I will recommend them to everyone that needs their service. read more

These guys are thieves and conmen. I hire these guys to do a clean out and they help themselves to whatever they want to take home. Stole jewelry. Stole jacket. Stole actual money and smiled in my face as they charged me for their service. Stay away at all costs. They come with a smile but will either steal from you or drain your wallet with fake cost read more

The respond the service request very quickly. I only need to sent them the pictures to show them what I need to Junk. They can give me an estimates and the price is reasonable. read more

We had Discard Junk Removal come out (short notice) on a Friday and again on Sunday. They have great communication. Reasonable pricing and they do all the heavy lifting! We will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

I called them , they came out right of way ,and gave me an estimate and took everything that needed to go away .Easy .

The junk removal crew was absolutely amazing! Their communication was excellent from start to finish. I put in a request for removal and they were able to come out the very next morning before my scheduled movers and this was a super last-minute request on my end. They worked so quickly and efficiently that I don't even think it took a full 45 minutes to clear everything out before my movers arrived. The timing couldn't have been more perfect. If you're looking for fast, reliable junk removal, I highly recommend this business. I truly can't thank them enough for coming through and making my move so much smoother! read more

Liars. Will waste most, if not all of your day ! . Don't waste your time. Call a professional. I scheduled a Junk removal which was really just tree clippings and yard trimmings. I really needed it done ASAP because my brother lives in the HOA . They scheduled for the hours between 2 and 4 PM. Unfortunately, they called at 2:30 and said they were going to be late. I said OK , no problem. I asked the woman when they would arrive and she said" Dont worry ! they won't be long. " I did get a call at 3:30 and the woman says " I'm sorry the guys won't be there until 6 PM. " Since I invested so much time waiting I told her it's OK , but please make it as I have to remove this this stuff!. She said No worries, we promise we'll be there 6 PM . Six pm rolls around and they call back and say " i'm sorry unfortunately , they have to reschedule" . I was enraged. I hung up in mid sentence. They're not only wasted a little of my time they wasted my whole day! I don't appreciate this at all, and I'm predicting that your company is gonna take a nose dive with this kind of .poor service. Other than that, I will never recommend or call this company again. Very, very very disappointed.. read more

Would recommend! Removed a sturdy shed in under an hour, along with other junk. I will be using discard junk again. read more

I would have went with them based on the reviews but they gave me an estimate at double the price I was quoted for by many other junk haulers. I was given an estimate for only 6 items for $150-$175. Most other companies charge as much as 1/2 of that price the highest being 120. I went with a company that charged me $80 read more

We can't say enough great things about Discard Junk Removal! Gabriel was very communicative and took time to understand our situation and worked out a plan for the few days we needed his crew. We found out just a few weeks prior to needing these services that we inherited a home, and we very quickly wanted to turn it around for sale. His team came out the first day and was mostly muscle, sorting, packing, and moving all the junk out into the yard, and the second and third day were loading up the junk and doing at least 9 trips to the dump. Because the house is way out in Plumas Lake, they had to travel quite far to the dump each trip! Not only did all the employees do excellent work, but they were all great guys. (Shoutout to Eddie!) This was not a cheap undertaking, however it was absolutely worth it and very reasonably priced for all the work that was done! We will continue to recommend Gabriel and Discard Junk Removal to anyone and everyone we know needing junk removal services! read more

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend with ten stars! I desperately needed a cleanup of my garage now which had a ton of junk from over 29 yrs. Gabriel called me as soon as I made a request and he came over right away! He gave me a great flat rate after sending him photos and hauled out the junk from my garage with his nice assistant. He didn't try to upsell me like other people do . He was straightforward, swift and courteous. I wish more people were like him! I will be scheduling another appt. to shred old documents and do another pickup. Thank you!!! read more

Needed a mattress removal fast. They were responsive, very reasonably priced, and they recycle. Will definitely use them again.

I appreciate the speed of the response and clean up that these very polite young men provided. They responded quickly to my Internet inquiry, were very thorough in their pricing and quoting, and they spoke English and are legit. I 100% recommend them! I had the option of loading the dumpster myself or having them load it. Their prices are comparable (if not better) than others I contacted. But the biggest seller was how professional they were on the phone and in person. Gabriel, David, and Eddy were great! Hire them! read more

Note: Three movers were great, completed move two hours. Did not appreciate the 'bait switch' from Gabriel or Thumbtack. read more
