Highly recommend Big Rich Hauling! After doing some spring cleaning I had acquired quite the pile. I shared pictures of what I needed hauled away and Rich was fast to respond. Highly recommended! This company went above and beyond to assist my sister during a moving crisis from her upstairs to downstairs apartment. She made the appointment for the day of the move however they were unable to communicate with her the day of the move. (No fault on their behalf) although they were unable to reach her after multiple calls they went to her property and left a business card on the door. Unfortunately the move didn't happen. I contacted them to see if I could at least pay for the time the company wasted trying to get in touch with her, they kindly refused my offer. They ended up scheduling another appointment for the next day and the move was a success. I will definitely utilize this company in the future if I need moving assistance. Thank you Big Rich and your team for great service!!! read more

These guys were awesome! Very careful and clean. They loaded the whole truck in an hour and were on their way. I would have had to take 30 loads to the dump and separate the items; this was affordable and so easy. Thanks for the great experience! read more

Big Rich - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Sacramento, California

We recently hired Big Rich Hauling to clean out our sibling's 2nd-floor apartment. There were a lot of household and personal items that had accumulated over 30 years. Big Rich's crew was on-time for the initial assessment appointment. Their estimate was competitive and we especially appreciated that they would save, donate and/or recycle whatever items they could to reduce the impact on the local landfill. They were able to complete the job in a little less time than originally estimated, and their final bill was LESS than they had quoted - a very welcome surprise to us during a stressful time! These guys arrive on time, they are polite and professional, they do more than promised and they are FAIR in their pricing. We couldn't have been happier with their work - highly recommended!! read more

Big Rich is responsive, patient and accommodating. He set up removal of furniture from my mother's home in 2023. His employees were the greatest. Professional, respectful, and efficient. Prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Update: we called Big Rich again earlier this month, for a move to another room. Again, everything went smoothly. Dominic and Jeff were our movers. Again, professional, respectful, and efficient. It was great to talk to Rich again. Easy to work with. Responsive. And a really nice guy. read more

These guys did an excellent job! They were right on time, having called to let me know their ETA before hand. These guys also work fast. As soon as I showed Christian, Robert, and Jessy everything I wanted to get rid of, they went right to work. I appreciate that they even swept up after they were finished loading all of the stuff. I added a few things while they were loading, and the whole crew handled it in stride. When they finished I was also happy to find out that the final cost was lower than I was expecting.
