Worst customer service by the office ladies, when I asked to speak with the owner or asked for the owners email to speak with them personally regarding my complaint a lady by the name of Rosa got on the phone stating she was the owner and treated me like completely garbage! I know she is not the owner and if the owners want their business ran straight into the ground they are doing a great job of allowing this Rosa lady to do it! I just got screwed out of three months of "service" that did not service anything. Apparently I did not dispute the charges in good enough time to get a refund. You have 28 days to dispute the charges to your account. Keep it in mind. I wish they would have worked with me on the charges seeing as I've been a customer with them for two years and the communication I had with the driver during those months was pretty strait forward. "Hi can I get it serviced this week?" Driver, "yea buddy I'm a little busy tho".. then no service that week and so on for months. I wouldn't have used the toilet as a dumpster it was so disgusting. It was really easy to get their unit delivered, it was clean & what you would expect for a port-a-potty,, but the billing dept. seemed to think that they only needed to service them once a month then want to charge $100.00 extra every time they came out to our remote mountain hideaway. The service people were friendly & helpful ,, but the billing dept. was such a NIGHTMARE, I chose to pay the drivers in cash rather than dealing with the lady in billing who constantly tried to over charge & add EXTRA charges for services we NEVER RECIEVED!!! Then they wanted to continue billing AFTER the Camp Fire destroyed everything!!!! Now they want to send us to collections for services supposedly incurred AFTER the fire !!!! My family can't thank your company enough for going out of your way to help us when we needed it most! My fathers house burned in all the recent fires in Bangor and I called on a Sunday, not really expecting to get a hold of anyone but hoping so we could get a toilet rental set up at my Dads property while we rebuild. Their answering service put us through to the owner who said she would call her employee on his day off to see if he would deliver it that same day and he showed up a few hours later! I didn't catch his name but he was extremely helpful, set it up, made sure it was cleaned, even brushed some ash off the patio we had it on for us. First time patron to these services with a solid experience. Tight quarters with not a lot of room to stretch but still cozy. Not much to hold on to for those explosive scenarios. Sound travels well so you'll be able to yell for help if need be. Plenty of paper on board for those infinity wipers. Overall cleanliness was good with only a slight layer of dust. It did not smell like the Devils Anus like you'd expect but more so like Pines and with a hint of blue toxic deodorizer.
