We drove from Sacramento because everything in the area was fully booked for at least one month out. They are the nicest post office clerks I have ever met. My son has autism and doesn't do well with pictures. Well, let me tell you! They were interactive and patient when taking his passport picture! It went amazing! We were in and out within 15 minutes. Oh, and they had a cute little table with color pages. So thoughtful! 10 out of 10 service! Thank you! So worth the drive! I highly recommend them!

She was disrespectful and made me feel dumb like I didn't know what I came in there for as if I didn't just drive 45 minutes to come get my passport. Her tone of voice was not inviting and had a bunch of attitude and she needs to be talked too about her customer service and how to control her tone and talk to people kindly and respectfully. I recently visited the Yuba City DMV and had a very frustrating experience. The office only had one…read moreregistration kiosk available, which caused an unnecessarily long wait. Many people, including myself, came prepared to quickly handle simple registration renewals. Still, instead, I was stuck waiting close to an hour because the kiosk was occupied by 20 or more people, most of whom were elderly and non-English speaking and needed help. I ended up helping these people who aren't technology savvy, as the DMV staff wouldn't do anything, because I value my time. What made the situation worse was that the staff would not allow payment for registration at the counter, even though several windows were open. It seems unreasonable to restrict customers to only one method of payment when the line is so long and people's time is valuable. Allowing registration payments at the counter would have sped up the process significantly and reduced the frustration for everyone waiting. The DMV already has a reputation for long lines and slow service, and experiences like this reinforce it. While I understand that kiosks are meant to streamline services, having only one machine and refusing counter service defeats that purpose. I hope the DMV reconsiders this policy and provides more kiosks or allows counter payment as an option, so customers can have a smoother and more efficient experience in the future. Solution: Install more Self-Service Registration Kiosk to replace the counters. FOR F-CK SAKE! If the people behind the counter are so lazy and see someone just playing on their phone. What exactly are their role at the DMV counter? Is this how my "renewal registration" dollars are spent? What a waste!

The problem is that every single day it seems, I get someone else's mail- sometimes not even the same number or even street!!!! My husband called in, and a very pleasant voice answered in the other end. We were able to find Colusa Legal within a small building of other small shops. We walked in and met Nancy. I have been using laundry time laundry mat, religiously for about 3 years now every Monday, it has…read morebeen ok for a while but recently it's becoming very inconvenient, change machines not working,half of the washers and dryers have issues, the machines eat your money and you very rarely see the owners or maintenance people anymore. I had to use my debit card today due to the lack of neither change machine working, not everyone has the funds in their account to do that and that's why I buy quarters from the machine. And not all machines have the card readers. Ugh! So frustrated with this place lately, you never know what to expect anymore. And the restroom is never available for paying customers.
