I've asked the neighbors not to multiple times, unfortunately they do not listen. so my mail doesnt get delivered when people decide to park in front of my box. I've complained and reported multiple times to no avail. post office tells me "just to tell them not to park there" not sure why that's my job, and the neighbors do not listen. so my mail never gets delivered. I only used their drop box inside the post office. The United States Post office is located on the corner of Oak Street and Robinson in old downtown Oroville. The building itself is beautiful with alot of character. Very historic! I was there today at 220 pm ( September 12) and there was a pretty long line of people with packages. I can't say if the employees are on top of it or not because I did not have to go up to the counter for assistance. Parking is available out front. I would have given them more stars but the 2 homeless people right in front of the entry were not friendly. I won't go here again because I don't live here! I usually mail my stuff at the post office elsewhere. It does have mail boxes inside this facility.

We drove from Sacramento because everything in the area was fully booked for at least one month out. They are the nicest post office clerks I have ever met. My son has autism and doesn't do well with pictures. Well, let me tell you! They were interactive and patient when taking his passport picture! It went amazing! We were in and out within 15 minutes.
