This is a recommendation. I would like to encourage LOPers to take advantage of the convenience, helpfulness and service of our local Combie Mailbox. They are barely scraping by and are considering closing shop. It's a lot of work for very little. Yes, they mark up prices on stamps and packages, but for what it costs you in time and gas to drive to Auburn PO, you can do business right out the gate for less inconvenience and expense. Their markups are tiny. I love their card assortment too! Very unique greetings for all occasions. Also, when I mail a package, they can look up all my info and expedite service. The lines at Auburn PO can be daunting. I hope you will consider supporting this business! They are worth it!!! read more

They are above reasonable with what they charge, and have always been helpful with any postal service I have requested. I've been coming here for a few years now and haven't had any issues. Since the new owner took over , I've had a few packaging mishaps, things were processed as delivered when I just dropped them off and they were not in fact delivered yet. Then recently I sent a item that was in a large priority box and the lady insisted that it was a flat rate box and charged me $18.90 for it when I knew for a fact it was not a flat rate box, she wasn't being very helpful and there was a long line behind me so I paid and left. So upon delivery of this package , I had my friend take pictures to prove the box wasn't a flat rate. I came back & the gals working this time were very nice and helpful and went to grab the manager Cesar to help me out. He took one look at my picture and he tossed me a $10 bill and said "will this be sufficient enough ? Why waste our time ?" I was shocked ! How did I waste your time ? Your employee was the one who made a mistake by overcharging me and I was just asking for it to be made right. Doesn't seem like I went out of my way to waste anybody's time. So sad that he chose to act in this manner. Even though this business is only minutes away from my house and I've been coming here for years, I won't be coming back. I'll schedule pick ups at my house from now on or go out of my way to the main PO in Auburn. This is not how you treat customers! read more

The service was fine. However, they clearly were not following COVID protocol. For such a small shop, I was shocked to see that not a single employee was wearing a face mask. That is completely disrespectful to the members of the public who need to use their service. read more

Small local shipping business. New owners are helpful and pleasant. Not much more you can ask for. This is where I try and ship all of my mail. Retail space is small and cramped, but as long as that not what you are going for its great! read more

The online hours say Mon-Fri 10am - 4pm. Went there Monday 10:30am to find out it's closed Monday's. Tuesday went @ 10:20am to discover it doesn't open until noon. Went back Tuesday @ 2pm and there was a huge line of @ 10-15 people. No thanks never again read more

A rude and incompetent new owner combined with a massive increase in rent. This business went from a prized location with Terry & MaryAnn to now a place to avoid at all costs. I believe this man violates postal code by not putting Saturdays mail in your box until Monday. The help are nice however. read more

I am updating my previous negative review for this business as it is under new ownership and I have been using their services once again since the incredibly angry & rude codger is gone. It's wonderful to have people who know how to treat their customers back at the helm here. I have mailed packages and had several papers notarized here. After having a P.O. box there for 15 years and being treated shabbily by the previous owner, I moved that part of my business elsewhere and am happy there so I cannot comment on that particular service here under the new owner. As efficient and courteous as they have been to me in other areas, I would say to give them a chance if you need a P.O. Box. read more

These goons of a USPS store, won't even fulfill their job. I went in to the store to get a USPS money order cashed out, the guy that processes the MO's wasn't there so I waited patiently. The retard finally shows up and says "he doesn't feel like doing it." Claims it was too little of an amount. Haha, how was this MO created in the first place if they were not going to process it. I would NEVER recommend going to this fine establishment ever, if they can't do their own simple job then why support them. Remember, "he doesn't feel like doing it." She said I had to drive all the way to the Auburn one to cash it because they DONT want to do it. If you were a real company you would do your job to serve the people. read more

Been using the services at Combie Mail Box for years. Absolutely no complaints on their service, friendliness, or professionalism. Have nearly all our UPS, FedEx, GSO, DHL, and USPS sent to our box there, often several times a week. Sometimes even rather heavy items (60-80 lbs.) or time sensitive deliveries. read more
