DO NOT take your passport pictures at Mail N More. They have full knowledge that the post office doesn't accept pictures they take, yet the woman still took my picture and my money. I didn't find out this information until after my picture was denied at the post office. After my appointment with the post office, I went back into Mail N More to get my money back. I told them what had happened and all the rude woman said was "They (the post office) never accepts outsourced pictures". They should have disclosed this information. Wouldn't have waisted my time or money if I knew this information prior to purchasing my picture through them. They should give a disclaimer warning! read more

Every business has a vibe....and this one is bad. The employees/owners are miserable. I've been going here for years, and it never fails that the ladies up front are abrasive, short, and rude. They get upset if you don't automatically know the procedure for sending a package. If you walk in, you are pretty much interrupting their break. I went in to renew my wife's mailbox today. She gave birth in late November via emergency C section and needless to say life has been crazy. This mailbox was not high on the priority list, as we don't receive much mail there. The lady who waited on me appeared to be one of the owners. She said the box was closed due to non payment and she had returned the mail to sender. I agreed that was fair and I'd like to reopen it for my wife. She curtly said I'd have to pay for the back months. I confirmed that the box had not been open for the last month and that no mail was accepted. I also told her we'd been quite distracted with the pregnancy issues and such, and she said she'd been pregnant and it was no excuse. Again, I agreed it was fair to send the mail back, but should I really pay for months where I had no box and they offered no service? I was polite and patient. She promptly told me I could take my business elsewhere. This went on for 5 minutes, and all I can say is that she was flat rude. I politely told her I'd go out to the car where my wife was waiting and see what she wanted to do. We both agreed we don't want to do business with people like that. We had the box for 4 years, but it's clear that when life deals you some tough blows, at least this lady couldn't give a darn. They seem to be nice people as long as things are going their way. I have had two great ecperiences here at Mail-N-More. A while back I made use of their LifeScan service prior to teaching Sunday School. The process was relatively quick and easy. Today I dropped off a package for my daughter to be sent via DHL. The associate was most helpful in making sure that the package had the appropriate documentation for pick up. She was also extremely helpful and informative with regards to a merchandise return to Spain that I have been working on. Professional, courteous, and outstanding service. UGH. I have no idea where the "nice and friendly" (as mentioned in other reviews) person was when I went in. Got the LIVE SCAN. The lady who did it was quite very rude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor rather than me giving her business. It sure would be nice to know when I will find out when the scan is completed. I wasn't told. I was only criticized and physically pushed around for a lack of skill in putting my fingers on the plate to her liking. Seriously, I felt abused! If it had been a man doing it...oy vey! LOL but really not funny. It was super uncomfortable for me and an awful experience. This is where my kid's school sent me so this is where I went. I called the district office and told them about it and that they should be referring people elsewhere. I told them to read the reviews. Anyone who mentions Live Scan here or on Google had an awful experience. If this lady was smart, she'd read the reviews and change her ways. Evidently she hasn't. Go to the Sheriff's department instead. They will be much nicer. The owner had an opportunity to gain a new customer for needs fulfilled by her business, but I will continue to take my business elsewhere. The store is very organized and well maintained. The owner/staff was very knowledgeable regarding my documents and notarization, and was helpful to efficiently and adequately ensured that my documents were filled out correctly. I went in for live scan services. I am giving 2 stars because they got it done-not because there was anything good about the experience . The lady that helped me had the personality of a turd in a milk bottle. No hello, thank you...anything. Robot like with no personality. She definitely had no problem telling me $113 as she yelled it across the store to me. I stood there thinking she would come over to the register area and she just stood there waiting for me to go over to her-apparently I need to learn how to read minds. This store is a full shipping and mailing center for UPS ,FedEX, and USPS! If you are in a hurry, your packages can be wrapped and shipped by these terrific folks. I dropped off a fragile pkg for shipping. Received a call later in the day informing me that the pkg may not be safe from crushing. The man found appropriate packaging and just asked for my credit card to cover the box and additional shipping charge. Above and beyond customer service. So UPS dropped off a package for pickup at this location. My slip from UPS was in my possession, and it didn't have my last name. Just my first. I go in to pickup my package and the owner gave it away to some lady an hour prior. He claimed she said my last name, but I just moved here and the slip only had my first. No way she could have known. He blatantly gave her my package with close to $2,000 of products in it away. He wants to take zero responsibility for his mistake, and has left me in the dark for 2 weeks. Something fishy is going on in that location, as they were the only one who knew my last name. So either its an inside job, or he just is incompetent when it comes to looking at and confirming identification, and will not own responsibility as the business owner. Nor any attempt to make it right, He's trying to pawn the mistake off to UPS. I love this store. They are so friendly and helpful. I assumed they closed at 5:00 on Saturday. I got there at 3:30 and they were closed. The owner saw me trying to open the door with a big box. As I was walking away he unlocked the door and took my box. I explained it was mementos of my husband that I was shipping to his brother and I needed it to get there on the 2nd. He made sure it went out that day and will be arriving to my brother in law on the second(the anniversary of my husbands passing). You don't get this kind of service from a box store. Although, the owner Jan was very helpful and quick to answer my questions and assure me that she understood how to ship to Russia (via DHL), the package was returned to me due to errors on her part in the shipping process. Yes, Russia is difficult to ship to, but it seems that for $288.00, she was more eager to take my money than to find a resolve or compromise financially for reshipping the package or giving me a partial refund. I understand, most of the $288.00 goes to DHL with her receiving a small percentage, but she should have gifted me her part back, or offered future services with a gift certificate or something. read more

I had a very large framed painting (6 ft x 2 1/2 ft) to be packaged and shipped. Mail-N-More did a great job safely and securely wrapping, boxing and shipping the painting for me. I received email updates from FedEx tracking. However, I received a personal phone call from Hanson at Mail-N-More to let me know that the package had been delivered. I think they knew I was nervous about it since it was such an awkward size. What great, personalized customer service. I highly recommend them! read more
