After my transaction I handed one of my Slim Jim's to her and she said "No, that's for you! I bought it for you" It was such a small gesture but it felt enormous in that moment. I said I think the bar code is in the box, as I thought it was the RMA slip. She gave me the blank look, and I got the message, "You're not getting any help from me, get out". I walked out of the store and asked myself, what just happened. All I need is to open up the package and get the barcode and reseal with a bit of tape. But after that frosty exchange I didn't want to go back in and ask or purchase tape, so I went over to Raleys and got some tape. I brought it back to Mail Biz and sent off the package. This means that an employee who is cashiering has to break away from what they're doing to come over and do returns. This often results in lengthy delays. Instead of getting instant service like we had before, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes to return my package today because they were understaffed. This has happened several times and each time is worse. Not the employees fault, but the management. Fix this problem immediately or we will all stop coming to your staples store for Amazon return returns.

The postage rates are the same as every other office in the United States. I love small towns businesses. The building is historic. The building even has a G on it. The G means it's a Great building. Most importantly I appreciate the blue stoic guardian(the mailbox) that stands as a sentinel in front of this amazing building. Rain or shine(mostly shine it's CA after all) he takes our burdens and relays them to the postmaster for sorting and sending. One time I saw a dog lifting his leg to the blue mailbox as he would a fire hydrant. It was despicable and it gave me more appreciation for everything the mailbox goes though. Thank you USPS.

The old signs were green aluminum with vinyl letters that were disintegrating. After checking with numerous companies to undertake this project, we opted for Sierra Safety Company. We provided an inventory of signs and street names. They provided an example to demonstrate their work and it was impressive. The signs incorporate our District graphic, along with the street names. We were concerned that going with a brown background with white letters may not be as visible at night. These signs have a reflective film over them and they practically glow at night. The proofing of the signs was done online, and the turnaround time was well under 2 weeks from approval. We had a few minor issues including brackets that were rusted in place. We ordered replacements and they arrived the next day. A poll of the residents in the District were overwhelmingly positive as how quickly this project was completed, along with the quality of all the signs. If you are looking for a similar project, I would recommend that you contact Sierra Safety Company for these needs.
