I was making fun of myself for grabbing some snacks and saying it was my lunch. She was so empathetic to my plight and we bonded over Slim Jim's. After my transaction I handed one of my Slim Jim's to her and she said "No, that's for you! I bought it for you" It was such a small gesture but it felt enormous in that moment. I love this location and all of their staff, especially this particular young woman who made my entire week with her generosity!

The cashier suggested that I take a photo of the printed passport photo and upload that to the passport website, but unfortunately, that didn't work. Today, I stopped by the Staples in Auburn and was greeted by Wesley. I explained what had happened in Vacaville, and he immediately let me know that I had been given incorrect information. Wesley went above and beyond--he took the time to call the Vacaville store, arrange a refund for me, and make sure I received the proper digital passport photo I needed. The level of customer service Wesley provided is rare these days. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure the problem was resolved.
