I was opening a small business in a niche market and I needed printed materials to get me up and running...business cards, labels, stationery. I didn't utilize their design staff on my first order, but have used them on subsequent items. Great team! APi Marketing was responsive, ordering was easy via their online ordering system, pricing was competitive. Quality of my order was spectacular and re-ordering is a breeze. I probably could have found somewhere cheaper, but I'm all about supporting local small business...I mean, I'm one myself! I also LOVE how much they do in the community...I see their name everywhere as sponsors to local non-profit events. read more

I have used API for years, with Liz Weston being my rep. I've ordered everything from print collateral, pens, signage and used them for graphic design as well. I could not give them a better review. I worked in print for 10 years as well. The challenges with printing can be hard to manage. Last week Liz showed up with a physical mockup because the interior panel of my map folded brochure seemed imposed wrong in her opinion. She fixed something that I didn't address and improved the piece by just double checking everything for me with that mockup. I'm so grateful for them and will continue to use them for everything! read more

I recently had the best customer service from API Marketing in Auburn! I ordered yard signs for Teacher Appreciation Week. The signs were ready in a matter of days - earlier than the projected date. That's usually unheard of. I had 4 proofs to choose from. The product was amazing. The clarity and color on the signs with our school logo was impressive. Thank you API for helping me bring joy and tons of smiles to my teaching staff! read more

I have personally been using APi for my company's printing needs for the past year and half, although my company has been using them far longer than that. APi does a fantastic job of supplying me with samples and accurate proofs to ensure the product I am ordering is produced to my satisfaction. The quality of the work, as well as the customer service has always been excellent. My company requires a lot of last minute projects, and Merrill and her team's production and shipping services are always on time, or early! I have even utilized them for my own personal printing needs. I highly recommend them for all your marketing needs! read more

This is a shout out for Rob and Jeff. I requested four different jobs, each with very specific directions, and was delighted when I collected them this evening. Not only that...Jeff is helping us add perforated certificates to our student workbooks and his expertise and commitment to excellence keeps us returning to this awesome printing company. read more

Auburn Printers (now "Auburn Printers and Integrated Marketing" as they try to expand their business) does a fantastic job with printing color and black and white. Their prices are higher than many internet sites and some discount printers in Sacramento, but their quality is a full step up. They also do mailings, so you can bring an address file and a PDF of what you want sent, and they'll send it out for you. Their prices for fulfillment are competitive. They occasionally miss deadlines, they have a small staff and can get overloaded sometimes. Highly recommended, especially if you want good printing results. read more

Excellent and fast service. Friendly staff. Highly receommended.

API demonstrates why you need the help of a professional printer. There is no substitute for the expertise of a practiced eye. The margins are straight, the weight and coating of the paper is right, and they deliver to me locally for free. Having a print job arrive only to find it's poorly executed is just not worth it. Go with the experts. Choose API. read more

When I finally took the leap and opened my small business, I needed some help with a range of design/printing tasks. I had heard good things about APi and contacted them, even though I lived in a nearby city. Merrill immediately listened, came along side, and helped me navigate through design/production of a comprehensive marketing brochure package, then finished up with my business cards, letterhead, and envelopes. Additionally, I thought the cost was very reasonable and the service top notch, from initial contact to delivery of my products. I would strongly recommend you contact them for your printing/marketing products need. read more

Not easy to deal with. $260 for a REPRINT of 500 business cards? I ended up going with gotprint.com - for $31 and better quality. Sure, the proof that was approved was wrong, and that's our fault, but a TINY bit of attention to detail by API could have saved a lot of trouble. So which John Smith would use John.Simth@xxx.com? read more

I used to get some of my print materials online because of some of the low low pricing but when I had a problem there was nobody who cared enough over the phone to take care of me. That feeling never happens now that I have found Auburn Printers (API Marketing). Their customer service is second to none and everything I have ever had printed came out wonderful and was always on time. Even when I needed a last minute banner for my kids soccer team they came through. Don't waste your time online give these guys a try. read more

I have worked with dozens of printers over the years while running a midsize business, and API stands out from the crowd. Merrill, Brad, and the staff at API are a full service printing and marketing company. They are a pleasure to work with, and they do almost everything in house which not too many printers in our region can do. They have great design professionals on staff and have always hit the mark in terms of timeline, quality and value. I have no hesitation in recommending API to all who value excellence. read more
