The last time I was in there discovering that the entire job I ordered was botched, there was like 3 other people being told their orders were messed up too. An older lady had sent in an order of 100 invitations on Monday that needed to be sent out and they weren't done! It was Friday! And they had called and told her to come pick them up! I felt really bad for her. On top of it all they were really rude to me (not the older lady) and it felt very unprofessional. I've mentioned this to a couple friends later and they ALL SAID THE SAME THING! "They messed up my print job and then made me pay for it". This is a locally owned business in a community that is rapidly growing and WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOU! Time to get it together, guys. UPDATE. Actually I was going to delete my review because it doesn't feel good leaving a bad review in a small town but after owner responded, I'm leaving it. In my opinion Courtney, the only respectable thing to say is, -- "I'm sorry you had such a bad experience printing with us. We make mistakes sometimes and since it seems like numerous people experience us making mistakes that could have maybe been avoided, I feel strongly we need to figure out a better way to do things. Every employee I have encountered has been lovely, patient and kind with me. Recently, I was having a bad day. Tapped out emotionally and financially, and I may have vented to the woman helping me. I was making fun of myself for grabbing some snacks and saying it was my lunch. She was so empathetic to my plight and we bonded over Slim Jim's. After my transaction I handed one of my Slim Jim's to her and she said "No, that's for you! I bought it for you" It was such a small gesture but it felt enormous in that moment. I love this location and all of their staff, especially this particular young woman who made my entire week with her generosity!

This means that an employee who is cashiering has to break away from what they're doing to come over and do returns. This often results in lengthy delays. Instead of getting instant service like we had before, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes to return my package today because they were understaffed. This has happened several times and each time is worse. Not the employees fault, but the management. Fix this problem immediately or we will all stop coming to your staples store for Amazon return returns.

I had about a week before we flew to Hawaii for our shows and though getting the artwork to Corey and the setup times did not leave much time - after telling him the situation, he assured me he would meet the mark. I got a call the day before we were to depart and he had finished the entire order and informed me it was ready for pickup. The artwork was my own, so naturally, I would be critical but it came out better than expected. the shirts were as requested, the printing itself was pliable and not over thick or crusty feeling like ive received before from other shops. I still have a hoodie and 2 t-shirts I kept for myself that I wear and wash regularly and to date (now mid 2026 - and this would have been Oct 2023) are still perfect. Every single time I've come here they're never friendly. They probably get overwhelmed by the…read moreamount of business they're getting because their space is so small. Even when I've come to drop off mail in the morning, they already look annoyed. That's why I avoid coming here and would prefer going to Mail N More down the street, the workers' attitudes there are always positive and they're appreciative if you help them in any way unlike the UPS store where you feel like they're doing you a favor.
