The last time I was in there discovering that the entire job I ordered was botched, there was like 3 other people being told their orders were messed up too. An older lady had sent in an order of 100 invitations on Monday that needed to be sent out and they weren't done! It was Friday! And they had called and told her to come pick them up! I felt really bad for her. On top of it all they were really rude to me (not the older lady) and it felt very unprofessional. I've mentioned this to a couple friends later and they ALL SAID THE SAME THING! "They messed up my print job and then made me pay for it". This is a locally owned business in a community that is rapidly growing and WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOU! Time to get it together, guys. UPDATE. Actually I was going to delete my review because it doesn't feel good leaving a bad review in a small town but after owner responded, I'm leaving it. In my opinion Courtney, the only respectable thing to say is, -- "I'm sorry you had such a bad experience printing with us. But…read morenow that this has become a popular place to go for Amazon returns the store management has cut back on staff and moved Amazon returns to the front of the store instead of in the shipping department. This means that an employee who is cashiering has to break away from what they're doing to come over and do returns. This often results in lengthy delays. Instead of getting instant service like we had before, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes to return my package today because they were understaffed. This has happened several times and each time is worse. Not the employees fault, but the management. Fix this problem immediately or we will all stop coming to your staples store for Amazon return returns.
