We used Steve at Demink for our window lettering. Not only was he fast about the consult, he was more than accomodating with our many design changes. We love our windows! He was also $200 less expensive than Grass Valley Sign for almost identical work. (Minus a flower that we decided to forgo.) When we were sent the proofs I failed to notice that our phone number was one number off! After they installed the lettering I came in to the shock that our number was wrong! I called it and warned the sweet lady that answered that she may be getting some calls for hair appointments... Fortunately for us, Demink remedied the situation the very next day and at no charge, even though it was not their fault.
