One of the best things about Sergey and Action Printing is that he accomodates small business like…read moremine. Especially in that I have been working on a long term project for my skin care business that needs constant upkeep. I also appreciate he and Lesya's patience in working with the changes I need to make (seems like constant) as well as getting my project finished in a timely manner. I know in this industry constant changes can be irritating, though a part of the job. And I realize I can be high-maintenance. He and Lesya do a wonderful job, and I tell him all the time it is great to find someone with the same taste as me as I am picky, and this takes alot of design time out for me knowing I can always rely on them and not have to go back and add my two cents to the design work. I highly recommend him for professionalism as well as personality. They do a great job!

Arden responded so quickly to my request and pricing was provided as quick as I was able to provide the artwork. There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started. We had some issues matching the building paint and even though this wasn't part of the scope, they handled it. They went and bought the paint and painted the building and then added the building signage. They also did some window decals and a monument type street sign. I highly recommend them. We didn't receive a response about our concerns until going back to the shop in-person. They disagreed that the image was pixelated (attached here) and if it was, it was because of the original image (it was not the issue). They printed it again without issue, but there was no acknowledgement that the original print quality was unacceptable and it was because of their error. - the turnaround time was very quick - we were able to get a quote within hours and received our original order the next day and the re-print within two days. - value was good/fair, especially compared to other alternatives. Overall, we wouldn't use them again for something sentimental or where pixelation would be important (ex. wedding-related, holiday cards, etc.) but would maybe use them for something with a pretty designs (ex. poster, maybe?).
