- overall, the service was poor. Our order - a two-sided design on a postcard - was fine on one…read moreside but extremely pixelated on the other. We didn't receive a response about our concerns until going back to the shop in-person. They disagreed that the image was pixelated (attached here) and if it was, it was because of the original image (it was not the issue). They printed it again without issue, but there was no acknowledgement that the original print quality was unacceptable and it was because of their error. - the turnaround time was very quick - we were able to get a quote within hours and received our original order the next day and the re-print within two days. - value was good/fair, especially compared to other alternatives. Overall, we wouldn't use them again for something sentimental or where pixelation would be important (ex. wedding-related, holiday cards, etc.) but would maybe use them for something with a pretty designs (ex. poster, maybe?).

I really wanted to have it framed in a frame that was hanging in her nursery when we brought her home from the hospital. Only problem, the art piece was in a rectangle shape and the fame was a square. Kevin was friendly and very knowledgeable. He assured me he could cut the art piece so that it could fit in the frame without losing any of its integrity. He was right. The end result was perfect! My daughter loved it and even though it was the holidays and the store was always buzzing when I was in there...Kevin got the project done in just a couple days. We'll be redecorating her room this weekend and finding the perfect place to hang it! Thank you Kevin for adding some ease to my holiday season and for making my vision a reality!

I came here for reprinting business cards. The Print Center was close and despite them being more…read moreexpensive, I figured that we would support a local business. Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. As such, I urge others to find a different option for printing services.

I'm still ticked off at this place for the way they tried to rip me off earlier this week…read more First, they quoted the price $155 to my dad when he called for an estimate on getting a new headliner for my 1991 Toyota Corolla. That sounded reasonable, so I decided to call them for an appointment. When I made the call on Tuesday to set up the appointment for that procedure, they quoted $225. Yikes! After checking back with my dad, it turns out they asked us all of the same questions - sunroof or no sunroof? two-door or four-door? etc. - yet for some reason they tacked on an extra $70 when I made the call. They seemed very unprofessional and disorganized over the phone. I would hate to think what those knuckleheads might have done to my poor car, had I kept the appointment. Here's my only advice to any young people who still want to go to this place: to get the best possible price for any procedure, have your dad set up the appointment for you.

I have to admit that I was hesitant to use this company since the previous reviewer didn't give them a good review, but that review was 6 yrs old, and Victor seemed like a good guy. We returned the next day to confirm the original bid. Victor wasn't there, but David honored the original bid and was just as pleasant to deal with as Victor. The cushion turned out fantastic!
