One of the best things about Sergey and Action Printing is that he accomodates small business like mine. Especially in that I have been working on a long term project for my skin care business that needs constant upkeep. I also appreciate he and Lesya's patience in working with the changes I need to make (seems like constant) as well as getting my project finished in a timely manner. I know in this industry constant changes can be irritating, though a part of the job. And I realize I can be high-maintenance. He and Lesya do a wonderful job, and I tell him all the time it is great to find someone with the same taste as me as I am picky, and this takes alot of design time out for me knowing I can always rely on them and not have to go back and add my two cents to the design work. I highly recommend him for professionalism as well as personality. They do a great job! read more

We have had several jobs done through Action Printing, including my sisters wedding invitations and our own, and have always had a great experience. Our prints are always excellent quality and their customer service is wonderful. Prices are very fair as well. They were especially helpful when we were unfamiliar with the printing process. Patient and very informative as we stumbled through our first job figuring out appropriate formatting. Definitely our print shop for as long as we're in the area. read more

Good quality printing service compared to many! They are really helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a good printing service. read more

Been a customer of Action since 2005, prior to the merger of a then much smaller printing business with excellent customer service. It only got better and has maintained our increasing expectations of a printing company for our growing business. Correspondence is always very timely, and clear. Pricing is very competitive. Our business is now in Napa/Sonoma so we are quite a distance, but they have continually given us every reason to continue doing business with them. Everything from Banners, T-shirts to the everyday stationary, business card, special consultation forms and very specific logo/spacing they nail without any question. Highly recommend this copy company if you are looking for reliability, excellent customer service and skill, and great pricing! read more

I came to Action Printing looking for a business card design that would really define my business and reflect my sense of style. I will definitely use them again for all my business needs. read more

Was referred here by a friend, and I'm definitely happy I decided to make it in. I had them do a couple smaller jobs first, really liked the quality, and now I've switched over my entire business and all our needs over to Action printing. The work and prices are great, but more than anything I very much appreciate the high level of service. I'm constantly very busy so it's awesome when I call and immediately am talking to someone who's helpful. Thanks again guys keep it up. read more

Both Sergey and Yana are genuinely nice and helpful people. They both worked with me until my cards were exactly the way I wanted them and after giving the approval to print, it only took two days! Which is pretty fast and I loved my cards. Thanks Action Printing! read more

I was looking to get cover art printed for DVD cases and they did a great job. I left very happy. After looking around at many different places I have finally found a place that is willing to work with you in order to get the result you are looking for. A lot of people have been unwilling to help and dont really know the ins and outs of their printers and such but the staff here knows what they are doing. I plan on coming back and recommending anyone who needs prints to them. read more

If you are looking for a place to get business cards or flyers printed, THIS IS the place to go. I have just a small business, but I am trying to make a big impact with my printed promotional items and Action Print is allowing me to do that. Being the thrift spender that I am, of course I have looked elsewhere and online to try to beat the price and the quality. Mission failed! Sergey and his team always give me the best deal and treat me like they, too, are just a small business. But they aren't! when you go pick up your order, you will see they have boxes and boxes of orders waiting to be picked up. It made me wonder how in the heck they had time to treat me like I was the only customer :) I love, love, love the quality, customer service and price point of this place. I no longer have to go scowering google for printing. read more

Needed some printing done asap, they couldn't guarantee it but got the job done! First file wasn't quite right, they helped me to figure out the problem and reformat file and it worked beautifully! Thank you so much Oksana and Serge read more

Really great customer service. They help you get exactly what you have in mind. they take the time to help you with your project. I never feel rushed there. Visited the shop to get several estimates, 2 guys, possibly the managers were horsing around in the small lobby. Note: I've never order any custom-made signs, and had to pry to get an estimate from the receptionist/front staff. I expected the staff to ask ALL the questions and not the other way around. For example, I wanted a decal on my bumper, but didn't know the dimensions and the staff person just stared at me, I then asked "Um, do you have a measuring tape so we can take the measurements?" Moreover, I HAD TO ASK the staff to accompany me to get the measurements, AND I TOOK the measurements. What poor customer service. They lost my service and I have a pocket book itching to get burned. read more
