One of the best things about Sergey and Action Printing is that he accomodates small business like mine. Especially in that I have been working on a long term project for my skin care business that needs constant upkeep. I also appreciate he and Lesya's patience in working with the changes I need to make (seems like constant) as well as getting my project finished in a timely manner. I know in this industry constant changes can be irritating, though a part of the job. And I realize I can be high-maintenance. He and Lesya do a wonderful job, and I tell him all the time it is great to find someone with the same taste as me as I am picky, and this takes alot of design time out for me knowing I can always rely on them and not have to go back and add my two cents to the design work. I was looking to get cover art printed for DVD cases and they did a great job. I left very happy. If you are looking for a place to get business cards or flyers printed, THIS IS the place to go. I have just a small business, but I am trying to make a big impact with my printed promotional items and Action Print is allowing me to do that. Being the thrift spender that I am, of course I have looked elsewhere and online to try to beat the price and the quality. Mission failed! Sergey and his team always give me the best deal and treat me like they, too, are just a small business. But they aren't! when you go pick up your order, you will see they have boxes and boxes of orders waiting to be picked up. It made me wonder how in the heck they had time to treat me like I was the only customer :) I love, love, love the quality, customer service and price point of this place. Visited the shop to get several estimates, 2 guys, possibly the managers were horsing around in the small lobby. Note: I've never order any custom-made signs, and had to pry to get an estimate from the receptionist/front staff. I expected the staff to ask ALL the questions and not the other way around. For example, I wanted a decal on my bumper, but didn't know the dimensions and the staff person just stared at me, I then asked "Um, do you have a measuring tape so we can take the measurements?" Moreover, I HAD TO ASK the staff to accompany me to get the measurements, AND I TOOK the measurements. What poor customer service. They lost my service and I have a pocket book itching to get burned. read more
