I had to return something and person asked me Shien, Temu, and two other names I did not understand. I said I have an Amazon return and she said "we don't accept them you MUST do at Kiosk!" My return though required an employee to accept it, then she says "we don't accept YOUR kind." Now I was thrown off by that comment as I thought it was very rude and disrespectful for a UPS employee to say! I don't know who the Asian female was, but she needs to find another job where she has to point out and say to a civilian "we don't accept YOUR kind." That is very disrespectful and UPS could have a discrimination problem by customers if they're kept around. She definitely has no care for customer service and I would fire her! Oh for anyone who's wondering where the store is, it's not longer next to Mountain Mike's as you have to go around shopping center where the Donut shop is kind of facing across from a Subway in same shopping center. read more

I brought a bit over 100 photos here to be scanned on 10/13/2025. No per-scan price was posted and I was not given an estimate before they started. After the scans were finished I was told the price was $2 per scan and the total was $261.80. When I asked for bulk pricing the manager offered only a 10% discount and refused to release my digital files until I paid. Local market rates for this service are typically $0.10-$0.50 per scan. I was completely scammed by the manager!!! I will update this review if the owner resolves this. Edit: just searched around and other office printing shops charge 14$ per 100 pages. Some one needs to look into this place, because 260 for 100+ scans is technically a scam. read more

Usually go here during the morning on Fridays for my Amazon returns and the gentleman in the morning is awesome, always helpful no matter how busy it is and usually he's the only one. But last Friday, October 18, I went around 3 or so in the afternoon and there were 3 workers, 1 helping someone, one cleaning up the self serve Amazon return spot and a third, named Sonia... I walked up to be helped with my returns and she very rudely stated they don't do those, I'd have to do them myself and pointed to the self help spot. If this is the case now, fine- but her rudeness and obvious laziness, as she was not doing anything and I was the only one there, besides 1 person being helped was uncalled for. I have a lot to do today, so I arrived as soon as they opened at 9 AM. There was already a line so I was concerned that the wait was going to be long. Not the case. Ben was amazing. Not only was he getting everybody taken care of all by himself first thing in the morning, the quality of his service was awesome. DO NOT GO HERE! I went to this location today and the experience was horrible. First i waited at the counter for minutes with what looked like an empty store as there were no employees. Once three people got in line with one person yelling for assistance an employee came up. I asked for guaranteed delivery and was quoted $132 to have my package delivered by Monday. I paid, got my receipt, and went to work. While at work I get a call from UPS saying they messed up and now it will cost me either $50 more now, or same price but not Monday anymore? Not one time did they offer to cover THEIR mistake and now want to inconvenience the customer who did nothing wrong. I cancelled my order and went to USPS who charged me $64 for the same Monday delivery instead of the $180 UPS wanted. What a joke! read more

I made an appointment 4 days in advance for 1 pm for notary services. When I arrived at my time I was told the notary person was on lunch and wouldn't be back until 1:45. I said I made an appointment and he said "oh well he doesn't look at the schedule." The website for appointments offered a 1pm slot and never was I called from the UPS store that they take lunch during that time. No, they expect you to come and realize it once you're there. When I did come back 45 minutes later and having my documents notarized, the line was getting long because the notary person was the only one at the register. Really horrible operations and TOTAL lack of respect. There was zero customer service from the first dude. If you want to see the sad state of humanity then come here otherwise I implore anyone that values their time and want to be treated as a human being AVOID this TRASH location. read more

I have been to this store about 5 times in the past 2 years for my Amazon returns. The first few times were good. They were polite and processed my returns quickly. Since implementing a self-service kiosk for Amazon returns, it's gone completely downhill. Today, I walked in & 1 rep (Asian male) was helping a customer. There were 2 other reps working together at a computer. The Asian male saw that I had returns and suggested I use the self-service kiosk if I didn't want to wait. I said I didn't mind. A few minutes after he finishes with the customer, he walks over, doesn't greet me, barely looks up. I walk over and say "Hi, good morning". He then proceeds to remind me AGAIN about the self-service kiosk if I don't want to wait. I told him again, I didn't mind waiting. He had a bad attitude, as if I was bothering him. This is 10am on a Tuesday, do you have somewhere else better to be? In the middle of helping me process my 3 items, two women come in after me. One of them also has Amazon returns, so he tells her, "if she doesn't want to wait, she can use the self-service kiosk, it's really easy"! But yet, he starts to watch her and instructs her on how to do it. I understand you want customers to be aware of another option in the store, but this rep just seemed LAZY and was rude and didn't want to help me. If you don't want to help customers, don't work at a store-front! Go work in the back and pack boxes! It wasn't even busy! The other reps didn't even bother opening another register to help the other woman. Eventually there will be a line for the self-service kiosk, are you going to keep advising customers to use it then too? If I had originally started using it, would you have assisted the woman after me? Or just tell her to wait for the kiosk? I don't think cashiers at Target or Walmart constantly remind their customers: "there is a self-check out line"! The visits before today, the reps also mentioned the kiosk, but it wasn't nearly as pushy or even close to what I witnessed today. Definitely my last time at this store! read more

I go to this UPS store all the time always get excellent service,but this time when I went in there I was greeted by James, who gave exceptional let me say that again exceptional customer service. While giving excellent service he was also training a new employee, He was so patient, knowledgeable and courteous, he never missed a beat. I would have to say that if I owned a business I would want him to be an employee and also a trainer he did an excellent job. I can't praise him more even the other lady that was in the store asked where the manager was so we could give him praise, but the manager wasn't in, so since we can't give him praise in the store we will give him praise on Yelp. was recently at the UPS store # 4362 I walked in and asked what the price for emailing was again in case the price has gone up. (I have printed there many times before) I was informed ...from what I Heard was $3! Which is what I thought. I printed out 3 emails so that I wasn't paying $3 for only printing ONE document. I was charged a total of $9.65. The manager was helping me and said she knows she told me $3 PER email. Which I understood to be $3 TO email. She refused to help me in any way, didn't say sorry, said she couldn't refund me. And HAPPILY gave me the number for corporate after my request. She said " you can't just send us a bunch of e-mails to print out" ! That was the worst customer service I've ever had. As I was standing there with my one year old son and trying to tell her she didn't make me aware of this! And I didn't spend 3 hours on the computer!!! read more

Don't waste your time here. Won't even check a zip code. My mom died and our family plan was suddenly canceled 4 months after because they became aware of the death certificate even though we've been paying the bill and I was trying to mail Sim cards to the family and they just arrived a week late because the T-mobile screwed up the order. "Just type in the address for the zip code." I was mailing SIM cards, as he saw. "Maybe you want to try again tomorrow when you have the zip code". Such service. Lack of respecting me as a person. Manager had a phone in his pocket, I would imagine. I was mailing sim cards. I told him I had no phone service to use the easy USPS look-up for zip codes. Arogant and agitated for me to get out was how I would describe my customer associate. I had annoyed him by coming in at 4:45, before closing. And he should have instructed his trainee, who he was training in between breaths, that slamming down the metal blinds on the displays inside was poor etiquette, like slamming a toilet seat in the men's room times twenty. As I was leaving, a little old lady came up with a package at 5:01 and he tried to send her away. He had failed to lock the door yet. I could see him pointing at the sign with the store hours, but she persisted and he relented and let her in. Guess he still has some humanity left. read more

It's always nice when a neighborhood UPS Store is around when you need one! While I will sometimes take advantage of their convenience when I need to make copies, mail packages or purchasing mailing supplies, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they also have a Notary on staff! I found myself in a last minute bind to get my Will notarized! (Long story). But my parents sent me to this store to hopefully have this service performed. Lucky for us the young man on duty was indeed a licensed Notary! Unfortunately, when we first arrived, the place was empty and we were told we needed two more witnesses that were not related to me. My dad and I realized that we didn't quite plan ahead! I almost thought we were going to have to leave and return later when two ladies showed up to collect their mail and had no problem agreeing to be my witnesses! What a nice gesture it was to gain the kindness of strangers! The nice young man was very patient with us as we went through the lengthy process of getting the required papers completed, verifying ID's & signatures, and then finalizing it all with that official notary stamp! The fee was just $15.00! I felt bad that we used up a lot of his time as other customers started coming in and lining up behind us. But he did a great job keeping calm and making sure everything was completed before sending us on our way! I will most likely be back to utilize their services again, but they really need to have at least two employees on staff though! read more

6 Trips. 6 times waiting in line. 6 disapointments. Are you seeing a pattern? I went in to get my fingerprints done for a new job. It took almost an hour to get it done after waiting in line for almost twenty minutes. I found out a few days later that their system never submitted my fingerprints. I had to go back there 6 times, trying to have them resubmit my fingerprints, and having to get fingerprinted multiple times. The situation didn't get resolved until I went to the UPS store on Arden Way in the Loehmann's Plaza Shopping Center, at which point, one of the professional workers took care of it. Real quick. Done. When I went back to the original location to get my money back, for the 6th trip. Waiting in line for the 6th time. I asked for a twenty dollar credit to send a family member a gift as a reimbursement for my time, gas, and patience. I had not complained once. (To be fair, Francisco, and the gentleman with the cool tattoos on his neck were very nice and professional. Please go hire them, and help them get out of ridiculous "store".) Not to mention that their system malfunction cost me over a thousand dollars because this situation has made it take longer to start working. The so called "manager" in the child-like red glasses would do nothing for me. He said that only the owner can help me. I asked who the owner was. He wouldn't tell me. He would only say that this mystery man's first name was Tony, and that was after me really having to push him for any bit on sincerity. This guy actually had the nerve to say that I should have some compassion for them. Compassion. Seriously. I didn't see Mr. Red Child Glasses losing tons of money, and time over the last week. What kind of business hides behind the skirts of some mystery franchise owner to justify not supporting their long-time customers? I've always been loyal to this store, but not after this. The store on Arden has a much more streamlined system for fingerprints, and they actually seem to care. This location looks like it belongs in Walmart's diseased armpit, somewhere by the used diaper bin, with flies, and butt stink to improve the atmosphere. read more

Really bad experience shipping through this store. In short my $1000 amplifier was damaged during shipment and they denied my damage claim even though I paid for insurance and had them package it. Against my better judgement I had this UPS Store pack and ship my item even though when I asked how they planned to pack it they said, "We basically just bubble wrap it". Having shipped many electronics before I was skeptical but I trusted them and figured since I had insurance, everything should be fine. Of course upon arriving there was a large dent in the top and a power issue. Pictures were taken and then sent to UPS. That's when the games began and no matter who I called they have tried to deny responsibility. Apparently UPS Stores are separate franchises and therefore UPS does not need to accept responsibility for a careless packing job. This ordeal has been a huge waste of my time and money. You will be better off going somewhere else. Hopefully you learn from my mistake. read more

We have had our mailbox here for years. I normally stop here 4+ times per week to pick up packed etc. even when they are busy they are on top of it, moving through everyone quickly. I'm in at least once a week to pick up mail from my PO Box, so far over 15 visits to the store. I'm always very impressed. The two young ladies that I mostly see are totally awesome. They both deserve an award for multi tasking. It's really impressive all that the store has to offer which only adds to the how amazing these ladies are. I rarely even have to open my own P.O. Box because the ladies grab it and my packages all at once. One day I was in and witnessed a customer yelling and screaming at the young ladies. Not exactly sure but no one deserves that treatment. The young lady handled it with such grace and it was immediately clear it's not the first or last time she's will be yelled at. Please don't take high shipping costs or damaged packages out on the person behind the counter. read more

This seems to be one of the busiest UPS locations I regularly visit in the Sacramento region. Every single day I come here, I am literally here every single day sending out packages for my online business, it's busy at every hour of the day. At first I was assuming the worst but quickly realized that they are just always consistently bombarded with customers. Even though they are, they are friendly, reliable, relatively quick, and welcoming. I like the staff here and am glad this is so close to my office. Made the poor choice of inconveniencing them with my business today! I went in to ship a very important package for our business that is family owned, and the guy was so inconvenienced by the fact that I had my toddler with me, he couldn't stop rolling his eyes. My toddler was looking at the cards and he "preferred she didn't" he showed his annoyance with more eye rolls and sighs. James was rude with every step of my shipping needs down to the address. I told James I was sorry she touched a card and that I would pay for it and his remark was "I wouldn't want to inconvenience you". I have never been treated so poorly. I printed out the shipping label from home and thought everything was ok, however i guess due to some line in the label it was not able to be scanned, I was then given the option to send an email to the store and they would print it out for me, how nice and very convenient......NOT FOR $3.40??????. ARE YOU SERIOUS. So I tell the rep WOW thats a lot of money for just one piece of paper. Her reply its not us its the company's policy. I then state I then out of frustration "that's some good money right there" her reply was "ISNT IT" . I get home and call UPS and ask are there stores are able to charge for what ever fees they choose but it is not a policy of UPS. So right there im being lied too. If I didnt have to i would never go to that store again. I understand the point of making money but for one print out??? Oh yeah by the way my receipt states "COMPUTER USE FOR ONE HOUR 1 @ $3.00" I wasn't even in there for 1 hour let alone 10 mins. I went to the store to pick a package up that had been delivered by UPS ground. The package had been delivered and was sitting on the ground ready to be picked up. The clerk Tony informed me that since there were a few people waiting after me, I needed to return 2 hours later when his shift backup arrived and he could scan the package in at the register and release it to me. The scanning process takes 30 seconds so this is not a good excuse. I needed to deliver this package to a client and missed the appointment time due to this. My company has had other issues with this location in the past and will try to use another one instead. This is unfortunate as the regular team member, Jess, is amazing, quick and extremely helpful every time I go in there. They really need to clone her! read more
