I wouldn't be surprised if they sell counterfeit and/or stolen inks and cartridges. They run a fishy operation in an office building. They store their printers outside exposed to exterior elements. Yes outside with a fence around it and the parking overhang over it. During my visit and interaction with the owner, he displayed a terrible attitude, becoming mad and upset for me pointing things out. He even was trying to sell a boat at a copier store. Really?? This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a company with a rude, disrespectful owner who doesn't even take care of the copiers/printers he sells leaving and storing them outside, then this is the perfect choice. Seing there building was enough to wonder where and how they repair and store materials. I would not spend a penny and deal with this company. It seems like majority of their customers buy online and at the same time don't really know who and where their items come from.

Its taken me a while to write this review, as I have been very busy. I took my car here with the…read moredesire of getting my wheels powder coated, windows tinted, chrome, blacked out, along with paint correction. The owner was very certain that they could do everything I asked for. He told me that my car would look "brand new". I made it very clear that if my paint could not be corrected, I would rather have my car wrapped, but again he guaranteed me that they could do it. Long story short, the wheels and window tint turned out great, but everything else did not. I had to go back to have all of my chrome, re-wrapped, as it was done incorrectly the first time. Getting this corrected was also a hassle, and I felt like I had to chase down the owner to get my car in. Also, when I went to pick up my car the first time, I was told that the paint correction did not go as planned. It wasn't even 50% better. Every day that I look at my car, I'm so upset that I spent over $3000 and didn't get what I asked for. The thing that bothered me the most was at the owner offered to wrap the top part of my car in black for free, because one of the mechanics thought it would look nice, but he didn't offer me to wrap the hood of my car, which had the most imperfections in the paint, and was not fixed as I was promised. Lastly, I have an app that tracks the location of my car, and one of the nights my car was in Citrus Heights. No one had asked to drive my car for any reason, nor was I informed that this would be a part of the process. Considering my car insurance only covers me, I was extremely upset about this. I tried to give the owner the option to tell me on his own, but I had to tell him that I had a GPS and know that my car was not at the shop the entire time. He then told me HE DROVE IT HOME because the tires were rotated. Did I mention that I live across the street, and was told my car would not be ready until the next day? Again, no communication was had about this. Overall, I am quite disappointed.
