Grateful for OV Print and a local store where you can talk with a real person. Debbie is the best and so kind and helpful. We've done several projects for our school and they've been great to work with. Less expensive than kinkos or Fed Ex or any of the big chain ones. They do stickers, banners, prints, and much more. Thanks again! read more

We have used OV Copy for several years for our business prints. We've been helped by the previous manager Michelle, then Demetrius, & now Jennika - all have been extremely helpful & willing to work with what we needed & in the timeframe we needed it. Their customer service has always been top notch & they are always willing to ensure the quality of the job is done well. Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours. They understood our urgency & worked with incredible efficiency. And now the new manager, Jennika, has been extremely helpful & responsive. I'm hopeful she'll stay around for a while! read more

I've had many projects done by Orangevale Copy Center over the years. The last 10 years anytime we have conducted a seminar or conference Orangevale Copy Center has come through for us, compiling, syllabus, and booklets. Not to mention they've made large banners for us out of canvas, plastic and paper. I highly recommend Orangevale Copy Center. read more

Creative, quick, professional! Orangevale Copy Center came to the rescue when I needed last minute t-shirts for a youth soccer team. They came up with the design and did an amazing job printing the shirts in about a week's time. They were super communicative and friendly throughout the process. It's wonderful to have a local shop that offers so many great services -- no need to search online or try to DIY! I will be using them for countless other projects in the future. read more

This copy center is top notch! Not only are they fast but they deliver quality work at extremely low prices. Something we can ALL appreciate these days when everything seems to be on the rise in cost. I was pricing programs and cards for my daughter's quinceanera, and let me just tell you they blew all the other name brand copy places out of the water! Thank you, Orangevale Copy, for all your help over the past few months. I cannot stop raving about your work and will keep passing along your name. read more

So I needed a last minute printed picture frame for my twins 10 birthday. I had no idea where to go or where to even start. My friend Carlos said he knew this amazing place and he knew someone named Michelle that worked here. He told her what I was looking for and she helped him figure out exactly what I needed. My twins were having a TIKTOK themed birthday and I needed a huge photo frame printed out. He went on Friday to give them the information and i received it that same day! Y'all are truly amazing. I will definitely be returning for any future prints. read more

Needed last minute memorial announcements printed for a funeral. Called several other brand name printing places but none were able to complete the project. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating but they completes the job within a few hours. I was beyond satisfied and Thankful for their up and beyond their services, quality and courteous staff. OUTSTANDING COMPANY! If you ever need copies, this is the place to go! Our company loves supporting local businesses whenever possible, and the personalized experience here is truly exceptional. The difference between working with a local business versus a large corporation is like night and day. Their customer service, attention to detail, and especially their speed are unparalleled. I sent them the file and approved the order, and within one business day, my printing was done--meanwhile, Staples quoted me at least five business days. Plus, they were more affordable than both Staples and another local print shop. Alexis was fantastic over email and in person (I believe it was her at the front desk assisting me). I'm thrilled to have found this place, knowing they do more than just printing and copies--they also offer retail signs, business cards, brochures, and more. They've definitely earned our business for the long term. Overall, a fantastic place with great pricing. Remember to support your local businesses whenever you can! read more

They do a nice job, but the counter help are a little sullen. Always get exactly what I request however.

This women-owned and operated independent copy center is my go-to for print projects. Everyone there is unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable, they give great advice, they've gone above and beyond with my custom orders, and they do a fantastic job. So lucky to have them nearby! read more

I'm delayed in writing this review, but Orangevale Copy is amazing!!! I went in first thing on a Monday morning in a panic because rehearsal dinner invitations I'd ordered had been lost in the mail, and time was running out to get them sent. The women at Orangevale Copy took pity on me, took my files and got the invitations and envelopes printed beautifully in record time. Total lifesavers! read more

The staff here is wonderful. They're quick, helpful and go above and beyond. I would come back with any of my relevant printing needs.

I would give the employees here a -10 if I could. I own 3 local businesses and was having a very busy day and found that I could drop off one of my FedEx shipments in an area where I was running errands. It happened to be at Orangevale Copy Center. I went to the desk and was greeted right away. I told them the package was a drop off and that I needed a receipt. I was told if I needed a receipt that I would have to go to FedEx (which is absolute nonsense as I ship multiple times a week from FedEx drop off locations and I ALWAYS receive a receipt). But, I digress, this wasn't really the issue that I have with this business. I picked up may package and turned to leave while trying to think where I might be able to drop this off on the way to my next appointment when one of the employees sang out in a very condescending tone, "Have a nice day" and as I was turning to reply in kind to her (in case I was wrong about her tone), the other employee also sang out in a very snarky tone, "I hope your day gets better!". It was then that I realized I was correct, they were definitely being snarky bitches! WOW! If any of my employees ever spoke to a customer like that we would have some serious customer service training before they would be allowed to deal with the public again. I suppose this is why this business is stuck in the corner of a run down strip mall that no one knows about and probably always will be. Yes, that was meant to be snarky. Have a nice day :) read more

So so so very pleased with these ladies!! I called around everywhere for a last minute iron on transfer for a Halloween costume (ya same day) and no one could help me. I called these ladies and they not only helped me but went above and beyond. The customer service was amazing as well as having great prices. I would 150% recommend them. My costume came out great and everyone loved it!!!! So thank you thank! Btw I did not win my costume contest, I lost to zombies, go figure ;) read more

All I can say is that if you can afford to pay nearly .80 per color copy when you need nearly a hundred flyers made then you're either rich or stupid! I'm doing a fundraiser for breast cancer and needed a bunch of flyers color copied. I checked the big name in copy, Fed-Ex (aka Kinkos) and they wanted .75. Why? That's ridiculous. I found another place close to home that got rave reviews for customer service which is great and all but they wanted .80 per color copy. It was going to cost me nearly $50. I don't have $50 spare dollars just lying around to be wasted on over-priced paper and ink when I have real charity work to get done and where the funds are limited and need to be stretched. I came to Yelp to find some place else and found the reviews. I checked out their website and they're not too far so drove on up to see what they could do. I got all of my flyers made for just over $16! Hmmm...$50 or $16...yeah, there's a no-brainer. Plus the paper she printed them on (yes! She even did it for me; I didn't have to lift a finger) was a higher quality, glossy print that really made the flyers look even better. I don't care where you are in Sacramento, they are worth a little extra drive for the deep savings and great customer service you get. A side note: I did have a coupon that I got from their website for .25 color copies for the first 20 copies so my total bill should have been a little more if I'd paid full price for those 20 copies BUT, even at that, the standard price quoted for their color copies was only .39 compared to almost .80 - seriously, people - we're talking HALF the cost to visit these wonderful ladies. read more

Glad I found them (on Yelp, of course)!... It's was a Friday afternoon, and I needed a bunch of color copies for a business meeting early Monday. I'm going out of town for the weekend and knew I wouldn't have time to get them done. So all day, I had been dreading going to a FedEx Office (nee, Kinkos), because they are so pricey and always takes an eternity to operate their locked-down machinery. If you run into a problem, you have to wait behind a bunch of other confused customers. Anyway, I called Orangevale Copy and spoke to Michelle who was extremely helpful. She said I could email her the files, she would make the copies for me and have them ready in less than an hour. So that freed up at least an hour of my time, and all's I had to do was pick up the finished job. BRAVO! I'll definitely be going back, again and again. read more

I use OV Copy Center for large print orders for work. The staff is friendly and supportive, ready to help make my print jobs more aesthetic when I've asked for suggestions. Printing 4,000+ flyers at a time, they're the best priced option in the area and they finish the job in under 24 hours. I've also printed business cards, manuscripts, and resumés with a headshot included. They have all turned out just right. read more

Excellent service and great prices!!! I have used them for years! I recently needed an enlargement from 8x10 to 16x20 on b&w paper and Staples wanted to charge$27. OV copy charged me under $2 and did it while I waited. Even worse, Staples wouldn't complete the job until the next day!!!! read more

I needed to get my wedding invitations done and wanted to go through a local copy/print shop. I'm so happy I decided on Orangevale Copy Center! I worked with Michelle. I sent her a picture I had found on Etsy for inspiration - the Etsy invitations had an old paper/western theme look to them. Michelle was able to craft a card that was unique and captured the exact elements of the sample I had provided to her. I was SO happy with the results and would recommend this shop to anyone wanting some custom invitations made for their wedding or any other event! read more

I came in to get some flyers and a banner made for our non-profit I'm a part of and OV Copy was great! I own a business locally and love the ability to walk in, or call in an order and have it done! We were looking for a local business to print a custom order for us (8 different menus) and we were in a rush. Went to FedEx and was told it'd take at least 3-5 business days. But then we were introduced to OV Copy by another local business. We talked to Michelle about what we were looking for, she was helpful and told us they can get it done for us in an hour and that was all we needed. Now Aly has been the person helping me for the past four months and she's great! All I have to do is email them a file, confirm the details and just pick it up! Not only they have great customer service, their prices are also reasonable! In the past four months that I've started working with OV Copy, they have printed numerous menus, flyers and posters for us all in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Which is amazing if you own a business and don't have time to wait 3-5 business days! read more

This place is the best! The customer service is over the top. Ordered brochures last minute for my brother's funeral. Literally, last minute. We picked them up night before. They were incredible. Next day I thank them and I learn all brochures my sis picked up early weren't done. So they brought the rest to the church and placed them out for us! I had no idea. They never said anything. Just did it and left. I'm truly grateful for businesses like this that know what service is all about! So incredibly nice and professional. Will always use them! You should too!
