We have used OV Copy for several years for our business prints. We've been helped by the previous manager Michelle, then Demetrius, & now Jennika - all have been extremely helpful & willing to work with what we needed & in the timeframe we needed it. Their customer service has always been top notch & they are always willing to ensure the quality of the job is done well. Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours. So I needed a last minute printed picture frame for my twins 10 birthday. I had no idea where to go or where to even start. I would give the employees here a -10 if I could. I own 3 local businesses and was having a very busy day and found that I could drop off one of my FedEx shipments in an area where I was running errands. It happened to be at Orangevale Copy Center. I went to the desk and was greeted right away. I told them the package was a drop off and that I needed a receipt. I was told if I needed a receipt that I would have to go to FedEx (which is absolute nonsense as I ship multiple times a week from FedEx drop off locations and I ALWAYS receive a receipt). But, I digress, this wasn't really the issue that I have with this business. I picked up may package and turned to leave while trying to think where I might be able to drop this off on the way to my next appointment when one of the employees sang out in a very condescending tone, "Have a nice day" and as I was turning to reply in kind to her (in case I was wrong about her tone), the other employee also sang out in a very snarky tone, "I hope your day gets better!". It was then that I realized I was correct, they were definitely being snarky bitches! WOW! If any of my employees ever spoke to a customer like that we would have some serious customer service training before they would be allowed to deal with the public again. I suppose this is why this business is stuck in the corner of a run down strip mall that no one knows about and probably always will be. Yes, that was meant to be snarky. All I can say is that if you can afford to pay nearly .80 per color copy when you need nearly a hundred flyers made then you're either rich or stupid! I'm doing a fundraiser for breast cancer and needed a bunch of flyers color copied. I checked the big name in copy, Fed-Ex (aka Kinkos) and they wanted .75. Why? That's ridiculous. I found another place close to home that got rave reviews for customer service which is great and all but they wanted .80 per color copy. It was going to cost me nearly $50. I don't have $50 spare dollars just lying around to be wasted on over-priced paper and ink when I have real charity work to get done and where the funds are limited and need to be stretched. I came to Yelp to find some place else and found the reviews. I checked out their website and they're not too far so drove on up to see what they could do. I got all of my flyers made for just over $16! Hmmm...$50 or $16...yeah, there's a no-brainer. Plus the paper she printed them on (yes! She even did it for me; I didn't have to lift a finger) was a higher quality, glossy print that really made the flyers look even better. I don't care where you are in Sacramento, they are worth a little extra drive for the deep savings and great customer service you get. A side note: I did have a coupon that I got from their website for .25 color copies for the first 20 copies so my total bill should have been a little more if I'd paid full price for those 20 copies BUT, even at that, the standard price quoted for their color copies was only .39 compared to almost .80 - seriously, people - we're talking HALF the cost to visit these wonderful ladies. read more

Glad I found them (on Yelp, of course)!... It's was a Friday afternoon, and I needed a bunch of color copies for a business meeting early Monday. I'm going out of town for the weekend and knew I wouldn't have time to get them done. So all day, I had been dreading going to a FedEx Office (nee, Kinkos), because they are so pricey and always takes an eternity to operate their locked-down machinery. We were looking for a local business to print a custom order for us (8 different menus) and we were in a rush. Went to FedEx and was told it'd take at least 3-5 business days. But then we were introduced to OV Copy by another local business.
