What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Some didn't have what I was looking for, some didn't provide enough information in their reply, some did t reply at all and then there was Genesis Window Tinting. In a class of their own. First of all, major kudos to Yarlenny. Her customer service is top notch. From our first interaction, to the walkthrough of the job and then to making sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction, she excelled in all aspects of customer service and what it takes to make sure the customer is heard and requests are met. Initially, I wasn't too sure on the tint shade and was wondering how it would look on my car, she took the time to show her own Tesla and the tint it had on there. Being a visual person, this helped a lot with deciding to go darker or lighter on the tint. I was provided with clear, transparent pricing on everything that I wanted to include with the job. While they are not the cheapest, they are competitive - especially with certain films that they are certified on. They also offer "a la carte" option where they allow addition or subtraction of certain areas (for example do the tint on the car but exclude the back window). After dropping off the car, I was given a timeframe on when the job will be complete. They were right on the money. The tint came out super nice. The windows inside were clean and there wasn't any residue on the doors or dash, I've had a few experiences with other shops where this was an issue. The car looks so much better now. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with customer service, the tint job and professionalism. They do offer other services (PPF) on top of window tinting. If you're ever in the market to get your windows tinted, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Albert went over everything and answered all my questions about tint matching and what would look better. The whole process took less than two hours and was seamless. I ended up taking my laptop and working from the mimosa house (7 min walk) but Albert also asked if I needed a ride which was super nice. Inside there establishment though, is coffee bar, massage chair, tv, comfy couch, candy, everything you would need to wait comfortably while they work on car. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty and the service here is unbeatable. When I inquired on Yelp they gave me the three options they have for tint options and pricing. Very upfront which is nice and I was able to do some research on my own looking up the names of the tints to see what I may want when I get there. Overall I can't imagine going to anyone else now in the future. We set an appointment and met at his shop in Rocklin. Patrick, his installer, was equally as professional and passionate about the work they did. The clear PPF on the front bumper was done well that I decided to go back the following week to complete the front end. The rear that I did not get PPF, was ceramic coated and the car looks fabulous! I'm extremely satisfied with all our interactions, the cost, warranty and care that was put forth. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.

He has been in this business for many years and from the vehicles I could see in the shop he has many clients and does a great job. No wonder he has a five-star Yelp rating! I have in my mind perhaps becoming an amateur detailer now that I'm retired. I want my Toyota Corolla to shine like a show car. That means giving it a ceramic coating. Mike happily told me what steps to take to get there. He willingly answered all my many questions. He examined the Corolla for starring (spiderwebs) and said there were none. I'm lucky because in the 11 months I've owned it I have gone through car washes with brushes. That stops now! I youtubed how you are *supposed* to wash a car, and discovered that two buckets are used, and a detergent specific to cars. Well, that heralds the death of the Dawn dish detergent I've always used. In the last few weeks, I ordered the correct detergent (from Adams, a big name in detailing), two buckets, and pads to use to wash the car. Even if I pay to have a ceramic coating applied, I will at least wash my car properly. Per what I've studied, people who love their cars and want them to look good, wash them every week. FYI, "graphene" is a recent alternative to ceramic. Both are excellent and popular. There are five-year versions of each. I asked Mike what could be done about my old and beloved Avalon, with its peeling clearcoat. While noting that he really needs to see the car to be sure, he said that if in fact the clearcoat is peeling off and the paint is exposed, the car can no longer be compounded (a detailing term, meaning grind it with strong grit all over the car) to get a result that will look good, even when ceramic coated. FYI, ceramic and graphene coatings are the modern replacement for wax. Unlike wax, which needs to be applied every three months or so, ceramic is applied every five years. In other words, practically speaking I never need to wax the car again. Just wash it. Then, at five years I renew the ceramic. So, though I did not spend a long time with Mike, I was mightily impressed. I recommend his establishment based on my own excellent experience with him (and to a slight degree based on all the other reviewers just raving about him).
