I like that because they dry your car and clean your wheels. Today I went and got the ultimate and pulled over to have them dry and clean the wheels. She said she was done and i gave her a $5 tip. I asked if she did the wheels and she said ever since they quit doing the detsil, they don't do the tires. So I paid an extra $5 for the carwash I didn't need and another $5 for the tip to dry and clean the wheels. Very disappointed that they don't clean the wheels. Now I have to go home and do that. This place is right by my house so it was my location. I pulled up to the station around 8:30pm and was greeted by a young lady. She checked me in offered me a membership. I said "no thank you." I said it in the nicest and kindest tone. She continued trying to convince me and I again said no thank you. I then said I would just like a single wash. She asked me if I was sure and that a membership would be a better deal. I again said "no thank you." I paid for my single wash and wanted to leave. It was the end of the day, I was so tired and drained from work. I said thank you to the young lady but she stopped me and asked "are you sure you don't want a membership, this is your second time here this month, you could save money." I was so annoyed at this month and just rolled up my window. No ma'am I am not interested in saving $1.50, I just wanted to wash my car and go home and rest. After that, she tapped on my window and made me roll it back down and she demanded respect. I was in shock. I spoke to her with a softest and kindest tone. She threatened me and told me she can ban me so I apologized and afterwards she let me through. I understand their job is to sell memberships but that was so unkind and too pushy. I am now afraid to go back because I don't want to be belittled by that woman again. I had to warn all my friends because that woman is so mean and I don't want them to experience that as well.

That being said, they recently blocked off the vaccums and took away the 3 dollar interior kits, and in order to use the vaccums you HAVE to go through the car wash. Its annoying because it used to be free for so long, and it was the only reason I even paid for the car wash service. I would even appreciate a scenario where you pay to use the vaccum service, but you have to go through the car wash first, which is a little frustrating because I want for interior cleaning much more frequently than I do the car wash.
