You can tell there is genuine care for the customers and community and I take care of all my postal, copies/prints needs here. I have had so many things done here! I've made copies, I've shipped things, keys made, and even have done fingerprinting. The quality of service is amazing, and the prices are always reasonable. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They seemed to want to assist me and made some helpful suggestions. The staff really typified what real customer service should be. They stayed with me till my questions were answered. I came for faxing, since they also sell lottery, it saved me an extra trip for that. Very disappointed in the owner of this business, she does not seem to care or be interested in helping to stop fraudulent activity happening with the P.O. Boxes in her establishment. I am also a small business owner & somebody stole & modified one of my business checks for over $6,000. I traced the thief back to a PO Box at Just Send It but when I came in to inform the owner she was not interested in helping, she just informed me that her client was current on her monthly bill & doing nothing wrong. Apparently she doesn't care what goes on at her establishment as long as she's getting paid! read more

Previously had multiple documents notarized and was fast and easy but then some weird thing happened. I needed to send out a DHL pre-labeled package and called DHL for drop off locations. Just send it was part of the list, so I called the store but was told they do not accept drop off for pre-labeled. Okay.... Kind of weird. Why partner with DHL if you can't accept packages? Anyways, will find another local notary for future signings. Would not recommend with this experience. read more

Great customer service and very quick and helpful. There was only one other customer when I arrived and more when I left. The professional feel and knowledge of the owner is appreciated and she helped me make a decision about our mailbox. The mailbox setup was easy and she made all the legal paperwork understandable and fast. The service level is what I'm looking for and I felt cared for as a customer. During the conversation I never felt pressured about services or up-sells, but did learn of services that might help my business in the future like printing, mailing options and shredding. If you want an alternative to big box Office or printing stores you will love it here. You can make one or more copies of something cheaply and quickly, fax or scan things or they will pack and ship whatever you have easily and quickly. There are great cards and snacks you can browse through. And the employees are extremely friendly! You can email a document and they will print it out for you. Or you can use their computer to print it out yourself. read more

I use sheri(the owner of just send it) for everything from shipping, copying. Notarizing, to even helping me spell check important documents I need to fax! You don't get personal attention like that at big box places like that! The prices are low and they are right down the street. I just email her what I need sent or printed and it is there ready when I get there and she can send it for me where ever and how ever I need. This place is convenient to where I live. They offer a variety of services. I've had keys cut here, printed forms, made copies, and sent faxes. They only ship Fed Ex now, I wish they would ship UPS as well. I heard the lady tell a customer they are basically the same thing. Except, no, they aren't the same if you're utilizing free shipping services from a business that uses UPS. So, I have to go somewhere else to ship these items. They desperately need to upgrade their old Dell computer that they offer for customers use. You can use the computer to print forms from your email, or rent the computer for a specified amount of time.... But if you're really wanting to rent a computer, go to the library; it's cheaper. However, the computer is so old it cannot run Google Chrome. It is currently running an extremely slow Mozilla Firefox browser. WHAT!!! You also can't plug in a flash drive to print your documents. It's extremely frustrating when you're in a bind. On Saturday's there is usually only one person working, and the line can get pretty long around late morning. It's usually Sherrie working, I think she is the manager or owner. Very nice lady though. I'll give them 5 stars when they upgrade the computer :) read more

This postal center is excellent. The owner is friendly & courteous. She is extra helpful (I forgot my tape, she did not make me buy another roll of tape, she taped it free of charge AND without me having to ask), and she only charges 25 cents to print a label. I know of 2 postal centers who charge $2 for the clerk to retrieve the email that has the label and 25-50 cents to print it off. Many of my orders have a small profit margin & $2.17 makes a difference. I really appreciate have Just Send It in my area. read more
