0 stars for this place. They have literally lost 2 packages of mine and done nothing but gaslight and direct me to actual UPS. Spent months going through claim process and so much time wasted. I'm out over a thousand dollars in merchandise. At this point with it happening twice im convinced these guys are stealing packages. There was no ownership or help with processing claim even though they are authorized UPS site. read more

The woman working today (Ashley) was incredibly rude when we asked basic questions about getting a notary completed. Her attitude is terrible. I also saw her interacting with other guests who had a question about shipping a package with passive aggressive comments. Music was blaring and it made it hard for us to hear her. Recommend going elsewhere for kinder customer service. read more

Great customer service! I had a Tiktok item to return and the barcode wasn't working, but the associate was so patient and helped me figure it out without making me feel rushed or unprepared when customers were waiting to be helped. Wish I got their name because I had to leave quickly for work, but I would prefer to return to this store anytime because of her! read more

The employees are hit and miss with helpfulness. I have found some employees very helpful but today I found the employee very rude and unhelpful. read more

Dirty place with rude irresponsible employees and owner. The "manager" who operated my fingerprints sent it to the wrong number (upon checking with DOJ they specifically told me that). I took the email from DOJ to the store to show them. All the manager would say was "Your fingerprints were shown as sent", refusing to refund, resend my fingerprints to the right agency, or even apologize for her mistake. When I asked her to take accountability and address the issue, she kept ignoring me on purpose. Then she finally told me to wait for an hour for the owner to call me, which never happened. Do not go there unless you want your package or important documents messed up by some stupid punks who have zero work ethic. To the business owner: hire someone decent with the proper manners and intellectual level next time. Do NOT copy your nonsense generic reply under each review. Fix your practice instead! read more

I came here 8/7 to ship a gift that included a drink, treats and a sealed envelope. When the package arrived to the recipient the envelope was opened and he didn't receive any of the food we sent. I'm so upset that someone would purposely steal these items and attempt to steal whatever was in the envelope. I won't be back to this location and reported it to UPS. read more

I've been to this location many times and they often have a line. Though the staff seems to get confused at times the service is decent.

I don't not understand these reviews. I have been coming to this location, by choice, for years! How do you give them a lower rating for having a line? Ok, so they are popular. But that line is so fast. I would say 8/10 times I come, I walk in and out to do an Amazon return in less than a minute! The staff is kind and efficient. I'm grateful for this location! read more

I got here to this UPS store on a regular basis to drop off packages. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every time I need services at this store everyone is helpful and professional!! Thank you for being here to support all the needs of our community read more

I have been going here for years. A red haired lady was so rude. Have no idea her name. She said she tried to explain something to me but ended up walking away, stating I am not listening. I was listening and heard her but I didn't understand and needed to know the next move. All either girls had to say is where I should go. The UPS store further up foothills blvd. I figured it out on my own. The ladies are awesome at this UPS. I will no longer go to this store. I had a box to return that clearly they couldn't help me but we could have moved on the box that I needed to ship to my family member. Worst treatment ever. read more

This review is specifically for Elias M. who helped me out with a notary issue. The store was very busy at the time I came in and he was working alone. However, he patiently listened to my concern, resolved it, and was able to take care of my transaction without any problems. In a time when good customer service is the exception rather than the rule, I am very appreciative of Elias' assistance. read more

This is literally the worst UPS store. I waited in line with a return from Amazon. It was an easy drop off. I did not need a box or packaging. The absolute horror of a woman would not do it and told me I had to go to the kiosk. I told her this was a simple drop off. She told me I had to stand in a different line to do it myself and bag it myself. There is no way this is supposed to happen. She went back behind the counter, where she had nobody and stood and watched several of us stand in line to use the kiosk. I am reporting this location to Amazon and to UPS head office. Simple drop off ended up taking me 18 minutes at a kiosk while she stood and watched from behind the counter, refusing to process them. read more

What a dumpster fire of a UPS store. I normally specifically avoid this location and drive across town if necessary, but a temporary lapse of judgment resulted in attempting to patronize this location. By far, the rudest and least helpful employees I've encountered. Tried to incorporate a surcharge to remove tape to scan a label provided by UPS. Offered to happily print out a new label for a charge. How about you simply execute the shipping instructions provided by UPS vs. trying to take advantage of people? I know these are franchised locations and the owner obviously could care less as UPS stores print money at the moment. If you want a trouble free shipping experience, go elsewhere. If you want to experience a root canal without going to the dentist, visit this UPS store location. read more

I have gone to this store many times and every time I go and the gal with the super high tight ponytail is working I regret my decision. She has never been anything but rude to everyone. I unfortunately bothered her with a basic question and she rolled her eyes and sighed, she is short at abrupt. I get it this might not be the dream job (or maybe it is!) but she acts like she hates it and all people. read more

The customer service is hit and miss (as others have mentioned) but more importantly you can count on your items getting to where they need to go. I have stopped using this location as a place to send print projects to, instead I use them as a drop-off location for pre-paid shipping items. There is rarely a wait and my items have always reached their destination. The employees are efficient so even if there is a line it tends to move quickly. read more

I have lived in West Roseville since 1993 and the staff at this store has always been helpful, professional, polite, kind and friendly. I've never had any issues or problems. read more

All employees at this location are very friendly. I'm not really sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I think the only thing I can complain about is a guy my age calling me "ma'am", which I'm sure most people would see as respectful. Quick service and an easy access location. read more

On of the strangest locations that I have been to in a moment. They are quick, and the service is through, but maybe not the spot for a child. It appears they are under different management as of late, and the music choice is questionable. Not something that everybody is listening to when they come in, but for families, it may not be the best place to bring a little one in their copy phase. In terms of getting the job done, they do! I can't complain. read more

A damn moron behind the counter. Asked for a box to ship 3 pair of shoes. The worker gets the measurements and then grabs the box. The box is 7 inches higher than what's needed. Then proceeds to talk about he's going to pack it and cut down the box and add extra paper so it doesn't move around. Shipping is a low skill job. But yet you are underachieving in your job by a long shot. Just a complete waste. Took my items and left didn't ship somewhere else if you can. read more

The UPS Store - Tried to resolve with another box that was equally oversized for the job - Printing Services Near Me - Roseville, California

This ups store has always been good to me Quick and friendly service -- Even when there's a line out the door they work as fast as possible. Being patient is hard for most these days but the staff here do a great job dealing with the public and are courteous. Notary available. Will continue to support this business for all shipping, return and notary needs! read more

I frequent this store at least once weekly to process and ship out my online returns. A huge shout out to Cassandra, who is always friendly and efficient. When I was in the store the other day, there was an extremely rude man who works for Premier Pools and Spas in front of me who was speaking to Cassandra in a demanding and condescending manner. She handled the rude customer with the utmost professionalism while multitasking to process my return at the same time. Thank you Cassandra for your amazing service! read more

Staff are not friendly or very personable. They don not acknowledge you and are gruff. They seem to be bothered by having to help you even though they speak to you nicely (almost condescending). They charge you per box for Amazon returns now ($1.00 per box). If you can go to another location, that would be highly recommended! These folks are so inflexible, rigid and impersonal I only have been using them for convenience. But I heard there is another store now near Raley's One on Blue Oaks, and it seems to be getting good reviews. Just this week I went there and the line was out the door (literally) and only one person working for all tasks (photos, prints, packages, etc.) They seem to always be understaffed without a care for service to the customer. If you can, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! read more

Run away! Came in to ship an item I sold online. Girl quoted $20-$50 for shipping, and $14 for them to package. I added insurance which increased the cost significantly. Once I paid, and they started packaging another lady came out and said she needed to cancel, and redo my order. She said in order to use the proper amount of bubble wrap, she needed a bigger box which would increase my price, (I paid a little over $100 with insurance). She wanted to now charge me $150 without the insurance for the new box size. As nice as they were, I could not justify the cost of paying almost $200 for shipping. I decided to package it myself and bought the items, as I stood in the middle at the counter packaging, a line started forming behind me. It was obvious I wasn't in line, but actively packaging my item. This was my final straw. I took my items, and went to another store down the street. They packaged it, and I paid the original price I paid at the UPS store, before UPS store tried saying I needed to pay more. The item is arriving sooner than the UPS store quoted, and it's being shipped with UPS. * at the store down the street my item was packaged expertly. I paid them to package my item for me, and watched as they did it. I paid the same as the original price I was charged from the UPS store. To be charged one price then told to pay double is ridiculous. There was no justification for the price increase after I already paid. read more

I'm concerned about the security of the outgoing usps bins that they keep in the lobby, as well as the incoming customer's packages that are piled against the wall, where customers stand in line. The usps bins don't seem secure from theft to me. There are cameras everywhere to be sure, but we all know it doesn't mean much after your packages are swiped. It would be great to see everything secured better, since most customer are using this store as a way to avoid doorstep package theft and such. read more

Quick trip! This UPS Store is located right next to the road off Foothill Blvd. I've been here a few times and if there isn't a line, my trips are quick & easy. It's super clean and organized, so everything is easy to find. I came in this particular day to mail gifts to my loved ones up north. I went in thinking I needed to get a small box and stuffing and Rachel advised me that a big white envelope would do the trick. They are bubbled to help protect from being tossed around. We picked out the right size and stuffed it. She measured it after we stuffed it. Weighed it and at a decent price, sealed it, put the label on it and it was finished! In minutes! I loved that they carried sentimental cards in their store because I forgot to put a note in my package and a cute card that says hello, I've missed you was the perfect touch! Since it was not busy at the moment, Rachel & I got to talking about why I was sending my package and the backstory to it.. we laughed and she made sending off my gifts feel at ease. I felt good about my transaction at the UPS Store and would rather come here from now on than go to the one next to my house. It arrived on time and my loved ones were so happy! read more

Extremely friendly and helpful people. The employees are what separates this UPS Store from others. They treat each customer as the only customer. While they are quick you do not feel rushed or like you are a bother. The place is also clean and organized. read more

UPS Store at 5098 Foothills Blvd Ste 3, Roseville, CA 95747. RUDE! I was in here years ago and the owner was utterly rude and I swore I wouldn't go back. Today I thought what hard to drop off an Amazon return. I was wrong. RUDE! The girl behind the counter was totally rude to the customer in front of me returning a small amazon package. I had 2 large ones. She wouldn't let me ask question, she ordered me around. I'd fire anyone who treated customers in this manner. Back to my original plan with this place - DO NOT GO. Rating is actually ZERO. read more

Simply the rudest customer service in this town. The people working here simply do not care about customers or, apparently, their jobs. If you read through all of the one star reviews here you will see that the owner appears to be the problem by spending all of his/her time defending The poor attitudes and incompetence of their employees instead of teaching them better habits. read more

I've been going to this location for years. Generally it's not bad, some staff are helpful, some aren't, however, whoever owns this place needs a refreshment course on management. It's consistently understaffed and lines are frequently out the doors. Not even during the holidays. In general I'd say 3.5 stars, however, I came here recently for passport photos and they were rejected because of shadows. When I came back for a refund I was told I had to have a letter stating they were rejected, which is like impossible from a government organization and stupid ask so I was just out $32. LAME. Other than that, overall it's just OK. read more

Great service! Ringing my doorbell in mid morning upon your arrival for delivery has been a great help. As always, dependable and reliable. Staff is extremely unhelpful. I just needed to print a UPS label. Their computer took well over five minutes to load and then wouldn't print to their printers. Staff did everything they could to pretend they didn't see the problem. After telling them the computer wasn't working the response was "I dont understand, it is on isnt it?" Their unacceptable and willfully flippant attitude about their dated and non-functioning systems was terrible. Their suggested solution was to lie to me and say they had to charge me $6 to print one page label if they helped me out and printed it themselves, despite their system being the cause of the problem. I suggest you ship and spend at the other UPS location. I'll be bringing my personal and business servies elsewhere. They also spent their time talking about personal medical information about other employees not present at the time and all in front of customers. HR would and should have a field day with these people! They have time to be gossiping about unprofessional confidentual medical information in detail, but no time to help customers. read more

So I was in Roseville and needed to drop off a package for my husband. Yelp told me this location was the closest in the area. BUT, I was pretty scared by all the negative reviews. It made me hesitate about going to this location, but I figured I'd check it out for myself. The female employee at the UPS Store was very helpful and friendly. The item I was mailing was some kind of access card, which is roughly the size of a credit card. The employee was concerned that people might feel the envelope and mistake the access card for a credit card and be tempted to open the package and steal it. She made a really good point and I was very grateful that she would have that foresight to consider that. I thought, hm, should I find another envelope to put the card in first? But before I could say anything, the nice employee pulled a greeting card off the rack and said I could put the access card inside the greeting card, then put the greeting card inside the envelope, and then put the envelope inside the UPS cardboard envelope. That way you couldn't feel the access card by itself, thus wielding off potential thieves. And it was a cute card too. I think it was a little puppy holding an American flag. :) She didn't charge me for the card and just treated me with wonderful customer service the entire visit. I was impressed. Went a few days later and also had a good experience, though I had to wait a few minutes due to the lines. But all in all, a very positive impression. So don't be scared by the negative Yelp reviews. :) read more

Shocker... I log in to leave a negative review only to find the majority of the community already has similar opinions of this store. We just moved back to the area after being away for two years.. has the staff or management changed? Walked in this morning and experienced terrible customer service. The girl was rude.. I clearly was bothering her with my Amazon return. Why sign up to be an Amazon return center if you're going to be annoyed by the returns? Charging $1 to tape my freaking box? Are you serious. I will take my business elsewhere... by the way I do a ton of shipping and print services for my business, not just free Amazon returns. You would think that the purpose of offering free Amazon returns is to wow a customer with great customer service so they come in for other services that actually cost money. You guys are missing the whole point. You better believe I will continue to take advantage all of the free Amazon returns but will take my paid shipping and print services to a business who values their customers. read more

I am a customer for life! I value good customer service and timely efficiency. About a week ago I brought in a box that I had cut off the top. I needed a new box. I called first and asked if I should bring in scissors and tape. They said no. I figured this project was going to take 30 minutes. I walked in, and told the lady I needed a new box. She looked at it, set up a new box, taped it, typed the label, & I just wrote the return number on 3 sides of the box. She handed me my tracking slip, and also got me a small bubble envelope, ALL IN 5 MINUTES! I was amazed. Good customer service is so rare nowadays that when something good happens it is shocking! Kudos to UPS on Foothills in Roseville!! read more

I've been shipping items (including Amazon returns) for the last few years with this store without a single issue...BUT TODAY...the young cashier with dark hair barks out in a pissed out tone, "you're gonna need an envelope for this since you have a shipping label", and that's gonna be 4 dollars plus tax"....oh and since this has a shipping label this one too!". I printed out the scanning barcode on a single piece of paper and both label and barcode were combined- Amazons directions state no packaging is needed, just the barcode! Her body language was so negative and disrespectful, much like the impatient words coming out of her black mask! I explained my printer combined both label And barcode & 2 envelopes aren't necessary- she didn't want to listen throwing the packing slip at me and quoting $60 (absurd !!!) To ship another 12 ounce part back East. They closed at 6:30 and my transaction with smart %*%} was complete at 6:30! I will never ship nor shop at Foothill UPS store ever again! read more

I come here often because like most, it's the closest ups. I do a lot off Amazon shopping but I also have many returns. I'm usually organized to make everyone's life easier but there's the redhead lady who works there who is soo mean. She always has a mean look when you walk in and one time she actually yelled at me. I wasn't rude back because I was in so much shock but I was really angry. It ruined my night. She yelled because I was trying to show her the barcode to scan from my phone from Amazon and she yelled at me for not bringing it closer to her. That was really upsetting. I almost wanted to cry. Her bad day became my bad day. I hope she finds a job that makes her happy because this one definitely does not make her happy, it really shows and customers feel uneasy. read more
