On 3/5 I purchased 2 lightbulbs from you in Sant Monica, Ca At 9:14pm it departed Chino, Ca On 3/6 at 6:52am It arrived at Fedex Sacramento, Ca which is fine since it's 45 min from my home. I'm thinking an eminent delivery that day. But wait !!! At 9:44pm it departs Sacramento and winds up the local FEDEX facility in Windsor, Ca At 4:50am which is 107miles north past Santa Rosa, Ca. It left Windsor, Ca at 4:43am and supposedly enroute here to me. Oh no It goes 118 miles south (By-passing Sacramento!) to Tracy, Ca. I got a message at 6:27 AM. My package was on the truck to be delivered today. I've been home all day long with my husband and a roommate. By 9:01 PM when I checked, it says they attempted to delivery and no one answered. There's no note that anyone was here. There are three of us here. I have two dogs that bark wildly when anyone comes through my front gate and knocks on my door. No one stopped here. Why is it so hard to just get somebody to deliver a package. Their driver is a liar, this is a business and we most certainly were there. They pull this all the time, they are never on time and lie about why they are late. Pkg. delivered to somewhere in neighborhood. My neighbor, 3 doors down, experienced the same lack of attention by the driver 2 weeks ago. I called the Customer Service number and got someone in Guatemala. Said someone from Roseville, CA distribution site would call me back. Over 24 hrs passed and no phone call. Thank God for honest people who brought pkg to my house, rang doorbell and engaged me in conversation. The driver on this route appears unable to read addresses and drops pkg where ever he/she thinks might work. In the past I've had 3 shippments destroyed by FedEx. My review is based on my experience as a recipient of packages delivered by FED EX Ground service. I have found this service to be totally unreliable. It seems that the contractors FEX EX uses work when they feel like it. I would never suggest using FEX EX Ground if you are ordering anything that is even slightly perishable or can be harmed by sitting in a truck during hot summer temperatures because if you miss the driver when a signature is required - like a wine delivery - you cannot count on the driver to return the following day, which means expensive wine can sit in a truck for extra days when it's 100 degrees - like it often is during the summer where I live. read more

Luckily, the neighbor was honest and drove it over. the notation on the tracking stated delivered signed by custome, we nor they ever signed anything. Not a good delivery outfit! I had a driver deliver only 3 of the 4 tires I ordered online and I spoke to customer service and they said it would be delivered by end of day and wouldn't you know it no delivery! Next I get a notification saying it would be delivered the following day between 11am and 3 pm and still no show when tracking the package in the map section the drive was right down the street and then no where in the neighborhood. Once again contacted customer service with still no explanation besides its on a truck for delivery. Mean while I missed scheduled car appointment and had it rescheduled for the fallowing day and now have to cancel again. Deliberately not delivering a full set of tires and then putting it off is not okay. And I believe fedex is the absolute worst delivery company out there. This place is a joke. They picked up my package from Roseville and took to Roseville facility. Then they sent package to Sacramento. (I live in Roseville) Told package would be delivered next day. Next day get tracking update package is delayed. Call customer service and was told they don't know when it will be delivered and they have 5 buisness days or will send back. How is this acceptable? Absolutely the worst FedEx experience I came across and I never write reviews or request to talk to a manager but in all honesty, you'd be wasting your time asking for the manager because she has absolutely no idea what she's talking about... a MANAGER. I called off of work for my first 4 hours of my shift and not once did I get a knock on the door or any indication it was arriving (mind you, this is already after they missed my delivery the previous day without knocking as well, when I was home). They won't let me pick up my package from the facility & they straight up just don't care at all and neither does the management. They also promised me they would make a 2nd trip that day which never happened and then also promised that if for some reason he couldn't make that trip then I would be able to pick it up at the facility which also turned out to be a lie. And I am handicap and could not park cause of a FedEx employee. FedEx ground depot had my packages in transit from Roseville to the FedEx office print and ship center in Auburn California ( a 15 minute trip up the highway) on Thursday and my packages were in transit at 6 AM. The driver arrived at the Auburn location after closing time (7pm) and took my packages back to Roseville. I called them Friday morning because again my packages were in transit from Roseville, and I wanted to be sure the driver arrived before the Auburn office closed again at 7 on Friday. After a long phone call with the FedEx rep I was reassured that my packages would be delivered before the Auburn office closed. But again the driver arrived after the store closed and return the merchandise back to Roseville. Two days in a row the driver arrived late at the FedEx shipping center in Auburn that closes at 7 PM. Now it's Saturday. I still do not have my packages and no idea when they will be available to me. I offered to pick them up in Roseville but the rep I was talking to in Guatemala, didn't have the authority to make that arrangement. read more
