In the past 10 years, I have seen the USPS postal service become VERY unreliable for incoming and…read moreoutgoing packages and mail. Many sent items and expected items have been lost or stolen. Even certified mail or return receipt mail goes missing frequently. Seems that USPS only really cares about your package if you use the more expensive priority mail. Even then with the tracked priority mail, I have had packages go missing. Unfortunately, if you have to ship to a PO Box then you HAVE to use the USPS. In those cases, I always use Priority Mail. UPS has a better record than USPS but still mistreats and loses packages. I have had the BEST success with FedEx. I have only ever had one package lost. According to FedEx it is still circling Nashville. When using FedEx I have the best service and experience when I go to the corporate ship point on Nichols Drive. This is where the packages go to anyway, so I go straight here instead of the FedEx Kinkos locations. I have had a MUCH better experience at Nichols Drive than ANY FedEx Kinkos location. Paulina is a consistently excellent employee at this location who always provides excellent customer service. I use the cheapest ground option and allow plenty of time for shipping when I can to save money.

I call the 800 go FedEx over 20x and issue is never resolved and cases closed. I called into this location and expected a call back as promised. No call back. It seems like nobody cares with this company.

I have used this postal annex for years and until yesterday enjoyed the convenience and customer…read moreservice. Last Thursday I went in with an express envelope a friend had already provided postage for. My intent was to just drop it off for mail pick up. My friend's post office in SoCal used international postage and this caused quite an upset to Jessica. Jessica check the amount was correct but was just unsure. I told her I was willing to put it another envelope and pay the higher postal annex cost (nearly double the postage on the envelope). She insisted she wanted to check with USPS that would pick up and would call me. Her intensity around it triggered a customer behind me to say "couldn't she just take it to the post office." I told him I enjoy the convenience of this Postal Annex. She did call me later and was unsure. By then I had spoken with my friend and explained to Jessica that the post office placed the postage. She decided it would be ok and would send it out. This was priority mail and by Monday my friends post office had not received it. I called the annex to inquire if they MIGHT have scanned. A different employee said no but she would check with her driver on Wed as he did scan it. On Tuesday, I get an unsolicited, agitated call from Jessica saying she had a note, basically super pissy at me that no one scanned it, why would they, etc. I was like hey "I just called to see if you might have scanned it since I told you it needed to be there next day. I wish I had just put it a new envelope and paid the $50. But you talked me out of doing that." She began to deny that she had done so and continued her intensity over the scanning and international stamps. So I ended the call and this ends my years of use and adoration for this small, local business.

How is this place even in business?…read more I went to this place as a first-time customer to mail a small package, and I immediately regretted it. When I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming -- cluttered, disorganized, and unprofessional -- but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. After saying hello out laid, there was a man sitting in the back who didn't acknowledge me at all, and a woman behind the counter who was not friendly with zero acknowledgment as well. When I asked for help choosing the right box size, she just pointed to a shelf behind me instead of assisting me -- unlike other postal service locations I've used where staff actually help find the proper box. As I looked through the boxes, none of them were the right size. They were all too big and she knew it. Then the man in the back told me to use a box he had -- which turned out to be a used box with used padding, already labeled and opened from a previous shipment. I figured they were offering it as a free courtesy, which would've been great! However, when I got my receipt, I saw they charged me $6 for a used box and used packing materials -- bringing my total to $26 for what should've been a simple $20 shipment. Charging customers for reused materials is completely unacceptable. Let me say that again just in case it was missed. I got charged for used packaging. Between the disorganized setup, poor customer service, and questionable business practices, I won't be returning. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you want professional service and transparency.

I'm not a prissy person but I got the feeling I didn't want to touch anything. For some reason I didn't listen to my spidey sense and walked up to the counter. I handed over my postage paid package to the woman running the place. 27 more red flags went up in my head as she asked me if my package was a phone! Who does that? What the actual hell? I immediately asked for a receipt which was one smart thing I did because I was able to track whether my package left that facility! My partner heard my story and called to talk to whomever was the manager (no surprise it was the woman behind the counter) and had the worst customer service interaction she had ever had. It was one excuse after another about why she needed to know what was in the package and she also said she was just curious. Which is it, curiosity or regulation? That place was terrible and I will never do business there. The health department should look into that store. I'm not sure that woman doesn't live in it. I never thought I'd need to look up reviews to a postal store before doing business but when I looked them up after the fact I wasn't surprised by all the bad reviews. Steer clear of this place.

Complaint about poor customer service Experience…read more Dear Staples Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor customer service experience I had at your store tonight. I arrived at the store around 8:50 PM to make photocopies. I uploaded my documents, inserted my payment card, prepaid for the service, and received the confirmation code before closing time. Since I needed assistance with the machine, I politely asked an employee named Gregory for help. Instead of assisting me, he took his time and then told me, "We are already closed," even though I was already inside the store and had completed the payment process before 9:00 PM. I found this behavior very disrespectful and unprofessional. As a paying customer already inside the store before closing, I should have received proper service and assistance. Gregory made no effort to cooperate or help resolve the issue. Thankfully, another employee named Bradley stepped in with kindness and professionalism. He helped me by using the card, printing my documents, and making sure I received the service I had already paid for. I truly appreciate Bradley excellent customer service, patience, and respectful attitude. Employees like him represent your company well and deserve recognition. However, my experience with Gregory was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in an establishment. I hope management seriously reviews this situation and addresses how customers are treated, especially when they have already prepaid before closing time. I am also a regular customer at this store. I frequently come in for printing and other purchases, and I drive all the way from Lincoln. Linda is always helping me, and she is excellent. She consistently provides outstanding customer service, and I would appreciate it if her professionalism and kindness could also be recognized in this review. O.K. back to the Stone Age like we're at Walmart. This is a very large U-Haul rental center. I don't understand how they can't afford to fix the card reader so that tap to pay works. Then when I told the guy I only had Apple Pay, and asked if he could take my card info (I've done this before at other U-Haul locations) and he told me that he couldn't. He was completely unhelpful and his demeanor told me that if it wasn't easy for him, he didn't want to do his job. And then when I went to return it, whoever designed this complex failed to consider the size and how much equipment lives here. The return area is a joke compared to the rest of the joint. All in all at this facility, customer service just about leaves everything to be desired. I definitely would recommend you just go to another one even if the equipment you need is super far out of the way. It's so NOT worth wasting your time or money here.

I was gone. I asked for a refund and canceling and we left to public storage. which worked out so much better .
