I had a last-minute situation where I needed to rent an auto hauler at the end of the day, and Security Public Storage came through big time. Kyle, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He made sure I got the right trailer reserved before they closed and took the time to assist with hooking everything up when I arrived. He even went above and beyond to help with an additional issue I ran into, which really made a stressful situation much easier. Huge shoutout to Kyle for the excellent customer service. I'll definitely be renting from them again. read more

The staff here are super helpful and friendly. I enjoyed meeting Kyle and Tony at the desk. They're running a 6 month 50% off special right now for RV stalls. They have multiple lots. This place is easy to find and has ample parking. I'm excited to be their new customer. It was nice chatting with my fellow Hawaii friend Tony, who gave me a good tour of the property in his golf cart. read more

They agreed to have a pod dropped off for Things to be put in storage and I was having some trouble due to a severe injury that required surgery.i had a pain flares and was not able to move my things . They denied me access when I payed for a storage unit and denied me access. It's a hate crime toward disabled. I was denied access to a space I had payed for very disappointed in the company . read more

Very clean , and friendly place. Secure with many security cameras. Definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff with great prices ceaser was very friendly and funny, the office was very clean

Kyle was helpful. So was the other guy. This is the best location for renting uhaul of any I have ever been to. They even have me a free tumbler for just checking in! I recommend read more

A little late on this update, but we ended up ditching this place due to shattered window on our trailer. Coincidentally, it was weeded (clearly using a weed eater) around our trailer and there is gravel everywhere. When my husband told the guy at the front desk why we were going elsewhere, the guy said "we hand pull all the weeds." If that's the case, they myst use hand scissors because it is very clear it was use of weed eater. We moved to storage only few minutes away with completely paved, CLEAN grounds, secure, and cheaper!! read more

Security Public Storage - Have to pull our own weed/bushes otherwise stepping over them to get into trailer. - Self Storage Near Me - Roseville, California

Friendly staff and gate hours for entry are pretty good! Property is kept clean! Only negative is the processing plant that cooks chemical barrels for reuse is directly behind and a lot of fumes and ash seems to blow right into the property, making it sometimes seeming dangerous conditions to be breathing. read more

This is the only place I'll come and rent a U-Haul truck. Tony and Kyle have been really awesome and efficient at their job. They've even offered me storage units which I haven't needed but two of my coworkers did and I sent them that way and they rented with them. read more

Super fast clean safe units. Great pricing. Tony and Anthony were great to work with.

We were there to pick-up a U-Haul truck. The person ( can't remember his name, but he had a pony tail) was very nice and helpful in helping us pick a drop off location. Took the time to explain all of our options. I've been to a few U-Haul places and this was the most organized & helpful by far!! read more

Benjamin excellent job. Fast awesome dependable - courteous- would use them again! Awesome!

Honestly, I don't think this experience could've been more disastrous. If I could rate it 0, I would. Not only did they give me a truck that had a very messed up transmission, but the worker also screamed at my grandparents when they dropped it off for me. They got there a little early and accidentally blocked the gate, cause neither of them knew where to put the truck as they waited. They saw a man park (in handicap when he was not handicapped) go to the truck that was being dropped off, open the door, look inside, and then slam it as hard as he could. My grandfather said hey and let the employee know they were dropping off the truck. The employee yells back "AT 9:30" and storms off. My grandfather, obviously got upset because he shouldn't have been talked to like that. The employee continued to yell unintelligible things, eventually cooled down and said, "Sorry I had a bad weekend." First of all, there's no excuse for that kind of behavior, if that is how you treat customers then don't show up to work. Second, it was Tuesday, get over it. We filled the tank completely of $127 worth of gas and when we asked to get our money back, the man told us there would be a credit of $50. I got my bill and there was no credit. Going to make sure I let everyone know to not rent from this place, terrible employees & service. read more

Great customer service. These guys went above and beyond to answering all my questions you are more than accommodating and when it came to moving in they explained everything in detail. On top of that it's a great rate for the unit that I got and I know their security is the par and I know my stuff is safe. read more

Great customer service. They have competitive prices and they provided us with detailed information.

I am not emailing you more details. I posted the details here. In addition to this horrible experience, he parked his red ford suv in the handicap spot with no handicap plaque or sticker. read more

Tony, the property manager, is a terrible manager, even worse communicator. He cancelled an outdoor RV/trailer space without my knowledge and left me scrambling to find a trailer parking location with absolutely no notice. Could not be less happy knowing I spent a dime here. Please learn from my mistake on this one! read more

Amazing service from Kyle, golf cart was a thrill. Very secure facility. Highly recommend.

they were very friendly, helpful respectful gave me a ride in the golf cart to the storage to show me where it's at. Should be able to put the lock on and give me a ride to my car which I thought was very nice of them. I've never experienced that before I would highly recommend them to any anybody else. read more

This review is in regards to the Uhaul rental services. The customer service here is top notch! Kyle was a pleasure to work with and set me up with a motorcycle trailer in no time, he even hooked it up to my suv and sent me on my way. Upon return I was 5 minutes from closing time but he was more than happy to help me out and process the paperwork to drop off my trailer. Thank you so much Kyle! read more

I've used these guys for uhauls several times & now I'm back for storage because they are fantastic. Good customer service.

Rented a uhaul for 24hrs, reserved it online for local rental plus miles. Everything went smoothly. I showed up, they checked me in, no bait and switch, and I was in and out in about 10 min. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. I had a budget and estimated how many miles we would drive and my total at the end upon return was right on. Stayed on budget! You always hear horror stories about them not having your reservation, price is more than quoted, etc. This rental went so smoothly that I will definitely rent from here again. read more

Everything, they are storage and u-haul experts. Couldn't ask for a more experienced team

Good place to rent storage or uhaul equipment. And a good management team. In and out in a very fast timely manner.

Absolutely amazing service! I will go here from now on although it is about 25 miles from where I live just because of the amazing customer service. I needed to use a storage unit for a short time period while I was in the middle of moving and waiting for my house to close. The facility is clean and Matt/Tony provided exceptional service for the storage unit rental and uhaul rental for my move out. They made the reservation process, checkin and checkout process seamless. When my house finally closed, I used the uhaul facility down the road since Security Public Storage didnt have the truck I needed on my move out date. Man, do i regret using the uhaul facility down the street. I had less than stellar experience and they gave my rental away that I reserved in advance. I literally heard the service agent give it away to a family ahead of me. That family reserved a smaller truck and asked to be upgraded to the bigger truck. While I was in line, it didnt register at that time until it was my turn and they didnt have any more 26 ft trucks. I couldn't move until the following day. I even had family travel from over an hour away to help us move. I was livid. I wished I used Security Public Storage instead. If I ever need a uhaul rental or storage unit in the future, I would absolutely go back to Security Public Storage. read more

I have rented several storage units as well as an RV space now and I just love the high quality and standards of this company. At least at this location, (Galleria) I get treated so well and don't feel as if I am putting anyone out if I forget my code, like today...lol. Needless to say, I am probably going to keep renting here for all my storage needs. Clean, Secure and Friendly! What more could I ask for! read more
