We were so lucky to find this place. It was a Saturday right before they closed. Terry was amazing. The service was amazing. They bring the boat and out when you need it. Full service. Be machine, clean the boat, cleaned our cover. Price was very reasonable. read more

I have been here for years. I keep a boat and a camp trailer inside. The employees always have great customer service and are friendly. It's nice to just make a call and then my toys are pulled out with tires checked for free and propane tanks filled at a reasonable fee. I recommend storing your toys over here because they will be in good hands. read more

This is a state of the art facility . Very clean and secure with easy access . Management on site daily and also provides access to an on-site mechanic. The fees are more reasonable than similar facilities read more

We just started taking our boat and RV to this business. The customer service is awesome. Mike helped get us all checked in. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. All the staff that helped get us to the location were also very nice and patient as we got quite turned around trying to find this place. Juan was also very helpful. He is the one who will be parking our RV and boat as we have an inside location. This place is huge, so it would be helpful to call and get better directions than Google Map provides. When you have a 45ft 5th wheel you don't want to get stuck in a tight spot. The main office to this place is to the right of K-9 Tactical Gear. There is a gate that opens up to get your rig picked up or dropped off (for inside storage). There is plenty of parking. Once you know where to go, the process is easy. We wanted an inside spot, so we waited until spots opened up. They also have a lot of space outside for storage. You get your own clicker to let you in and out. They have substantial security, which was very important to us. When filling out your paperwork, make sure to have your registration and insurance available to put in your file. Also make sure to have a set of keys to leave with them (for inside storage). I am so glad that we are at this location. read more

We're back storing our RV at 24 hrs storage and glad. Same people taking care of us over these many years. They're friendly and top notch and the level of service has only gotten better. Yes the costs have gone up but the service has to. The previous two posts I did are true but you can't beat the service, security or friendliness. So it is what it is and we appreciate them even more now. read more

We keep our Class A coach stored indoors. Although the office has business hours, they are open everyday and you have access to the property 24 hours a day, even when the office is closed. This was the only place that had indoor availability when I first looked almost 2 years ago. I put myself on a waiting list for a place much closer to our home. But after dealing with the folks here I have no plans to move anywhere else! The staff is wonderful! They are so accommodating and helpful. They look for solutions to your needs, very rare in business today. I will admit it is not inexpensive but our coach is a big investment and these folks are an integral part of helping me protect that investment! I highly recommend 24 Hour Recreational Storage! read more

Highly recommend.. read more

We needed temporary safe storage for our 30' Travel Trailer which we dropped off on our way to Boise rather than deal with the high diesel prices on the highway...staff (Terry) was exceptionally nice and informative, and the facility is spotless, gated, and is a very safe place to store your RV or boat! Amazing facility have kept 2 boats here and they have been nothing but outstanding to work with. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

we keep our FR3 32DS stored here. With catalytic converter theft being so high, indoor storage is the only way to go. they always ask if we need services before they pull or store our rig. we are VERY happy with the value. read more

We just starting storing our boat at this indoor facility and so far so good, we have received exceptional service. Terri has went above and beyond to help assist us, even after hours with all of our questions and concerns. This facility is very well kept and I would highly recommend them. read more

A little pricey for indoor storage but great service and care for what is stored there. Everything is very clean.

They are awesome! Everything has gone very Smoothly. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

we've recently moved to sun city lincoln hills and needed a secure and clean facility to store our (older) diesel coach. after reviewing local options we chose 24 hr's outside area ... and couldn't be happier with our decision. it's very secure - cameras everywhere - paved, and always well maintained. the staff are pleasant, helpful, and - i just found out today! - will contact you if / when they notice weather damage to your vehicle. i would put them at the top of any rv / boat storage facility in the area. read more

I've had my travel trailer here since they opened their outdoor lot, and so far I'm disappointed. The spaces and drive lanes are good size, but the security is terrible. Early last year, someone broke into a number of trailers, mine included. The damage and loss was minor, but annoying. They were proactive about notifying us of the break in, but I never heard if there was a resolution. In January of '18, I had my brand-new battery stolen. When I contacted them about it, the response was "Sorry to hear that. Wasn't it locked?" I've had the trailer for 7 years at various locations, and never had any incidents like this, and their cavalier attitude about it was disappointing, to say the least. When I went to put the new battery in, I got talking to another family who has their trailer there, and they had also lost a battery, on a separate occasion. I will be moving my trailer as soon as I can find another location with space. read more

24 Hour Recreational Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Rocklin, California

Unfortunately, my storage time with Indoor RV 24 Hour Recreational Storage has come to an end. Not because of anything they did, but I moved back to the Dallas, TX area...and no longer need their services. While they stored my vehicles, they did an OUTSTANDING job! If there was an issue, they called, if there was going to be a conflict on pickup day, they called....and if I had a question or problem, they had the answer! Never once did they complain when the couple times I didn't give them "proper" notice...they just did their best, all the time. Which I guess is SOP there, so that makes sense. If I need to store a vehicle again in the Sacramento, CA area....I'll be back! read more

Very clean, organized safe place to store your RV! They always have snacks and a clean restroom to hot before heading off on your journey!

Can't say enough GREAT things about the facility, the staff, and the awesome services we receive from EVERYONE at 24 hour recreational storage in Rocklin, CA. We store our boat from Lake Tahoe indoors at this facility instead of local storage in Tahoe or Reno in the non boating season. The services are first rate. Linda does an incredible job removing all our boats water spots from being on the buoy all summer. Ray even trailers our boat to and from Lake Tahoe for us since we don't have a truck. Terry is incredibly responsive for everything! Lynne H. Tahoe Park read more

This is truly a full-service storage facility. Terry is always very helpful, and Ray the general manager goes above and beyond to help his clients. I needed the weight of my vehicle, while I was out of town, and they were able to drive my van to a scale and get it wait for me. In addition I also realized I had not hooked up a battery tender and they were able to sell me one and connected to my vehicle. Great customer service! read more

Full service, secure, safe storage facility. They have everything!! We usually fill our propane there, but if you store your boat there, they will even deliver it and put it on the lake for you, stocked with ice, water, whatever!!! Great business!! read more

We just moved from California to Nevada, but have been storing our 5th wheel at 24 Hour Recreational Storage for the last two years. They might be a little more than other places for monthly storage but you get what you pay for. Terry and the rest of the crew are very responsive and attempt to accommodate the clients in every aspect. Loved the full service. Would still be there if we had not moved out of state. read more

Place has been great. Was in quite a jam and needed a quick storage for my rv that broke down. After searching for an entire day, finally found this place with an outdoor lot with a reasonable cost. They were quick to respond and I was able to move my rv in that day. I just ended my lease but I highly recommend them. read more

24 hr is the best, very friendly service. I've dealt with 4 different people there and each one gets customer service. I had a special request and they met my needs with no issues. They actually returned phone calls when they said they would! Thanks for taking care of my boat! read more

We finally took our boat out of storage with 24 Hour Recreational Storage. Since first putting our boat in storage in 2010, they have changed the location of where our boat is stored 3 times! The last time, we decided we weren't going to move it, and when we called to pick up our boat by their published deadline, they had already moved our boat WITHOUT our approval. It then took 3 phone calls and 1 visit to cancel our contract and get our boat, and they still charged our credit card for next month's storage even though they no longer had our boat!!! Now 2 more phone calls later and they say a check is in the mail for our refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never refer anyone to this storage place. read more

Did not take proper care of RV. Cost $2,000 to fix the abuse! Store at your own peril.

On a Saturday, I went looking for a place to store my motorhome. When I couldn't find the Lot I called and was given an attitude for seeking them out because I didn't have an appointment. I've never seen anywhere else I need an appointment to ask about their services, on a Saturday no less. I was given directions to the building. The prices they quoted did not match the prices on their website (30' motorhome outdoor was $115 vs $111.25 on the site). The website states 5% off storage when a year is paid in advance. When asked about that, I was told that is only indoor storage, which clearly is not stated on the site. Even speaking to me was clearly an inconvenience for the man at the desk. Very poor customer service. Not only lost one customer, but all my friends and family with RVs and Boats will know as well. read more
