RV storage has been challenging recently with the influx of new RV owners during Covid. We previously had our trailer stored quite a distance away due to lack of availability but thought I would call Loomis Self Storage since they were much closer to home. Nancy answered the phone and was super nice and helpful. She gave me a couple options that might work with our trailer. They have two storage lots and honestly one is nicer being fully paved. I chose the partial paved for cost. I wanted to see the sites in person so I traveled over. Sean helped me when I called back. He was able to stay on the phone with me and access the gates so I could see the various sites. The facility looked very clean for an outdoor boat/RV storage facility. Security gates were at the entrance to both lots requiring your own code to enter and exit. Decided to grab a spot and headed over to the office around the corner to do the paperwork. Sean also mentioned they could do it over the phone as well but since I was there, I like to meet who I'm dealing with. Sean helped me get squared away. He even offered a couple options in case my trailer did not fit in the spot I chose. It wound up fitting perfectly with a couple feet to spare. I kept my stuff here for a year and the front desk was kind enough to offer me a lock that I paid for through the front desk. Sometime between putting my stuff in and taking my stuff out, I seem to have misplaced a lot of stuff. I seem to have a lot less than I had when I moved into the storage. Buy your own lock with a passcode and keep limited information to yourself. read more

Loomis Self Storage is the best, most secure storage facility in the area. One can rest easy knowing that there is a staff member on-site overnight for maximum security. Everyone is very helpful and they are willing to go above and beyond to make your storage experience a pleasant one. I even got a free month when I moved in! After reading another reviewer's comments, I am very surprised! I am a dog lover, and one of the reasons I love coming to this facility is to see their dog. My (now) fiancee decided to take advantage of a great career opportunity in LA. We discussed our options, and both knew we didn't want to live in LA permanently, but still had to pack everything to make the move down south. We decided to put most of our stuff in storage, take the necessities, and reluctantly hit the road. Luckily, we didn't have to stay in LA long. After about 6 months we were able to move back up! I called after hours to gain access to my storage but the gentleman whose name I forgot was super understanding and waived the $25 fee. I love that they live on the premises. Getting ready to list our house of 25 years. Time to downsize. HELP! we have too much stuff! Want to lighten up, but don't want to sell any furniture until we know where we are going. Loomis Self Storage to the rescue! Lack of availability or lack of security prevented our choosing a storage facility in our town, but Loomis was just down the road from us, and we are very happy we needed to look a little further from home. Extremely helpful staff, extremely clean and secure. The individual units are alarmed, lots of cameras watching the action, individual passwords required to enter and exit the storage area. Plus there is an onsite manager that lives over the office! Doesn't get more secure than that! Highly recommend! read more

Rented multiple units from these folks. Nice at first. Seemed to keep place clean. They promised multi-unit discounts and other things to "sell us". They didn't deliver on "any discounts"! After move-in, tried to get the bill corrected, and the mother and son/Manager passed the issue off on one another, claiming that they "didn't handle it". This went on for weeks. The son/Manager said that by looking into the matter, he was doing us a "favor". Later, we over heard the son/Manager bad talking one of their (former?) customers--and their bill. The son/Manager called out this customer by name (who I know ), and the son didn't seem to care who was standing around that could hear him. The son/Manager seems arrogant, and if he doesn't want to deal with you, he talks to you like you are wasting his time. Son/Manager has his girlfriend in the office, and has personal " talks" with her and makes customers wait. Unreliable people, dishonest, and wouldn't do business with them again! read more
