He was completely unhelpful and his demeanor told me that if it wasn't easy for him, he didn't want to do his job. And then when I went to return it, whoever designed this complex failed to consider the size and how much equipment lives here. The return area is a joke compared to the rest of the joint. All in all at this facility, customer service just about leaves everything to be desired. I definitely would recommend you just go to another one even if the equipment you need is super far out of the way. It's so NOT worth wasting your time or money here.

We were very excited to use college hunks when moving to our first home from an apartment…read more Unfortunately, I can't recommend them... 1) they showed up to the door wearing sweatshirts and sweatpants. I didn't know they were with the company at first because they weren't in uniform and the trick was a rental and didn't have their branding. 2) we moved from a 2nd story apartment to a one story house with 2 steps inside and hardwood floors, which was all disclosed prior to booking. The over stacked the dolly and rolled it down the concrete stairs causing a lot of rough trauma to our belongings. Our TV Stand was damaged. 3) When we got to the house, we had to stop the movers from going further into the house because they came in with 3 VERY heavy boxes on the dolly and went down the hardwood step roughly onto the other with the dolly. The wood panel on the Edge of the step broke as a result. We stopped them from utilizing the dolly after that. Overall, they moved all our belongings in one trip in less than 2.5 hours. It relieved stress but I can't recommend them, especially if you have nice items you plan to move.

The minimum amount they charge is $120, and given the circumstances, that minimum should have been the charge. The rationale given was the "difficulty" of moving an old exercise bike from my back patio. The thing was on rollers, and took about 2-3 minutes for them to roll out, barely breaking a sweat. My arthritic, granny self would have probably tried to wheel it out front, had I realized I could have saved $40 by doing so.

They made the most of every minute (which we really appreciated since they charge hourly) and handled all of our large items efficiently and carefully. And I have to mention--they packed our storage unit like an absolute dream. I didn't even know it was possible to make everything fit so perfectly! The mover handed me paperwork for signature, so there's really no good excuse not to hand me my keys. Mover was adimint he told me I'm putting your keys here, on top of vehicle, but then turns around and asks if I searched my van thoroughly. That set of keys costed me fifty bucks I didn't have! Oh and his advice was to back track my road trip, maybe ide find them on the side of the road somewhere. Mind you, ide have to drive into oncoming traffic, or walk along the freeway for about twenty miles. Cold hearted in my observation.
