Great location great price! They don't fill my inbox with ads or raise the price all the time. Very straightforward and consistent. Best storage experience read more

OMG! I recently rented a storage space at this location and I was extremely impressed with Sean! He was so helpful and knowledgeable of this location and what spaces would fit my needs. He drove me around to show me the different sizes. This location is so clean. And, when we returned to place my items in storage, Sean gave us all a cold bottle of water. It's so obvious he loves his job and it shows on how he treats you as a customer. Thank you Sean for helping make this part of my move enjoyable. You are the best read more

Edit: Business has since reached out. They have quickly resolved the issue and alleviated my concerns to my satisfaction. The property manager contacted me back in May to notify me that they need access to my unit to investigate the source of a smell (read: dead rodent). I do not live in state, so I sent a copy of my key by FedEx, with the agreement he would mail my key back soon after. It has been over a month since I sent my key. I have still not received it and found out yesterday - after calling several times with no answer - the property manager delayed sending my key back and then, a week and a half ago, sent it by regular USPS. Not certified. Not tracked. By regular mail. The key to my unit. It does not take 7+ days for mail to reach me, even by USPS. Essentially, they lost my unit key. No one has followed up with me about their gross negligence. read more

I have a friend who has a 5X5 storage unit here. He is down on his luck and behind on rent. He told me it was going to auction, I was trying to help him out. Not know how these auctions worked, I called the facility and talked to a man named Sean. He was short with me like I was putting him out. I figured out the online auction and was making bids and then 1/2 an hour before the end it was cancelled. I called the facility and again spoke with Sean. I asked why the auction was cancelled and his response was "That's none of your business" He was rude and indignant to me from there on. I have NEVER had a customer experience like that in my life!! I would rent a paper bag from this place. RENTERS BEWARE!! He may seem all warm and fuzzy at first, but he is a snake in the grass!! read more

Great self-storage. Customer Service is outstanding. Sean was super helpful and it made the whole process of renting a storage unit easy peasy. I highly recommend Roseville Self Storage. Facility is clean and well located. read more

Best Storage in Roseville. The customer service makes all the difference. The staff and management are knowledgeable, kind and work hard. The lady who handled my rental agreement was great as she handled 3 new customers. The unit was clean and had easy access to cart to move items to truck. I had an issue come up in January with family that required me to need another month at the last moment. Steve, the manager, was flexible and helpful as my needs changed. Thank you, Steve and your amazing staff. We appreciate having good businesses locally. read more

Organized and quick check in process. The facility is clean and easy to get to. Code entry is easy to use and works well. Very satisfied.

I rented one of the bigger inside units in Pat and Bev's storage facility for close to 3 years and all I can say is they provide a really nice place for keeping your things, very secure. When I came back and found a place to live, there was very minimal dust - no moisture damage or mold or any weathering to the items I kept there. Lots of space for everything I had to leave behind, the notifications/updates for any rate changes were on-time, clear and transparent. I had a bit of trouble understanding how to key-in early in my tenancy, but Pat and Bev were both understanding (sorry for the confusion and the alarm!) and were very kind in informing me where I went wrong. Highly recommend their business for your storage needs - there is no better facility and no better people to help you get the space you need for the things that you need kept safe. read more

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Bev was wonderful. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I've been storing my belongings at this place for over a year. And I have to say, I absolutely love it! When I moved from Reno to Roseville, I contacted them. She was so nice to listen to my snot-nose, and babbling tears. I was given so much information I had to come to use their facilities. When I finally came and saw the units, the property was super-duper clean. I was told each unit has an alarm system and of course there's a gate surrounding the property. My unit is inside and of course it's clean and secured with cameras. I've never seen trash of any kind blowing in the wind or sitting on the property. More than once they approached us with ice cold water! Have you ever had that kind of service while doing your business at a storage unit? I now live an 1.5 hours south from my unit, but I'm sure it would be a needle in a hay-stack to find another place half as trust-worthy and clean. So I'm staying! The management lives on the property (smack dab in the eyeball of everything.), I've inever worried about my belongings. This place can never be matched (in California, I'm trying not to be biased) from what I've experienced. Just go and look to witness for yourselves. read more

Pat and Bev run a wonderful business. Making customers feel welcome and taken care of for their storage needs. The site is very well kept and extremely secure. They took care of my parents storage needs for several years and then my own. I would not hesitate to use this business again and highly recommend them to friends/family whenever the opportunity comes up. read more

I needed storage closer to where I'm moving and chose Roseville Self Storage. Michael was the one that helped me and was very thorough and helpful. Showing me the units, answering all my questions. I feel my items are very secure there and I like the fact that someone lives on the premises full-time. I would recommend this storage facility for all your storage needs. And the price was great too! I received 50% off for 2 months with no long term contracts. The only downfall was that it's not climate controlled and with the heat up North, I will not be storing photos, candles etc. in the unit. But otherwise, they get a 5-star review from me! read more

I was sick in the hospital, after losing my wife of 53 years. I was only late a month on my rent and they cut my lock without following standard procedures. When I came to pay my bill after getting out the hospital, I found the lock cut and my things broken into. My deceased wife's fur was stolen and a lot of my things were broken. There were also numerous rat traps placed without my knowledge. My grandson accidentally stepped on one. When I spoke with the front office manager, she refused to speak with me. This is after over ten years of loyalty. It's deplorable that they think that this is acceptable customer service especially to an frail elderly veteran.! If you value your belongings and being a respected customer DON'T come here!!! read more

Pat and Bev made my move in easy over 2 years ago. I selected an outside access storage, which was perfect for my needs. They made the process super easy to sign up! I used the online pay each month, which is a super easy website to use. If I ever forgot to pay by the 1st, they sent me friendly reminders by either a call or email, which I appreciated greatly! When I moved out, they were very accommodating to my needs and made it super convenient and cost effective. Thank you Bev and Pat for taking great care of my items while they were there at your storage facility! read more

My husband and I needed to move to a new facility due to a lack of maintenance at our current place. Bev and Pat rock! I sold a house in 2017 and have been storing my contents in two units here since then. I often have gone often to get things. Bev and Pat are amazing--always friendly, on top of things, and they keep the premises super clean. If I could give ten stars to them I would! I will soon be leaving because I now have another house but I recommend Roseville Self Storage to anyone needing a clean, safe, and friendly place to store things. read more

I rented a 5x10 storage unit here, and I was really pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never used a self storage company but I can tell you that if you ever need one then this is the place to use. From the first time I called them and then got my storage unit they have been the utmost professional organization. Their storage units are new and modern, security is top notch and access is easy. However, to seal the deal is the wonderful people and the excellent customer service. When we were moving in and it was in the heat of summer they came by with cold water. I highly recommend them - you won't find anything better! read more
