DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! I got this storage just a few months ago and they are raising the price 100% right before Christmas. This is what they do if you read the reviews on consumer affairs. When I rented there I thought I lucked out. But turns out they are a lying cheating company always planning on raising the prices on you when you rent there. I live out of state, if I didn't I would get my stuff immediately. So mean to do this to people. And your being greedy, don't act like it's the market. You have been doing this to people for years. Read your consumer affairs reports. This is what you always plan on doing to people. You commented on the last persons that it's the market and that is a flat out lie. You have done this to people for years. So sad people like this exist. I would have been fine with a 20 % raise but 100% raise in price with a lie for an excuse. Not cool. read more

Misleading pricing. Once you give them all of your personal information they surprise you with required insurance premiums that make this place the same price or more than all the others. I signed up for a 3-month special for a 5x5 unit, and after the 3-month period my monthly price increased, but that was expected as that was part of the terms of the promotional rental agreement. Make sure that you fully understand any specials you sign up for so you don't get blindsided by any rental increases. As far as my storage space, it was nice and clean. Everything was presented very clearly to me as far as access, carts, keys, etc. The staff was approachable and very helpful, shout out to Jeff! Terminating my rental was super easy, and I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to store some of your belongings! read more

Today our art club rented space to store extra items that had been donated to our club. I was so impressed with both Jason Kilbride, store manager and Jeff Leffingwell, assistant manager, as they took the time to listen to our needs and actually engage in conversation. Never did I feel they were pressuring me to rent space, they just explained how they could help, explained pricing and helped me choose the right size space for our storage needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. They get 10 stars. read more

It's a bait and switch. I rented a small space a few months ago and now that I've moved my stuff in they DOUBLED the monthly rate.

Nearly doubled my monthly storage rent few months in. Wouldn't have been upset if I knew this before renting out the storage unit and if the price increase wasn't as steep as it was. Also there's maggots and roaches in the indoor storage unit. Forgot to take a picture but there were so many maggots! I want a refund! Don't know if I would go back, definitely not worth the steep price I was paying. Oh well read more

These guys are just as bad as scam artists. After your first month, they mysteriously state that they conducted a rate survey of other Rental facilities in the area and then increase your monthly rent without informing you. They say that they send you letters but somehow, and maybe illegally, your bank is charged the increase. Also, when you try calling them you get a different story each time.
