I've never felt so welcome and taken care of at a storage facility like I feel at Lincoln Ranch. Larry and Jeanean are warm and welcoming every time I have occasion to speak with them. Larry is amazing at the facility maintenance side of it. They truly care about our experience being family-like. Another great thing I've never had is their app!!! No more rolling my window down in rain or wind or just plain ugly weather to enter my code coming in and exiting. One day, I tapped the exit button instead of entry, went to work at my storage unit and Larry kindly approached and asked me to identify myself because there was no code-in for my unit. He was quick about it too! He wanted to make sure there wasn't an unauthorized entry to my unit. You should rent there, but only if you can be just as nice and caring as Larry and Jeanean! read more

What a great place! New and improved storage like I've never experienced before. I was able to get in Sunday morning and rent a brand spanking new storage locker that I needed ASAP. Karen was amazing... smart, friendly, efficient, a one woman show who was able to handle multiple customers, the phones, showing storage units, and was a wiz on the computer! Everything done to perfection and lickity split I walked out the door one VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. It was a somewhat complicated request on my part involving needing a long term storage unit to place my brother's belongings which I had been storing in my garage. I am in the process of moving myself and needed a place for his stuff. Mission accomplished! The cleanliness, spaciousness, and state of the art security systems are amazing. Each unit has it's own alarm that is linked to your gate code. If the unit is opened and you have not entered your gate code an alarm is activated. My impression is that a Blackhawk helicopter will immediately be hovering overhead and Special Ops Forces personnel will be lowered by ropes equipped with long guns! Well, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit...but this is the best security system I've ever seen on a storage facility. Their rates and rules are outstanding also... what more could you ask for. Oh, maybe that the owners live on the property? You got it! Or 7 day a week access and office hours? You got that also! Nuff said? read more
