The people, however, are extremely friendly and helpful. We decided within a hour of setting up that this was not for us, but had already driven 7 hours. We found a much better facility the next day, but had to wait until the following weekend to move. We kept to ourselves, and the blinds down. Warning. They do not give refunds. It wasn't until after they had taken payment for the month, that they informed us that the pool was out of order at least until end of summer, the gate partially worked and was transitioning to a new system, the grill area out of order. We never even bothered to go to the laundry facilities, but I would not get hopes too high. We were warned not to walk at night or in the surrounding area. This is a trailer park filled with friendly, down on their luck people. It is not a place for vacationers or even business travelers.

It's fairly quiet being as close as it is the freeway, other than the periodic trains going by. I had no issues with the staff, reserving a site, or my stay overall. They had no issues with my dog staying weekends with me, a medium sized German shepherd, contradicting previous reviews.
