Taylor Road Storage located on 3000 Taylor Road in Roseville, is the most professional storage facility I have ever used. I was pretty distraught when I had to rent a unit because I was losing my apartment due to a huge rent increase. Andy, the manager, was very kind and understanding during such a tough time. There were days that I went in to check my storage and he'd always come around while he was on there rounds, to ask how life was going for me. He always had a smile and would tell me "things were going to get better", and they finally did . Andy made my whole experience easy from choosing a unit to filling out the paperwork. I had my unit for 4yrs! Every time I went in or called to pay my bill, Andy and his staff we're always efficient and provided excellent communication with courtesy calls regarding my upcoming bill and to process my payment; they did so to help prevent me from paying late fees. How many businesses Do that?! I never had Any problems the entire 4yrs I had my storage unit with them. I recommend Taylor Road Storage to anybody and everybody. You cannot get excellent customer service anywhere else. Thank you Andy, for being there to help me and console me during some rough times. read more

Taylor Road Self Storage - Andy at Taylor Road Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Roseville, California

Great move in deals. Good security. Thank You for the Birthday card last week! Great mascot.

When I first moved into my unit, the next door unit was filled with items reeking of cat urine. When I reported it, they took 5 months to have the neighbor remove their items. My blankets, mattresses and other belongings smelled so bad it was nauseating. They refused any compensation and I had no means to move all of my stuff out. Fast forward to now, they offer discounts to new customers but refuse to extend the same discounts to existing customers. The employee even called the owner to ask and he said he is unwilling to offer anything to an existing customer. So they would rather lose a long time customer instead of rewarding a loyal one? I was then told that i can have someone else rent the unit under their name. I would have to move everything out, close out my contract and then move everything back into a whole different unit. I will take my business elsewhere ASAP. Without the discounts they are one of the more expensive companies anyways. Just another case of horrible customer relations. read more

Yvette and Jesse were very polite and understanding about my situation and helped me select a unit that best suited my needs in size and also a locker that I could drive my car right up to its door. It's a secure facility with 24 hr servalience cameras monitoring all activities on the property and recording such activities on hard drive I highly recommend Taylor Road Storage..also it's location is very convenient to access I live about 5 miles away and can arrive at the facility in less than 10 minutes read more

I needed a storage unit in very short notice, in the matter of 2 days. Finding something was very hard until coming across Taylor Road Self Storage. Right away they were so helpful and nice. Not to mention great prices! Andy got me all signed up for everything and was so professional. He still remembered who I was when I would make my payments, ect. Everyone is very personable there! On my last day of moving everything out (about 8 months later) both Andy and Jerad were awesome! So thankful to have such a good experience with them in such stressful times of moving, it truly added a sense of ease! read more

What a pleasure it was renting a unit from Andy. He was very helpful and understood what my needs were. When I gave notice to move out, I was behind and called them to extend my time. Andy said no problem and worked with me. I would only rent a storage space from Andy if I need to again. read more

The worst customer service ever andy the storage sherriff needs to learn how to talk to people I had a feeling about this guy from the start and today was the day thanks andy for your unprofessional customer service and attitude read more

My family needed to store some of our mom's belongings after she passed away. Andy and John were GREAT from day one and until the last day when we finally moved everything out. I found Andy to be a very professional and was genuinely concerned about how I felt about the access to the facilities, any concerns about the facilities etc. He made a tough situation easier to deal with. I have recommended this storage location to family and friends. read more

The staff here was extremely helpful. More specifically Andy, he was very tentative and friendly.

I had very short notice when it came to moving my mom from her apartment to our house, and there was a lot of stress. I'd never had use for a storage unit before so was cold calling all over the place. I was surprised at how many facilities acted as if my business wasn't their priority. When I called Taylor Road the man on the other end of the line made me feel as if I my situation was his priority. He explained different options , sizes, accessibility to the unit, if there were items requiring special storage. (Remember I'd never needing storage before.) On top of that, they had some of the best prices around. The facility is ALWAYS clean, and they've never lost the attitude that I am their priority. I appreciate that, and am SO happy I kept calling around and found them. read more

We have had from one to three storage units of various sizes at Taylor Road Storage going back about ten years. We have also previously used other storage facilities down in the Bay Area. Our experience with Taylor Road Storage has been outstanding. They are friendly, helpful and supportive. Whenever any issue has come up they are quick to address and resolve it. (Including with other tenants that have probably complained here.) Based on our long term experience at Taylor Road Storage, my wife and I highly recommend them for your personal or small business storage needs. Kudos to Andy, the Manager, and Kelly, the office worker. read more

I've needed a storage unit at a few different points in my life, and my experience with TRSS has been hands down the best, start to finish. Andy and Kelly(Kelsey?) were especially helpful. Staff helped me pick the perfect unit at a great rate, and were also very accommodating when I wanted to downsize and change units. When I no longer needed storage, the "move out" process was painless and flexible. read more

I've had a storage space here for at least 10 years. It used to be run like a family mom-and-pop operation when Pat and Tom were there, which was great! They were always eager to help. Now, the place is run like any other landlord-tenant operation, which it is, of course. That being said, the personal service and character of the facility under the previous operators is what set it apart from other self-storage facilities. Shop around. Because this place offers nothing in the way of its facility or customer service to set it apart from the competition. read more

I have been with Taylor Road Storage for over six years. In that time, I have had contact with the former onsite managers Tom and Pat many times. They always took care of any problems I had and helped with any issues. They are no longer there and I called in late last month before my automated charge would go through and ask the guy there to hold the charge until the 9th. While on the phone with this employee, we discussed running the card on the 9th and he would note it. Then he came up with a back up plan. If I found that he could not run the card on the 9th, I would drive to the office on the 8th and give them a check. I knew it would not be necessary but I said okay. I watched the account to see if he had ran the card and as of today he had not so I called. The gal in the office currently, said his note reads I would be in on the 8th to pay and that's it so I will have to pay a late charge. She was supposed to call her manager to see if the charge could be removed but the manager said no (according to the gal). The guy was also supposed to send me paperwork for an address change and he was to update my phone number back in November 2012. I gave him two numbers back in November to contact me at. The paperwork never showed up and the information was not in the system according to the gal. He is no longer there so it became my problem. I literally paid for their mistake. As well, the gal claims she tried several numbers in the system and they did not work. Strange I have had this cell phone number for over 12 years and I find it hard to believe that it was not in their system. hmmm? I was told he was a great employee...I see that he did not update the system, wrote the information regarding the payment incorrectly, and forgot to send me necessary paperwork. I must just be unlucky when it comes to storage???? I started to have this message seen with their names but it could cost them in the future. Be careful, it's not just the company who can take a hit from bad customer service. read more

The staff (Andy, Jon, and Lou) at Taylor Road Self Storage go beyond Customer Service. They treat you as part of their family. They make sure to take care of all your needs in getting the proper storage space for your belongings. A very special THANK YOU to Jon for noticing that one of my units recently was not locked up properly. Jon notified me ASAP. Now that's what I call all out Customer Service. It has been a pleasure dealing with you gentlemen. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. read more

The facility is good, but the policies are terrible. That's because the owner acts like it's "corporate policy" but he's just the guy with the office next door! No humanity at all and all the awful things that are said about him are true so he brings this on himself. Probably why he runs all those "3 months free" campaigns because he always has tenants leaving, or more likely, losing everything to auction. Watch out, because he will fine and fee you to the limit and beyond. So if you have another choice, give someone else who's decent your business. read more
