We rented 2 storage units from early July thru Early September 2023 when we moved from N.Natomas to Rocklin. We appreciated the impeccable and friendly customer service by the Manager Keli and rest of the staff. We were able to rent the units month to month and they even gave us an extension free of charge of a couple of additional days after our contract end deadline to get all our belongings out of the units. We will definitely use their business again next year when we purchase our a new home and need some additional space to store our belongings. read more

This is a super clean facility and the office staff are great, I moved my grandmother's items out and all of my items to this facility when I didn't want to be in four different parts of California. I will keep my items as long as needed, and will suggest it to anyone in search of a secure facility to keep their belongings. read more

My items are in a safe facility, never had any problems, they even called to tell me my storage spot wasn't locked up properly after I added more items. I was sad the day I moved everything in having to give up a big house, but Kelli made it so pleasant and she was just the best and understood what I was going through. Minimal Paperwork, Clean, Secure, Lots of Room, Professional, & Friendly. Compared to another storage facility we used to use the paperwork here was minimal to say the least. We couldn't believe how quick it went. The grounds are clean & uncluttered. Plenty of room to maneuver vehicles. Most of all the ladies that work there are professional, yet friendly. There have always been a pleasure to deal with. It's also nice that we don't need to get out of our car to punch in our entrance code. read more

We had a great experience at Rocklin Self Storage! My husband Miles and I relocated to Southern California for work and had to store our home furnishings until we found a new house down here. Keli (the manager) was wonderful! She rented a unit to us that included a promotional rate and worked with us to help us pick up our things on a date that would save us an additional month's rent. While we moved out, she checked on us to see if we needed anything and even brought us cold water! We had awesome service from Keli and we were treated like family. I have had my storage unit at Rocklin Self Storage for almost three years. Everything is always clean and I have never had anything but awesome customer service. A couple of times I have had to juggle between smaller units as my adult children have gone to and from college, new homes, etc. The office staff has always been attentive to my needs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. We stopped by to find out about renting a 10x10 and were greeted with friendly service by the manager Keli. It's a good, clean place so we were not surprised to find out we'd be on a waitlist for this popular size unit. Keli checked in with us a week later to let us know she should have something opening soon for us (excellent customer service) and then called a couple days later when a unit was available. We set everything up over the phone so easily. When we stopped by to load the unit later, Keli greeted us and showed us to the unit (without even asking our names - she remembered us, so nice).
