I went in today and worked with Robert to start renting a unit. He was so incredibly helpful and friendly! It was a breeze to get through the paperwork! And he was really on top of the social distancing thing! Even making sure other customers waited outside till I was complete and then sanitizing everything before they came in. Thanks Robert!! read more

Absolutely amazing service and communication Robert was very thorough and answered all my questions. Great prices on the unit as well highly recommend if your looking for a storage unit in the rocklin/roseville area read more

Went in to rent a storage unit today after reading lots of reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean, inviting and organized their lobby was. The staff was super friendly, thorough, and very efficient. It feels like they're a really well run business, and I felt very good about my choice to rent from them. Great pricing was an added bonus! read more

I have been with All American self storage for about two years now. I have to say that this is one of the cleanest storage unit facilities that I've ever encountered. I recently worked with William to reattach a handle that had come loose on my roll up door and he was professional, courteous and fixed it in a jiffy. I highly recommend All American! read more

Best Storage Facility by far. Clean has out door and temperature controlled units very convenient. Bill in the front is very knowledgeable and very nice as are all the employees. If you need a great priced storage, this is the place. read more

I have utilized this storage facility for the past 5 years and have NEVER had a negative experience. Bill is always so friendly and helpful to me, as is the other staff members. The facility is well maintained, secure, and clean. There is a restroom available as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. read more

William and especially Robert have been incredibly helpful with our needs. The first time I called Robert explained everything to me and answered all of my 50 million questions and didn't once sound annoyed. He was super helpful and informative. I even called back to get some clarification on things and again he was more than happy to help. When we came into the office William helped us with all of our paperwork and made the process as quick as possible. While also letting us see all the available units we wanted to look at. It was hot and sunny and he was polite and didn't mind showing them to us at all. It is a lot of paperwork so be mindful of that when signing up. Robert was pleasant and chatted with us for a minute while moving in with a smile on his face. The last time we went to move stuff in there was an issue with getting past another tenant and Robert answered the call and made sure we felt comfortable getting over to our unit without further issues. The units are also super clean. So far I respect a company that is detailed in their paperwork and I understand why they have the rules that they do. Overall this has been a pleasant experience and I haven't encountered any negative situations. I'm pretty happy with the service provided so far. read more

After a bad experience at a nearby storage facility, we decided to stop into All American to check rates. William at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable that we decided to sign up right then and there. The rates were the best we found after calling around to many nearby locations. The facility was clean and looked safe. read more

I am only leaving a one star as they are really clean and kept up. Since this pandemic has hit, which it has hit hard. I paid as long as I could and with health issues I could not go and get to my Units that had all the stuff from my moms estate. Yes, I understand that I need to pay..but come on. From the first late payment they don't let you in which is understandable. But with it all adding up an not being able to get my stuff out it's frustrating. Then they send out notices and I don't know if it's the post office or what but for me to get something in the mail a day before they are offering help (all or nothing) I just pray that whom ever buys my units that they try and find me somehow..pictures and all. Breaks my heart. read more

I came by today to see if I could get a smaller storage unit, but I'd also miss-placed my code lol. Robert was so helpful, didn't make me feel stupid for for not remembering, but still made sure to verify it was me. I left with the unit I wanted and very happy with how it all went--his customer service is wonderful. read more

Kim was Professional, Fantastic, & Patient! We were going thru a tough time when we needed to find a storage unit. The storage places were all basically the same wherever we went. The main reason we rented here is because of Kim. He was patient with us & explained all the details. read more

Robert is very helpful he had me in and out in a jiff and I got a bigger unit and a better deal I highly recommend this storage facility

John loves his job alot...if you go through an already OPEN gate John wilk make sure to take the time out of his day to walk all the way to the other end of the lot to give you a 50 dollar fine for "not entering your gate code" great work john job well done you sure went above and beyond to protect your business from such a massive loss...will take my business elsewhere so that I wont be such a nuisance to the property by not entering my gate code into again an already OPEN gate read more

I've been storing with these guys for about 2 years. I've never had any problems AT ALL with them. Prices aren't amazing, but they are definitely competitive for the area. 24 hour access would make this 5 stars, but I'm still a satisfied customer. To the previous reviewer - wow all that information they needed... That sounds like... The exact information needed for a rental contract. How... Unbelievable that in order to make you primary on his contract (ps I wonder what the lawyer said). Room for improvement, but these guys do not waste time. Every time I come in they handle all paperwork quickly and don't waste my time. read more

We do not recommend All American Self Storage for the following reasons: #1- Kim the manager is very arrogant & too nosy. Whenever we move something in or out he shows up & looks into whichever 1 of our units we have open. Since we have nothing to hide & doing nothing illegal we are very open w/ what we bring in or out. #2- Very annoying rock music is playing thru very poor quality speakers. Why do they feel the need to play any music at all? We love rock music music, but there is a time & place. Some peace & quiet would be nice. #3- They promote the indoor units are climate controlled, but it's hotter inside than outside. #4- This place has an unbelievable amount of paperwork to complete. More than any other place we have storage. If they did not offer indoor storage we would not rent here. The people who work there don't care. The owner has an office in the building across from the rental office. We have gone there to talk to him, but told he's not in or the door is locked. read more

Will not even give them a single star - so ignore the one star. My husband passed away and unfortunately they found out. After taking my money to pay for the unit they locked it. Upon arriving at the unit itself( yes I had the gate code and key) I could not access it. Was told I had to wait 41 days. I was then given a list of information they had to have before accessing the unit. My ss#, CDL#, employers name, address & phone number so they can verify - what I'm not sure of. I have the original death certificate which they want and a notarized affidavit stating I am the spouse. Wow. Yes I am contacting a lawyer. Oh and they refused to give me the phone number of the head office. Stay away from this storage unit and the one next to it. There is a reason they give 3 months free rent. read more

On duty manager was the most helpful and absolutely fabulous! I was very impressed with the service on my storage unit. Move in process was a breeze. Fantastic rates(3 months free) and they actually had sturdy and safe dollies. read more

Giving All American Self Storage 5 stars because of their great customer service and 80's music playing in the hallways. We needed an air conditioned unit for our personal and business documents/items for 1 year while transitioning into our new home. The initial rental paperwork was explained to me in detail and checking out of the unit was easy. Lawrence walks the hallways to ensure all units are locked properly. He gave me a courtesy call once for my unit not being locked properly and another for a payment that was due. I will definitely use them again for future storage units. read more

We had a family emergency and had to clean out our apartment in 2 days and fly to Iran to deal with our Mom with Alzhiemers...I called a few storage places...and told about short notice prices..OMG are you kidding me?.......I found Kim..He never budged...all is fine...let's get this done...no hype, no miles of rules and regulation bull before he would get down to business....we needed a 5x5 and he had one...2 hours later we were moving in...The manager was there when we arrived. Kim had gone to lunch......we told him Kim had reserved a unit, and he had the documentation and we moved along...What a great team...When you are in trouble and need something fast, I mean FAST...theses guys stepped up to the plate...as we were leaving Kim arrived and asked if we did YELP....Well here I am....go no further...Rocklin/Roseville, easy on easy off access...Thanks Kim....Marilyn read more

Amazing customer service! Reasonable prices. Gentlemen named Robert was great with us. Very helpful and polite. He had lots of patience, especially with our 3 year old. He even gave the little monster a balloon to entertain himself. We need more people like Robert! Definitely recommend this place for your storage needs. Its clean and well maintained. read more

Great experience in renting a unit. The location is perfect for storage if you work around the Galleria or Sutter Roseville Medical Center. The units are clean, the staff very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Pricing was reasonable. Their website lists price of unit per month, and the contract is set up to be monthly as needed. To get three months free rent, sign a 1 year contract (for a total of 15 months). I'd happily recommend All American Self Storage to a friend! read more

Seemed like a decent place. Called and kind of got the run around on the process and how to reserve a rental. Arrived to an arrogant staff, like they were the kings of rental units. Rented a unit anyways, 10X20, with three months for payment of regular price of one month. (promotion they had at the time) 3 days later, I realized that I needed to put the storage in my wifes name for tax reasons. I called and they refused to help me out. Said I need a new contract and I would lose the promotion!!! Wouldn't even let me add my wifes name to the contract!! The place next door is owned by the same owner. (Taylor Rd Storage) The manager on duty wouldn't give me contact information for the owner, so I'm yelping for others "be warned". Check around before you sacrifice yourself to these guys. read more

If I could give them a zero I would!!! Trying to keep it short, I payed monthly by auto draft. When my credit card was compromised they could not run the card and said they sent me a notice. This is true except, however it was not sent to the proper address. I called and explained what happened 1 day past the date on the notice but they were not willing to budge on the $36 late fee. Several calls later and an attempt to pay over the phone, in which they refused, the bill skyrocketed to over $200. Each time I attempted to pay, even sending my husband to pay (he is named on the account) they refused. They even went as far as to say that only one name can ever be on the account, which is odd since the notices where mailed to both of our names??? Finally I had to drive to this location (not convenient) to secure my property. None of the notices matched the amount they required when I called and in the end I paid an additional $100 over what the notice stated. If I could post all my evidence I would, but please trust me when I say, do not rent from these crooks. read more

LOVE this place! Very best service and so helpful. We looked around at several different storage places and All American Self Storage has the most competitive rates. They have made everything easy for us. We would highly recommend them! read more
