I have to give a huge credit and praise to Scott and Mike at Placer RV Storage!!! My husband and I had a horrible experience storing our beautiful Malibu with RV Storage Depot at McClellan Park. Long story short....we had paid for VIP service (which includes our boat being moved from drop off area into covered storage). Unfortunately, RV Storage Depot failed to bring our boat in (after the damage occurred, we were told by the property manager that she was pregnant and there was no way she was going to get on a forklift). Their incompetence caused water damage from our boat being left out in the rain all night (the ski locker did lift) and not only did I spend 3 hours attempting to get water out of all the compartments and unload everything but also had to pay money out of pocket to get the damage fixed from the incident. Thankfully, Scott and Mike had no problem immediately getting us set up at Placer RV Storage. We always have the best experience with them as they are the type of owners that truly have their customers best interests at heart. Scott and Mike have provided us with not only their office number but also their cell numbers. We call them typically the day before we want to take out our boat and its always ready to go at the agreed time. I will be attaching a couple pics of our precious Malibu at Placer RV Storage. Wow! These guys are great, and I don't say that about many places. I went there to inquire about storing a used RV that I was negotiating to buy. they showed me their place and explained the services, and then asked me about the RV that I was pursuing. they looked it up on RV Trader and saw some definite defects that I had missed. This took considerably time, but they fully discussed it with me. I could have been coming to them in a few days to store my RV and they would have made some money. Instead, they helped me avoid making a mistake. Added to all that, is they offered the most services and features for the monthly fee, compared to the other 3 places that I visited before going there. Kudos to them. STORAGE SPACE RENTERS BEWARE!!!! The two storage facilities out near Placer RV Storage are having serious burglary and security issues. Several batteries out of RV, speakers out of boats, and bikes from the owner's office have been stolen in the last few months. The thieves seems to know exactly where the cameras are placed, and the back fence is cut has remained open and not repaired for several months. Read your contracts because the owners take no responsibility of lost, stolen, vandalism of anything stored at the facility, which make little to no sense when one the reasons people pay BIG money to store your RV, boats, and work vehicles there is for the security and safety of those vehicles.
