I just found this place as a Fed Ex authorized ship center. I usually go to Kinko's on Truxel. Well, I wanted to see if this place was better than my regular spot. I went in and while an older gentleman was helping a customer at the counter, an astute younger man asked if I was dropping off. I affirmed that and was asked if I wanted a receipt which I also affirmed. I got my receipt and I was on my way. No smiles but none needed. Good service for dropping off. I was surprised that they do more than just mail services. I needed something printed from an e-mail that was a large file and I called them and they had me send them the file and they printed it out I thought it was going to be expensive but it wasn't. I have gone to them for different things and they never disappoint. read more

Lesson learned. I got a counterfeit bill at AIM Mail Ctr in Natomas. I questioned it but the guy at the counter allegedly checked the bill and I accepted it. Long story short, it was fake. I'm just lucky that the vendor I gave it to believed me that I did not knowingly pass a counterfeit bill...if people recall, George Floyd was killed over a counterfeit bill. I called AIM to let them know and the owner said "You can't prove we gave you the bill." . This could have had serious consequences for me and that was their reply. SMH! I will say this, Corporate was very nice to deal with and they said they would follow up with the business. My only goal here is for the business to do a better job checking counterfeit bills but also they need much better costumer service; their response was unacceptable. An apology would have gone a long way. read more

Honestly love this place! Called last week to see if they were open during this pandemic. I spoke with a man who I believe to be the owner. He said he was doing everything he could to make sure they could stay open full business hours. So I stopped by later that day to just drop off a package. I assume I was helped by the same man I talked to on the phone. A few days later I came back to send out another package but I needed very specific packing supplies. I was helped by the same man and he was able to supply everything I needed! I also noticed he greeted everyone who walked in and thanked everyone who walked out! Whenever I receive a package for my business, I receive a message text to my phone so I can come and pick it up. Dan and Susan give you the most couteous service. A very nice couple that runs their business in a way to help customers as much as they can. I have been with their mail box service a while and Dan and his employees have taken time to improve my post cards design. He referred me to the manager that was very rude and unprofessional after he called back hours later after my initial inquiry. I have used them a few times to ship stuff and seems like it's always more expensive than when I go to the post office. Which was fine because it was convenient for me. Last time I shipped 3 packages through AIM and none of the tracking numbers worked for days. I paid for usps priority shipping and 2 of the packages took over 5 business day to show up and one took a few weeks. Tracking never worked on one of them it just finally showed up at its destination. I will never use them again. I will stick to the post office! read more

They charge more than an official USPS / UPS whatever store would charge you for shipping because they are a third party. Nice staff but I'm there to ship out items and not be overcharged for them. Tried to ship out a package today but they charged me $4 more compared to official USPS store. Also, tried to ship a DVD out but they told me its not considered media mail. What?! I have tried different big name stores to print family event pictures, but what makes me go back to AIM is they NEVER charge extra for small things. You need to edit one single word on the document you sent, no problem! You want to print only 10 flyers, you got it! The owners had their smile ready at all times, making the notary process fun.
