BIG Warning. July 1, 2026 we paid for our renewal of our box for 1 Year. My husband is sick so we are moving out of the area. I called to see if I closed the box would I get a refund. I was told No. We have a small box and paid 372.00 for the year. Today is July 21st, 2026 and we will not get a refund if we close our box. I would like to make a complaint regarding an unpleasant customer service experience I had at your UPS location. The employee was a blonde Caucasian woman with piercings. I'm not sure of her name, but she was rude and had an attitude toward me during my visit. I politely handed her my returns, and she unnecessarily snatched them from my hand rather than taking them normally. Her overall demeanor came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. I was respectful toward her throughout the interaction, so I was disappointed by the way I was treated. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. I would appreciate it if this interaction could be looked into and addressed appropriately. I hope future customers do not have to experience the same type of treatment. read more

This UPS store is consistent. I stopped in to send a package for work and the staff member there greeted me right away. I was behind one other customer and shortly after I entered a whole group of people got in line behind me. The person working was efficient and helpful, they answered my questions and were able to get my package sent and ready quickly. While it was more expensive than I anticipated, it was nice that they guaranteed its deliver within three days and the package ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. Very disappointing experience. We visited this UPS Store to print a couple of items before closing and were charged $24, including what appeared to be a double charge and an additional computer/paperwork fee. The two employees who assisted us, Anella and Alondra (or Alejandra), were extremely rude and unprofessional. We felt rushed out, and at one point the store was locked while we were still inside. Most concerning, we felt we were treated differently because of our race. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of who they are. The Del Paso, W El Camino, and Arena Blvd UPS Stores in Natomas all offer Notary Service by appointment. I've also used them for Amazon returns, and holding packages for pickup. Scheduled an appointment online at this store in advance for Notary Services, and arrived a few minutes early for my 1:00 PM time (30-minute slot). The young man at the counter helped check me in, checked my I.D., and had me fill out/sign another electronic waiver. The actual notary gal Anela was already helping another customer with his power of attorney docs, so I wasn't actually seen/helped until around 1:20 PM. A little bit of a wait. Signed my portion, she notarized hers, my right thumbprint taken for her logbook, and rang up at the register ($15). Done by 1:30 PM. Located between the Bel Air supermarket and Edible Arrangements/Menchie's Froyo/Thai Princess/Starbucks. read more

Conveniently located near Subway, Thai cuisine, smoothie bar, this location is tucked in the corner of the parking lot and has great hours (closes at 6:30PM). When I walked in the staff were busy helping one another but I was greeted immediately. I needed to return some items via UPS and the process was extremely simple. The staff asked for my packages, scanned, and seemingly not three minutes later, the cashier was handing me my receipt and asked if there were any other services I needed. This review has to do with taking passport photos. I took photos the other day and as I was about to send it off, my husband took a look at my picture said that the quality was not the best (blurry). Today, I went back to take another picture and Tyson greeted me as I walked in. When I told him I needed to take another passport picture he asked, "Another?" so I proceeded to tell him the situation. He asked for my receipt, took my picture, and kindly did not accept my payment. I went in with the intent to pay for another set of pictures but he/management were so kind to let me know that it was their error to provide a blurry picture and it's only fair to retake another one free of charge. Wow, today was my first time visiting this store and tbh, this is going to be my go to location for all Amazon returns. I must say it was refreshing to get greeted immediately walking through the door, and it felt like a genuine greeting. The store is clean and organized. There wasn't a line, which was nice. Went in to mail back a few items. Bought an overpriced bag to mail and needed to use the computer to print a label. My card was authorized for $10 however the charge should have been $3 for a ten minute usage of computer. The next day the pre authorization went through for $10. I called the store manager who advised it's not their responsibility but the 3rd party UniGuest who runs the computer in the store. Emailed repeatedly to no avail. UniGuest stated it's the stores role to refund the overcharged amount. The store claims it's not their fault and to contact UniGuest. Do not use the computer at this location. Sometimes Amazon wants you to pack and label it sometimes not and I have no idea why but regardless but the staff here are consistently fast friendly and it's always a good experience. UPS lost my package which value was $600. This store has no scanner that would scan a digital label. Their device only work with paper printed labels and you have to spend $3 for 10min to print it out at the station if it is available (yes, wth?!). Even you have the digital label, the store won't type the tracking number into their system but you still have to print and waste a piece of paper for them to scan ?! It is 2023, I can't believe the UPS store is not able to take prepaid digital labels. read more

Walked in with two packages to ship; one was wrapped and ready to be shipped, and the other was a glass picture frame. I was the only one n the store, and was lucky enough to deal with Marks shitty attitude. He answered the phone, put me on a wait to tell someone repetitively they could not take a package because they sent incorrectly. Someone else came in, i was out on wait again because there was a pick up. As Mark is packing up my box, another two people walk in. A second worker from the back finally walked in to help. This seems to be a probably in every facility i come in in the state of California. Such a great state right? Besides all the assholes that live here and ruin it. This store has definitely earned their five stars. I went to the store to print games and pictures for my bridal shower. The owner sanjeet was present and was extremely helpful. He also informed me that they do wedding signage. I ended up printing all my wedding signage along with pictures at the store. They also did an excellent job ensuring my shipment to New York. They exceeded my expectations and every aspect and the service was extremely fast. Not to mention, there were some things that popped up last minute and they were able to accommodate my request. Not only did the representative at this UPS location lied that it was packaged wrong, he sold me another package and said he will help me package and send. This was back on Jan. 15, 2022. I was notified by Amazon via an email reminder to send the item back or will be recharged for the initial refund. These people are unreliable and con artist behind a business... other negative reviews seem to reinforced that their practice is a bit shady.
