I was behind one other customer and shortly after I entered a whole group of people got in line behind me. The person working was efficient and helpful, they answered my questions and were able to get my package sent and ready quickly. While it was more expensive than I anticipated, it was nice that they guaranteed its deliver within three days and the package ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. Scheduled an appointment online at this store in advance for Notary Services, and arrived a few minutes early for my 1:00 PM time (30-minute slot). The young man at the counter helped check me in, checked my I.D., and had me fill out/sign another electronic waiver. The actual notary gal Anela was already helping another customer with his power of attorney docs, so I wasn't actually seen/helped until around 1:20 PM. A little bit of a wait. Signed my portion, she notarized hers, my right thumbprint taken for her logbook, and rang up at the register ($15). Done by 1:30 PM. Conveniently located near Subway, Thai cuisine, smoothie bar, this location is tucked in the corner of the parking lot and has great hours (closes at 6:30PM). When I walked in the staff were busy helping one another but I was greeted immediately. I needed to return some items via UPS and the process was extremely simple. The staff asked for my packages, scanned, and seemingly not three minutes later, the cashier was handing me my receipt and asked if there were any other services I needed. This review has to do with taking passport photos. I took photos the other day and as I was about to send it off, my husband took a look at my picture said that the quality was not the best (blurry). Today, I went back to take another picture and Tyson greeted me as I walked in. When I told him I needed to take another passport picture he asked, "Another?" so I proceeded to tell him the situation. He asked for my receipt, took my picture, and kindly did not accept my payment. I went in with the intent to pay for another set of pictures but he/management were so kind to let me know that it was their error to provide a blurry picture and it's only fair to retake another one free of charge. Went in to mail back a few items. Bought an overpriced bag to mail and needed to use the computer to print a label. My card was authorized for $10 however the charge should have been $3 for a ten minute usage of computer. The next day the pre authorization went through for $10. I called the store manager who advised it's not their responsibility but the 3rd party UniGuest who runs the computer in the store. Emailed repeatedly to no avail. UniGuest stated it's the stores role to refund the overcharged amount. The store claims it's not their fault and to contact UniGuest. Do not use the computer at this location. I must say it was refreshing to get greeted immediately walking through the door, and it felt like a genuine greeting. The store is clean and organized. There wasn't a line, which was nice. UPS lost my package which value was $600. This store has no scanner that would scan a digital label. Their device only work with paper printed labels and you have to spend $3 for 10min to print it out at the station if it is available (yes, wth?!). Even you have the digital label, the store won't type the tracking number into their system but you still have to print and waste a piece of paper for them to scan ?! It is 2023, I can't believe the UPS store is not able to take prepaid digital labels. read more

Walked in with two packages to ship; one was wrapped and ready to be shipped, and the other was a glass picture frame. I was the only one n the store, and was lucky enough to deal with Marks shitty attitude. He answered the phone, put me on a wait to tell someone repetitively they could not take a package because they sent incorrectly. Someone else came in, i was out on wait again because there was a pick up. As Mark is packing up my box, another two people walk in. A second worker from the back finally walked in to help. This seems to be a probably in every facility i come in in the state of California. Such a great state right? Besides all the assholes that live here and ruin it. This store has definitely earned their five stars. I went to the store to print games and pictures for my bridal shower. The owner sanjeet was present and was extremely helpful. He also informed me that they do wedding signage. I ended up printing all my wedding signage along with pictures at the store. They also did an excellent job ensuring my shipment to New York. They exceeded my expectations and every aspect and the service was extremely fast. Not to mention, there were some things that popped up last minute and they were able to accommodate my request.
