This UPS location is a complete joke. The customer service is rude, dismissive, and blatantly dishonest. I came in to return an Amazon package and did exactly what I was told. When I came back, they suddenly claimed the return had to be in a box purchased from them -- which directly contradicts how Amazon returns normally work. I went twice, wasted my time twice, and got the same condescending attitude both times. This felt like nothing more than a cash grab to force customers into buying unnecessary packaging. No effort to help, no consistency in information, and zero professionalism. If you value your time, avoid this location. I will never return. read more

This specific UPS store requires you to purchase a box from their store for Amazon returns. I have package the return in a box and they say that is not accepted and I would need to purchase an ups box. The store management and employee really play dirty. August 8 @ 10:15 am: I frequently ship packages through UPS for work & usually get good service. This one is not the friendliest location. First off two of the three workers (young Hispanic girl and young black maIe. Didn't get their names.) were on their phones the whole time I was there. I went to ship out some parts and Santiago was unable to give me a receipt for a printout, which I need to get reimbursement from work. When I asked for the receipt he said it was too late to get one and that I should've asked for it when he printed it out. Will try to avoid future visits to this location. Had to come to send a fax today (I know - who faxes anymore?? ). There was an issue with the receiving fax line but the employees were really helpful and accommodating. I ended up having to get a new number to send my document but they kept trying despite the issue that was not on their end. I usually pop on here to send things back via UPS, fax and or send packages. The staff are always really helpful and attentive. It was about $5.00 to send a fax which was a fair price. read more

This is the second time I've used this location for the mailbox services. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I know this is a small thing to some people but I really appreciate that they recognize me when I come in. The prices are not bad either for the mailbox services. I've also come in to ship items to my SIL serving overseas and they went above and beyond in packing my items and making sure I was getting a good price. I am a 70 yr old woman with shred in bags. I went to this UPS location where three young male employees and one female work. I had a lot of bags to place on this cart that required me to lift the bags high and o place them. I told them the cart was high and could one of them help me. John who worked there said he couldn't leave the store. I said thats fine. I'll go where someone could help me. What is going on at UPS where four employees couldn't help a senior woman with taking bags out of the car. I'm writing this in front of the store as I watch them fiddling with their phones. Came in to print a label, employee asked for the label on the phone, screenshotted the label and was proceeding to hook my phone up to UPS computer. Was not authorized to do that and this implies that employee took the initiative to add the label to my gallery, with him later going to have to look thought my gallery to print, all without my consent or a knowledge. read more

Garbage store. Says I can't ship a box because it's too flimsy. It's literally the same thickness as any other box. They recommended a mailer or a bigger box. Isn't a mailer equally flimsy? We called ahead to verify the price for children's passport photos and that they would honor a coupon on their website, and was told that they would. When we came in a few days later, they said they would not honor it. They kept asking me who I spoke to on the phone (even though they acknowledged that the number I had called was theirs), and said that other stores charge twice the price for the service and that they could charge me double and then honor the coupon if I wanted. I've rented a box here for the past 3 1/2 years for my business and they have been nothing short of wonderful. Even through the pandemic you saw the hustle come from the owners Deep and Ruby despite running the location by themselves during those times. I have never had a missing package mis delivered mail. I have peace of mind knowing that items that I purchased with my hard earned money will actually arrive and be secured. This location does get busy but they have hired a whole new team to help with that but be patient! I know people are quick to pull their entitlement card out these days... The staff ESPECIALLY THE OWNERS are very hardworking and deserve respect. Yes the parking lot is small, but that's not their fault... if you pick this location, you need to do your own due diligence and pick off peak hours to go there... i just read the review about the UPS truck parking "illegally".. um, sir/madam, you do realize that UPS is a giant LOGISTICS COMPANY right? And this is just a UPS STORE, Meaning they sell packaging, and accept packages and ship out on behalf of the customer but they are NOT THE DISTRIBUTION HUB and cannot control drivers. It's the same thing those drivers do when delivering to apartments or other businesses. They stop and park however they want! If you have an issue with those drivers call UPS not the ups store. I have visited many UPS Stores in my time and I have to say this is one of the slowest stores I have ever visited. Mind you, all that I'm doing is returning an Amazon package, which means: I walk in with my already packaged and taped up box, I bust out my phone for the worker to scan my return code, they label it with the label printed from their computer and I walk out with my receipt. All in all this process should take no more than 30-45 seconds. But for some reason it takes triple that time here at this location. Also, the workers are not as friendly at this UPS store. Be mindful if you come here, the parking spaces are super tight and the parking lot is always busy. read more

SLOW. This is my second time coming here and it was a huge mistake on my part because it was severely understaffed. Employees take their sweet time in the back of the store grabbing boxes to fit two damn presents when there's a line of people getting impatient. Also, don't throw in a "in training" associate on a Friday afternoon when it doesn't look like she knows what she's doing. I had to return one book, that takes under 3 minutes to do and the box given to me was especially overpriced. Other UPS locations charges me $2 for a box. This location was $4. I asked if there was any other small box but the "in training" employee told me it was the only choice. You could expect to wait here a while, as the employees don't value your time. read more

I just moved to the area and had an Amazon package to return so I found this store to be the closest to where I live. My printer was packed somewhere amongst all the moving boxes. So I decided I would just print the shipping label at the store. When I got to the store I was directed to their computer to print my shipping label. There was a minimum charge of $3 for 6 minutes of usage. So I had to pay $3 just to access my email to get the shipping label. The printing charge was 50 cents. I've been to FedEx and I can simply email my documents to a fedex email address and print documents for 50 cents a page without the $3 computer tax. Just when I thought it was over with being overcharged, the lady (owner) at the desk told me I couldn't ship the item without a box. It WAS in a box but she insisted it was UPS policy to put it in a nondescript box. This is not true because I have been returning Amazon packages for years and never once have I had to put it in a nondescript package. I had no choice but to pay her the absurd price of $4.50 for an envelope sleeve. In total it cost me $8 to ship my items back even with a paid shipping label. I should have only been charged 50 cents for printing the shipping label. I will not come here and will instead travel the extra distance to avoid these crooks. read more

The store manager directs customers to use computer to access anything printed even if just a printed label so that cost is more that's $5. Taking advantage of a customer to make more money to make them use their when you can easily send thru email for them to print. $0.17 per page at printandgo@fedex.com to print anything with no other charges. These guys are running a scam here. Came in to print some pdf's and their printer malfunctioned and printed half the pages upside down and some pages were blank. They tried to blame my pdf file but i showed them my pdf file was just fine as well as showing them the print preview was fine as well as all the print settings i chose. They refused to give me a refund or the store managers number. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and couldn't care less about screwing over their customers. The illegally parked trucks and your store have the same logo. And your store is in a shopping center with horrible parking. Once again, great service! I needed to send a large stuffed animal to Missouri and the staff took great care in boxing my gift. What I like the most, is that the staff has always, ALWAYS asked when I would like the item delivered by and by what delivery method. I've never felt pressured to upgrade, or embarrassed to select cheaper travel. Also, the young men working there are fantastic!
