The survey to the receipt she made me buy tape because she didn't like how I had it taped.
    Jose B.

Went to return a shipment I received after a long day of work. I was rudely greeted by a middle eastern woman named Jas. She had no patience and didn't explain anything in terms of how I can return my shipment. She rushed me asking me "what do you have then if you have no shipping label" it took me 2 second to find the address but by the time I found the address she was already very rudely telling me "I'm asking you a question". By this time I looked up at her shocked as to why she spoke to me In that tone and manner. I responded with I have an address and she said "if you don't have anything get out of the line and join when you have something ready. I returned to the line after figuring out how to put the package together. While I joined back in line she was also being rude to another customer due to Jas not liking the way the customers box was taped and made her purchase a tape and re-tape it. Fortunately the second time she wasn't the one helping me. Although this is what made me the most frustrated at the end. I noticed Jas's next customer didn't have his documents or paperwork filled out so I assumed she would make him go back to the line as she did with me. Although she spoke to him in their middle eastern language as the man was middle eastern and helped him fill out his documents. She now was being patient and helping someone fill out there documents?! Wow unbelievable... I've never felt so racially profiled in my life whilst living in California. It baffles me that we have this racially profiling person working at the USPS. It's shocking actually and I encourage anyone reading this message to attempt and ask for help or for information while being attended by her. I understand that working at a high crowd place is chaotic and stressful. Although you also need to understand that people come here 7/10 times not knowing how to ship things out due to not having to most days. It's not a repetitive cycle most humans do on a weekly basis and Jas needs to understand that. I hope her management reads this with careful review and takes proper precautions to ensure she doesn't create problems.

    Nov 1 7 2025 - just proof that I was there. :)

Adj: Efficient and Exceptional (And I'm their 100ths review on Yelp! LOL)…read more This Staples in the same shopping plaza as In-n-Out on Truxel Blvd, but tucked way in. It's a bit hard to get to, if the parking lot is busy and congested, but you will find plenty of spots in front. My first or second time to this Staples only since this is not close in my area, but I came by since it was on my way home. I had a couple of Amazon returns and this Staples was convenient for the task. The staff person was quite efficient in scanning them in although they no longer give you receipts for your returns, they will take your item, bag it in an Amazon bag, and then put a label on each bag, and then scan your QR code and then the item's label and put the item(s) into these giant boxes to collect and then send back to Amazon, painless experience, only thing was that the staff person looked a bit grumpy, maybe he was having a bad day. He was still polite, just a bit curt. I took the time to look and walk around. This store is a standard Staples, about the same size as the one near my neighborhood. There's the usual computers and printers, plus lots of office supplies, then there's seasonal items on special displays like tax prep software. There's also a Party City in this one! Convenient if you were needing decorations for a party or an office event. It is the trend to co-locate several businesses in one so then there's synergy to pull customers in to return Amazon items, and then they might decide to just actually see, touch, and try an item in person before they buy at Staples if it's carried here. Overall, I had a good and quick experience here "that was easy!" LOL

While the shopping area can be busy, the parking lot has plenty of spots and the actual Staples store is easy to navigate. Sometimes the printing and package area can be busy, but they're typically well staffed, and I'm usually greeted as I walk in. I typically order prints ahead of time online and come in to pick them up. The team does a really good job with the prints and they've been really consistent. I also have been able to order prints to be ready within a day to a few days of when I order them. I always leave myself some buffer time in case there's delays though. They have other services available here and plenty of supplies you may need for work projects or personal projects.

Extremely disappointing experience…read more We came in to get a fingerprint Live Scan done for my wife, and it was immediately obvious that Jake and his coworker simply didn't want to do it. The first thing we were told was, "We stop doing Live Scans around 6," even though it was 6:04 PM when we walked in. Stopping a service four minutes earlier and using that as a reason to turn customers away does not sound like a policy--it sounds like someone who didn't want to do their job. To make it worse, when my wife asked for clarification, Jake responded with unnecessary attitude, saying: "Oh, it's not around 6pm -- it IS 6pm." That comment was delivered with sass and zero professionalism. We were polite, respectful, and not rude in any way, yet were met with dismissiveness and irritation for simply asking for a service they advertise. If there's a strict cutoff time, that should be clearly posted and communicated professionally--not weaponized to shut people down with attitude. Customer service matters, and tonight it was completely lacking. I normally don't leave reviews, but the way my wife was spoken to compelled me to write this. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and frustrating experience. I hope management addresses this, because this interaction alone ensures we won't be returning to this location.

She was super nice, polite, and approachable, and she had a calm, friendly attitude that immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Sometimes you can tell right away when someone is just going through the motions, but with Rianna it felt like she genuinely cared about helping me and making sure everything went smoothly. She was attentive, respectful, and patient in a way that is rare to find these days. I came in with a lot of packages, and I mean I had a lot more than what most people probably bring in at one time. I was already expecting that it might be a hassle, or that I might get that look from someone who is annoyed the second they realize how much work it is going to be. But Rianna did the exact opposite. She stayed kind and professional, and she never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She did not rush me, she did not talk to me like I was slowing her down, and she did not let her tone change. She stayed patient the entire time, which really mattered because it can feel stressful when you are standing there with a bunch of packages and you just want everything handled correctly. What made the whole situation even more challenging was that the data in the store was terrible and would not load. The system kept lagging, freezing, or taking forever, and it really slowed down the process. That is the kind of thing that can quickly turn into a frustrating experience, especially when you have multiple packages and each step depends on the system working properly. Even with that going on, Rianna remained calm and collected. She did not get flustered, she did not take it out on me, and she did not act like it was my fault that the store data was not cooperating. She handled it with a level of patience and professionalism that deserves recognition. Instead of acting irritated or rushing through things just to be done with it, she stayed focused on making sure everything was processed correctly. She kept trying, she kept working through it, and she stayed consistent in her customer service the entire time. She did not give up or act defeated, and she did not make the situation awkward. She communicated with me in a clear and polite way while we waited for the system to load, and she kept things moving as best as she could. She made sure I understood what was happening, and she took the time to double check things so nothing got missed. The most impressive part is that even while dealing with the slow system, she did not let her attitude change. A lot of people get annoyed when technology slows them down, and you can feel that frustration as a customer. With Rianna, I never felt that. She stayed friendly and patient, and she kept treating me with respect the whole time. She maintained the same kind tone and helpful approach from start to finish, and that made the experience so much better than it could have been. Instead of feeling stressed or rushed, I felt like she was taking care of everything and making sure it was done the right way. She also handled my packages carefully and responsibly. With so many packages involved, it would have been easy for someone to get careless or mix something up, especially with the system not loading properly. But Rianna stayed organized and thorough. She took her time, handled each package properly, and made sure every step was completed correctly. She did not treat it like a burden, and she did not act like she was trying to get rid of me. She was professional, detail oriented, and patient throughout the entire process. Another thing I really appreciated was how she made the interaction feel human. She did not make me feel like I was just another task she had to deal with. She was kind, understanding, and pleasant to talk to, even when the delays were clearly taking extra time out of her day. That type of customer service makes a huge difference because it turns an annoying situation into something manageable. She did not just do the job, she did the job with a good attitude and genuine patience, which is exactly the kind of service that people remember. Even though the store data issues made everything take longer than it should have, Rianna did not make it feel like a problem. She stayed calm and steady, and she worked through it without complaining. She showed professionalism, patience, and a great attitude from start to finish. That is not easy to do when things are moving slowly and you have a customer with a lot of packages, but she handled it like a pro. She made sure everything was taken care of properly, and she made sure I left feeling confident that everything was processed correctly. Overall, Rianna provided excellent customer service. She was super nice, patient, and professional the entire time. She handled a difficult situation with the slow system and still treated me with kindne

When I came back, they suddenly claimed the return had to be in a box purchased from them -- which directly contradicts how Amazon returns normally work. No effort to help, no consistency in information, and zero professionalism. If you value your time, avoid this location. I will never return.
